I did receive my order on time, but half the items weren't even worth the low price. And they have "promotions" that promise free $$$ and items AS LONG AS you try to refer all your friends, and just when you go to do the last referral, the software glitches and won't count your last referral, therefore you NEVER get your prize. I did this with MULTIPLE OFFERS on the site and everything would go fine except 2 things, you will ALWAYS "WIN" there games and get the most credit FIRST and you will ALWAYS LOSE when you try to do the last referral. As I said in my title, these are SCAM TACTICS to get free referrals from you and free advertising without giving you ANYTHING.

I was supposed to recieve four orders at the same time I didn't recieve any of them I can't get anyone to answer me on live chat it automatically processed my refund on two of the orders not recieved and said contact customer service on the other two orders which seems impossible I really had good experience with Temu up until now there's two order numbers

I have 3 bank cards used all 3 ordering items when 3 banks send fraud alerts on all cards big red flag every item purchased was double charged over 200$ on 1 card needless to say App deleted no one in my family is allowed to order from TEMU AGAIN. I wish I could give a 0 star! I didn't receive my package, and it said it was delivered on the app and on USUPS! I called and it said it was all refunded! I never refunded it! I've received everything within the time range estimated (7-10 days).usually about 8 days.
Some clothing is on the cheaper side like the graphic Tshirts. Well, the shirts are actually very nice quality, but the iron-on graphics can appear cheap upon close viewing.
My bathing suit I got was literally the best bathing suit I've ever had and it was 8 dollars. It's not cheaply made or cheap looking.
All this being said, the clothes we have received have all made us super happy because they're awesome and we bought them on flash sales so the shirts were only $1-$4.
My kids got "croc" pins. Like bags of 20+ pins for <$2. They're obsessed. Their friends think they're so lucky bc legit pins are expensive for that amount, and these pins look like the real thing.
Also the rugs, stuffed animals, and kitchen/bathroom gadgets have all been great. No complaints at all.
For the amount of money I save on the products, plus free shipping with no billed membership, I'm extremely satisfied with Temu so far. Just have to be willing to wait longer than Amazon stuff.
You can leave product reviews, and view photo/video reviews of products on the site before purchasing them, like on Amazon.
And apparently there's no-hassle, free returns. But I can't attest to that bc I've not returned anything yet.

Do not purchase from Temu. It is a Chinese company using 31 St. James Avenue Suite 355, Boston, MA as their USA address. Phone *******368. All inquiries are referred to www.temu.com/support-center.html. The quality of the products is extremely cheap. Support center inquiry requesting a return label is "we are working on it" and you will receive a return label within 48 hrs. You call 48 hours later and again told the same. After several contacts with the company, I am filing a complaint with MA's Attorney General's office and disputing the charges with my credit card company.

I like Temu so far has been good experience doing almost all my holiday shopping on their app store. I have found excellent bargains for items that cost twice as much at other online retailers. EDIT: To be fair, it's not all junk. If you actually get the savings applied, you can find some neat trinkets at a good price. Also, the false charge on my account was valid, my bad Temu. (Family ordered something.) BUT, only a few of the promos applied and I spent $150 on a $100 order.
Essentially, it's a convoluted coupon game. They will hook you with free promo offers that lead to more savings the more you spend, rapid fire, with a timer. But the "$100 coupon" rewarded after the first "level of buying" is a perfect lame representation of what Temu does-- you get 3 tiered offers with discounts the more you spend-- which equal that "FREE $100 COUPON". It's nonsense... but I still spent on the offers. When the bill comes, the promo savings have vanished, and you pay full price for (sometimes) junk. The price really determines is it's "junk". Customer service asked to verify the promotions not applied, then listed a whole bunch of promotion offers, expecting me to remember between several similar promos. It was one price in my cart when I paid, then the full overvalued price when I got the bill. So, Temu stays 1 star and I'll never use the app again.

In the end, I'd rather shop around rather than Temu. I don't enjoy the structure of ambiguous deal shopping, huge discounts with coupons and promos on timers. Fun for a minute until you realize you're kinda getting ripped off.

I've been struggling with your service for several weeks now.
Following my order 3 parcels were sent and only 2 were received and signed for.
I have contacted the delivery service and they tell me that the parcel has been delivered, but I have not received or signed for anything and they are unable to give me a name or signature.
Then I contacted your support team, who are absolutely unwilling to help me.
I've opened several files and always get the same response from Jessica, who doesn't even read my messages and sends me a written message and closes the box each time.
After that, I opened a PayPal file to push your service to act, but that didn't work at all.
PayPal are asking me to lodge a complaint against you, which I find very excessive, so I've closed the file.
Now, after cancelling my PayPal dispute, I contact the service again and they give me the same messages again.
No actions was taken and I'm still try to be heard by the chat support.
I've lost my money and Temu support won't help me.

But as I was reminded about global commerce, keep in mind: CHINA CHEAP GOODS AND SLAVE LABOR.
North China is in the business of modern day slavery with hundreds of thousands of Qyghurs (minority ethnic group) enslaved.

I have loved nearly ALL the items I've received in 4 orders. The items I did not like were returned for refund very easily. Free shipping. Ridiculously good prices.
