I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

I sent 12 pieced back to Temu ALL in THE SAME BOX. I received a refund for 8 and emails denying the remailing 4. If they were able to scan and receive 8 of them there is no reason they couldn't have scanned all 12. I have contacted customer service 3 times in 2 days each time I got different answers but no real solution one agent gave me 3 solutions that literally had nothing to do w/my issue asked for supervisors 3 times and was refused 1 agent told me someone from the escalation team would contact me well almost 48 hours no one has contacted me. I am so angry I have to fight for 4 credits for items I do not have.

This is a terrible co as far as customer service goes, great value but if no one can help you if a problem arises there is no point in ordering

Disappointing platform, they know how to be nice until a problem arises, then as a customer you'll discover that reliability is not an adequate criterion to them, as the customer start purchasing by reasonable amount so that it is possible to checkout then from one purchase to another, the checkout amount starts to increase, for exactly the same category of products,it's simply it shows what they are dedicated to, much more respectable to demand shipping fees, than to use a transparent ploy, this despicable technique makes you feel disgusted
Their local delivery company sends messages, and does not meet the specified time (day), this false technique repeats again and again,the client's schedule is marginalized component for them,not in their priority,when I complained to Temu, they wrote apologies and other nice and "sticky" words, at the same time they reminding me (by the way) that there is still time for the deadline, it is a cheap and vile response, because they turning the case so that it appears to be a customer problem, "who is in a hurry and urgent to receive the products", when it's NOT the case, the problem is the false and misleading information provided by them, through the local delivery company, they know it is illegal act.
This is a defective organizational culture, an indicator how they are tending to relate to complex issues with the customer.
There are many positive alternatives without unnecessary distress.

Temu is scam, they scamming people in the name of free items, just increasing the user time to show other people that Temu is busy but technicaly its not busy as they asking people to play games on Temu app like Fishland and change the rules when someone about to win the game. I spent over $320:00 and only received 11 out of 52 items, the USPS never delivered it and said they did. I have a camera at my door, it was never delivered. I even called my neighbor to go and check at the mailbox when I didn't see it on the camera. Nothing was there…. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN… It's hard to spend your money and not get the things you ordered……I even spoke to them on chat customer service…. I'll go back to Amazon where you know that it's placed at your door…

I wear 4x large, for shirts. And I wear standard size 12 shoes. However the shirts I received were so small

I ordered some clothes on several different orders. Temu had me pick the items, put it all under one label that the post office could not print out. I had to find a printer. I sent back 7 items. They partially refunded me for only 2 blouses $45.41. BUT they charged me $23.61 to return the TWO items although I returned SEVEN. So my return of $23.61 is suppose to be proccessed. WHAT A SCAM! DONT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY! Then customer service wanted me to jump through hoops to even receive that refund. Basically asking me to email, mail through mail, etc. the order information, which they have because they sent me the label. HUGE SCAM!

Dont waste your money or time. They are nice to assist you the first time. But not on returns! they don't want to give your money back.

I will never order from them TEMU again. I placed an order,they took my payment,product was out of stock after my money was taken,it's been 60 days an still no refund. They claim my bank was the problem,my bank app let's me know every deposit an transaction, I called my bank they have no idea what a TEMU is. To some it all up,I said $#*! the money an TEMU, THEY Jus lost a loyal customer, AMAZON IS BETTER ANYWAYS! I ADVISE ANYBODY READING THIS TO NOT SHOP WITH THIS APP.

Ordered now several times from Temu.com after being leery based on other online reviews. Have gotten everything as ordered and when it was not described correctly or damaged Temu immediately refunded the price without returning the item so no hassle. I have bought only direct online and have not downloaded the App or played the "spin games". This IS WHERE OTHER REVIEWERS SAY THERE ARE ISSUES. I only buy direct off the Temu site and no issues at all.

As a US customer, I have now used Temu 6 times. Their shipping operation is slow. Orders seem to promptly be ready for shipping. After that one or two-day delays between the stages: awaiting shipment, order shipped, package at airport, flight departure, customs clearance, arrived at a US airport, American shipping agency picks up the package, that shipper may then transfer to another agency (e.g, USPS), then you start getting notices from the American shipping agent.
You aren't told what airport was the arrival port, shipping time can be short or long before you get a notice that the package is out-for-delivery. I had one package waiting at the airport for three days before the shipper picked up my package.
ONE GREAT THING YOU CAN SAY about TEMU.COM: They don't pepper you for feedback about their customer service.

I love Temu in itself for buying items, but I did not get the latest items I ordered even though tacking said it was delivered. The courier for this order was SpeedX. When I tried to make contact, there was no answer and no way to leave a message. After reading reviews on SpeedX, this is VERY common, so I do not understand why they continue to be used!?!?
I did contact Temu for a refund, so hopefully I get it, but that can take time. I will still order from Temu, but if the courier is SpeedX, I'll unfortunately have to cancel the order.

This review is about poor customers service. Beware of the games Temu entice you into playing spin the wheel to get $150.00 store credit. So you spin and you get coins but you have to invite friends and family to accept the invite, it tells you one more time then one more time and one more time, this is time sensitive l worked real hard getting family and friends taking time for their work day to play this game me. I finally got down to $.50 from earning my reward of $150.00.My last referral Temu ask her for her credit card number, she got suspicious since she was just signing up not making any purchases. Why did they need her credit card? So she stopped. And l got nothing for all my hard work. I feel cheated and this is fraudulent. Customer service was powerless to do anything about it, l felt that they would at least give me the $.50 credit due to their negligence of asking her for her credit card. They offered a mediocre solution to the problem they offered me a $10 credit. Wow! So temu finds any way to cheat you out of your winnings? I left dissatisfied and disappointed. I recommend don't play the games
They're not real. They're the only ones that gets something from it. They get your referrals as customers.

Tip for consumers:
That the games are to their advantage of you supplying customers and leads for them. And you're not able to win the game to get your in-store credits

I purchased a jacket and it was too large. I placed another order for a smaller size, which fits. I was provided a return label for the first jacket. I dropped it inside the post office, in their mailbox. It has never been seen again. I've chatted with TEMU customer service 4 or 5 times. I am always told how sorry they are for the inconvenience, and they have informed their supervisor. THAT IS IT. Nothing else happens. I filed a missing package claim with the post office twice and both times they say the package was never scanned. I'm assuming it had something to do with the label I was sent. I have basically paid TWICE for one jacket. If I created the return label, I would think that it is my responsibility to follow up on this. But since the label was sent to me, it should be the responsibility of TEMU. The worst customer service from any company I have ever ordered from. Do Not buy anything from here. I just did the chat AGAIN, and it ended as usual "We take your concern seriously, we have forwarded to our supervisor for further assistance." Then you never hear from them again.

I've made several purchases from this site now and feel like I can finally give an honest review. I first heard about Temu from my sister who told me that there were amazing deals on Temu for some of the stuff that we were usually buying from Amazon (hair claws, socks, etc.). Of course, I was skeptical at first so for my first order, I just bought a few basic, small items (dog toys, hair accessories, iPhone stand). I paid using Paypal and everything went through fine. I didn't have any of the issues that other people are saying about multiple charges or anything. My first order came pretty quickly (8 days) and all of the items were correct. Since then, I started shopping more and tried out other stuff like clothing and swimwear. The sizing didn't always work out so I started returns for them and that was also pretty easy! I just followed directions on the app and I got Temu credit refunds immediately and my credit card refunds in a week. My conclusion is that Temu is actually a legit site. I feel bad for the people who had issues, but this is a brand new site and the holidays were busy for everyone. I ordered from another brand in LA that never delivered my order either and got a refund from them. I think if you're patient with delivery times and want to save money, Temu is a safe site to shop from. If they make a mistake, I think they really try to fix it, especially now when they are so new. I hope this helps!

Tip for consumers:
If you're not sure about the product materials/sizing/photos, just message the seller directly. I did that a few times especially for clothing and they answered honestly. That definitely helped me a few times to make the final decision about whether or not to buy.
