I ordered a laptop bag, when it arrived the shipping bag had a slit in it, the protective inside cover had a slit in it and the actual bag had 3 knife slits in it. Sent photos of all three to Temu and s lsdy told me the refund was on its way back to Paypal...a total pack of lies. They told me to trash the bag as it was no good and not to send it back. They will send you what you order but from experience it us to smsll, to big or broken and unusable. If you have money to waste then go ahead and waste it with Temu. I needed to return items that I accidentally ordered too much of and was told to go to UPS by a Temu rep.I get to UPS and Am told they cannot process my return.afyer driving 30 min to do that I now have to turn around to drive to the post office and Am told they can process my rerurn but to no avail...I call Temu and ask them to send me the correct labeland now they are telling me they can not send me a QR code that I need to fi d somewhere to print a label.I spent over 2 hours with different reps just to be told different stories and no facts. I finally ask for a manager and now all of a sudden there is no manager to be found.I ask for a complaint address abd the guy is not sure what the companies address is or what state itis in but he says it might be in Massachusetts.worst customer service ever and now I Am stuck with purchases that I will never be able to get reimbursed for or credited back to my account.never again!

Hello, I've just recently got Teemu and the "deals" are BS. It tells you if you spend 20 bucks or more you will get $100 bundle and then the bundle just ends up being four different coupons that you have to spend a certain amount of money just to get that $30 coupon not to mention when you use the coupons you have to pay for shipping and handling yourself, and don't get me started on how long it takes to get here, we're talking weeks even months. I'm very sorry to hear that some of you are having trouble with this company. I believe they have great products & after comparing similar items on other sites, I'm very happy with their prices. I was kind of curious about where this company is located after receiving my first order. If I had anything bad to say about this company, it would be that they need to disclose their location. I don't think that would keep people from ordering from them. As for customer service, I have no complaints. I received my second order from them today (4/1/23) only to find that they sent me the wrong order. I was initially upset but after spending over as half hour in the chat room, the issue was resolved and my account was credited immediately. The chat room person was very patient and once I told her I wanted to know exactly how was and when issue was going to get resolved she offered a refund and told me she mark my refund urgent and like I said it truly was. I did find the the chat room evasive at first but once she realized I wanted my specific questions answered meaning exactly how what and when she was more than helpful. Mistakes are made all the time but I truly believe that this company will resolve issues and I am very satisfied with how they handle my issue." Sure Temu has lots of great junk (emphasis on junk) at junk prices but it's not worth it - ever since ordering from Temu, I have gotten daily robo calls growing in number on a daily basis, up to 6 a day now. It seems that by blocking the number, I am signalling someone that there is a live person here and the number gets sold more and more. I am also getting text spams daily and I click report as junk and delete but this is daily. I can't prove a connection to Temu, I would just have to say it is a wild coincidence if it's not them. Have had my phone number since early 90s and this has NEVER been a problem of this magnitude before Temu.

Since you used SpeedX, delivery has been shabby. I had several orders that were not delivered and I would like to receive the items I ordered but accoring to your customer service, you lost my orders.I will have to stop buying from you, it does not make sense to buy and never receive the things you purchased. The prices are great IF the product comes undamaged. The fact that EVERYTHING is shipped in a flimsy bag without any reinforcement guarentees damage. BuT
The product I ordered clearly stated "Do not bend or fold" on both sides. Your workers then proceeded to put it in a bag with other products and FOLD MY PRODUCT to close the bag, when they could have closed it flat with no issues.
Your workers damaged my product before it even got shipped. If it had been even in a cardboard sleeve, it would have not been folded and damaged to the extent it is, which is unusable.

Temu began with enticing initial offers for the first 2-3 orders, providing a favorable start. However, once you transition from being a new customer, the offers cease. Despite the attractive low prices, the quality is disappointingly poor, and the delivery time is unacceptably long. I buy a diferents products with this company and for me is a good provider and cheaper than other company's like to ebay, amazon, etc. The first five starts are the wide spectrum the items and in differents categories the uses of domestic's and work daily. The second five stars is about the easy interface in the phones for you select, review and pay this in a few minutes. Now the two stars is the delivery, that have a long time to receive our goods. The quality of products is another 3 stars for the company because you find goods products and another are regular productos. The prices is the four stars because not all the products are cheap, some products is possible to find at lest price than other's.
It's a alternative seller in some cases for your usualy products that you will need. The average is 3.5 to 4 four stars not more.

Right now i notice Temu is just fake ads pretending to sell the artwork of Laelanie Art Gallery and they do not have permission. Temu are not professional and they better remove those ads that mentions Laelanie Art Gallery.
