I had a credit of 7.62 and a coupon for 4.75. My items were 19.03 plus 1.58 tax and the still charged me 12.99. I should've been 8.24. They are cheating people out of there money

I screen shotted my win. After speaking with 4 pretty rude agents who obviously couldn't give a rats behind.They told me my screen shot of my $100 credit win was "irrelevant" - I was rooked out of my $100 Temu credit win and sent a paltry $5 credit for my trouble.
Don't place orders to get gems to spin the wheel thinking you'll eventually get that $100 credit. They don't honor it. See my screen shot below. They did not honor my win.
I've had a package lost/stolen before USPS ever put their hands on it (yes, they did reimburse me for it weeks later). Several other packages just sitting (no movement) in Dallas area for 10 days. They have improved in this area lately but rooking me out of this credit when I have proof.Put them back at a 1.

It would have been helpful to know that Temus shipping was so skittish. It can take 16 plus days or you can get lucky once in awhile and it will get there in under 10 days. However, multiple packages sitting in a Temu, Dallas area warehouse (not moving) was unacceptable to me.

I don't know where to start. I guess I'll I begin with the sizing: the dress was at least three sizes too small. I usually wear a small, but, not knowing the company, I ordered a large to avoid this issue. Moving on to the fabric- it was a polyester so cheap that it would have been too awful to put on a dollar store doll ( one that actually costs a dollar). Next: the embroidered flowers on the netting were already starting to unravel when I took the dress out of the packing. Lastly, the dress is a color that I can only describe, if I were being kind, as vomitous- you might replicate it if you ate and regurgitated a VERY old Creamcicle -if that Creamsicle had been buried under the mystery meat at the bottom of the freezer, and repeatedly thawed and refrozen with said meat over the course of several years. Stay away from this company. You'd be better served setting your money on fire then throwing the ashes into the wind.

Initially Temu was amazing- however the last three packages the USPS and Fed Ex have only seen labels and packages were not received. The package totals at almost $500 US dollars, they want to give a Temu credit and now again packages not received. Buyer Beware.

My first purchase experience with Temu was very satisfying. All the items were delivered within the time that was mentioned during ordering. Though a few packings were damaged, all the items were quite intact.
My returns' experience was also very satisfying as I had to return a few. The amount was immly credited to my Temu account. Since it said it would take 14 days to be credited to my credit card, I preferred an account credit.
Overall a very good experience. Hope it stays the same.

I did my research before buying, apparently Temu is base in Boston and not some rando country. So i decide to give it a go. The website is sooo easy to navigate that I even got my mom on it (she's obsessed with the site now obviously). All you need to do is sign up and the site shows you these cool product recommendations right when you open it so shopping is super easy. You get to discover a lot of products you never knew existed! They offer really low prices too, like the ones you usually get when you buy wholesale but you don't need to buy a lot tho. You can just get one item at the fraction of the price that dropshippers usually give!

Curiosity killed the cat. I thought I would scan to see what they had. A pineapple corer! I love pineapple! It turned out to be a piece of tin that wasn't sharp enough to get through a tomato. The "plush" bathmat? A thin piece of foam that leaks right through to the floor. There were several other items that werent worth the bag they were in. I liked the products and delivery Tim. BUT, I have an extra charge on my card and it's near impossible to get them to remove it. I was issued a refund for items that were a mistake. Never received the items. Afterwords the same day they recharged me for the same items. They won't refund that extra charge. Keep telling me to work it out with my bank. Banks says we need to dispute the charge and cancel the card. Temu will not cancel the charge!

TBH I wasn't expecting all that much when I bought this sweater off of Temu because of how low the price was but it's now my favorite sweater! I called customer service like 7 times I have ordered from this company before and never had issues this 3 times I ordered and this time I got nothing but rude customer service treatment telling me if I didn't stop talking or I shut up I would be disconnected I will say they have cute items great price but the customer service reps and escalation dept suck so now I'm disgusting it with my bank and giving them a terrible bad review please don't order nothing here take it else where.

In the beginning of February I found myself in the hospital. With nothing to do but watch TV and infomercials I turned to the internet and found a really cool store online. I ended up buying a lot of stuff from them over the next few weeks. My first bag came within a little bit of time after I got out of the hospital. Waiting on my orders I was starting to wonder if they was ever going to come but I was still with inside the window that the company gave me then one day I got a bunch of text messages saying everything was being delivered. I went to the mailbox and lo and behold the bag took up most the mailbox it had to weigh about 7 lb well I went back to the house and opened it up there were tons of products in the bag and I was so excited. Then I started receiving text messages saying that products that were late I was getting $5 per each shipment that was late I ended up with like 30 bucks on top of the 30% I already got off on the products I first ordered. The company really treats you right and everything shows up just as described. If you're buying for yourself or buying for your online business you can't go wrong.

I would have given this site a positive review if they would let me checkout but no they have a "Ownership Verification Process" where they require you to take a picture of the last 4 digits of your card and of your last 4 digits of your account number on your statement. This wouldn't be to hard of a problem if I had a regular bank but im using a spendwell prepaid debit card and spendwell gives you trouble making an account. They dont approve new accounts for some reason also when you sign up through phone the text messege link they send you just says "error" when you click it. Not to metion I am in a rehab facility so they take away our phones and block certrain websites and other things to make this all the harder.
