Temu offers good quality product but they also give customers the best value for their money. More often than not, there's free shipping across all orders and items on the website, but customers can also easy return products that they didnt like with Temu's purchase protection program. Transactions are very fast and secure and theres always a customer service representative ready to help with problems. Apart from the very affordable price, Temu also gives customers much much more

This seller had some great and positive ratings and reviews but a part of me was still skeptical about buying this product BUT I HAD NO REASON TO BE. The seller absolutely came through! Pictures and descriptions were very accurate and I got a great product free of any defects or damage:)Temu gets their photos straight from the seller I think so that's why the photos are so accurate. Have been enjoying it so far so thank you!

Temu has the worst shipping updates of all the online shopping sites. On the day my package was scheduled to be delivered the only update was from two days ago. This is totally unacceptable.

Have ordered several times, and apart from 2 articles, everything was 5 +++. These 2 articles were a beret, which was too small [more for a child], and a dress, which was thinner material than expected,albeit good quality, just not for winter. When I asked about returning, I was informed I can KEEP THE ITEMS, and STILL GOT A FULL REFUND INTO MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT! LOVE TEMU!
And NO, I am NOT an "influencer" [whatever that is; if you need someone to tell you what to think/ buy/ do, you are beyond help...]

Tip for consumers:
Go for customer site refund, not back into bank account, it is immediate and safe !!!

I did receive my order on time, but half the items weren't even worth the low price. And they have "promotions" that promise free $$$ and items AS LONG AS you try to refer all your friends, and just when you go to do the last referral, the software glitches and won't count your last referral, therefore you NEVER get your prize. I did this with MULTIPLE OFFERS on the site and everything would go fine except 2 things, you will ALWAYS "WIN" there games and get the most credit FIRST and you will ALWAYS LOSE when you try to do the last referral. As I said in my title, these are SCAM TACTICS to get free referrals from you and free advertising without giving you ANYTHING.

I don't mind buying certain products from Temu. Although, it is still a bit of a hit-or-miss with the quality.
However, they have decided to increase the free shipping from having to spend $20 to $35, and now they have greedily increased it to $40 in the guise of being environmentally friendly.
It is more likely that they are increasing the amount due to the frequency of the sales, so they are making you spend more to be entitled to free shipping.
I have $31 worth of products in my shopping trolley, but I have deleted them all, as I'm not prepared to give in to their greed by buying more stuff to get free shipping.
Note to Temu, please don't give me your generic copy-and-paste answers to contact your customer service. Not unless they have the power to provide free shipping for under $40 spent. This is a management decision to increase the free shipping entitlement amount willy-nilly. Let the management team realise that in the long run, they will lose more customers than gain more profit by increasing the free shipping entitlement amount.

Continue to increase their free shipping entitlement so you end up having to buy more or more expensive products.

I have 3 bank cards used all 3 ordering items when 3 banks send fraud alerts on all cards big red flag every item purchased was double charged over 200$ on 1 card needless to say App deleted no one in my family is allowed to order from TEMU AGAIN. Terrible doing business with your rip off company check your statements people!

I wish I could give a 0 star! I didn't receive my package, and it said it was delivered on the app and on USUPS! I called and it said it was all refunded! I never refunded it! I am beyond words and absolutely devastated, I bought all that for mom and her birthday and now she gets nothing. I don't even get refunded until A MONTH! I will NEVER shop on TEMU again, as much as I was so excited to buy from temu, never again...

I found Temu on the website, I did research, ratings and reviews. Even though some were negative I decided to give them a shot because I liked a lot of their styles in clothing. I have literally ordered forty to fifty pieces from them. Shoes, dresses, hair pieces, sweaters and more. I will honestly say that I have been impressed and satisfied with my orders. The great thing about this site is that there is free shipping, free returns, tracking numbers and consistent with dates. And if your package is later that the date issued they add $5.00 to your account. They also give you a lot of bonuses, discounts and coupons. Sometimes you even get free merchandise from your cart from the gift boxes they offer. I think that the site is awesome, exciting and a fun place to shop. I have seen the same identical pieces on other sites for much more money. I know that for a fact because I have ordered them and compared them to one another. Their Mary Jane shoes are great shoes to travel in. I'm blessed to have come across this site it has everything one would need to travel including suitcases and duffle bags which I also purchased! I've received everything within the time range estimated (7-10 days).usually about 8 days.

Some clothing is on the cheaper side like the graphic Tshirts. Well, the shirts are actually very nice quality, but the iron-on graphics can appear cheap upon close viewing.
My bathing suit I got was literally the best bathing suit I've ever had and it was 8 dollars. It's not cheaply made or cheap looking.
All this being said, the clothes we have received have all made us super happy because they're awesome and we bought them on flash sales so the shirts were only $1-$4.
My kids got "croc" pins. Like bags of 20+ pins for <$2. They're obsessed. Their friends think they're so lucky bc legit pins are expensive for that amount, and these pins look like the real thing.
Also the rugs, stuffed animals, and kitchen/bathroom gadgets have all been great. No complaints at all.
For the amount of money I save on the products, plus free shipping with no billed membership, I'm extremely satisfied with Temu so far. Just have to be willing to wait longer than Amazon stuff.
You can leave product reviews, and view photo/video reviews of products on the site before purchasing them, like on Amazon.

And apparently there's no-hassle, free returns. But I can't attest to that bc I've not returned anything yet.

Just make sure you read the reviews on products to ensure others have been satisfied before you buy. A $1 shirt seems sketchy, but everyone else seemed happy, so i ordered it and I was also satisfied.

I bought an order almost 300 dollars from the app and they kept me awaiting to ship like almost 3 weeks without shipping i tried to contact the customer service many time to cancel to order because they supposed to have the order because i was traveling so first the customer service was unhelpful at all ignoring me and sending me a stupid answer everytime after days of sending the message we gonna give u credit 5 dollars for being late
I told them many time noo just keep it and don't send it because I won't be able to get it and i was almost talking everyday to them and sending message to the email and the app and everywhere
Guess what they ignored me and shipped anyway and sorry we can't give u the refund u get the order and return it back (even if im out of the country like wtf)
And my order I didn't receive till now its still late
So i think its scam guys don't buy from this $#*! app no one gonna listen or help you

I started shopping at timu a couple months ago I've spent over $300 at the beginning of April I sent back some things half of my credit I wanted back from my original payment method and the other half I wanted credited to my team new account so I can do more shopping they have lost my items that I've returned they owe me a $48 credit they voted to me for 2 months I've spoke to supervisors I've done everything I know how to do I call every week and I haven't even so much as received an email where's my $50 how do I get my credit back

I HAVE ORDERED SO MANY TIMES AND REORDERED! NEITHER THE UPS NOR TEMU CAN GIVE ME ANSWERS THEY MAKE THE STUPIDEST EXCUSES ABOUT THE PACKAGE AND JUST KEEP PUTTING IT BACK ONTO MY TEMU ACCT AS CREDIT TO REORDER! BEEN WAITING FOR PACKAGE FOR A MONTH! Scam terrible company. How are they still up?

Their items are nothing but cheap piec3s of plastic...pictures on website make it appear that your receiving and a normal size product. But, that is clearly not the case...MAKE SURE YOU READ ABOUT THE PRODUCT BEFORE YOU BUY, i learned my lessin, will never order from here again!

A part of my order was delivered, the second half wasn't, according to the site "it was sitting at LaserShip", apparently. So I reached out to Customer Service in the online chat, they gave me a number to to call so I called the number the next morning. Then Customer Service Rep on the phone...investigated and said that I would have an "accurate update on that day". I did receive an update telling me "that they are unable to LOCATE my package so I NEED TO CONTACT THE SELLER". Angry is an understatement for the way I am feeling. I spent almost $500 for NOTHING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!. I will NEVER order anything from this company AGAIN!

EDIT: To be fair, it's not all junk. If you actually get the savings applied, you can find some neat trinkets at a good price. Also, the false charge on my account was valid, my bad Temu. (Family ordered something.) BUT, only a few of the promos applied and I spent $150 on a $100 order.

Essentially, it's a convoluted coupon game. They will hook you with free promo offers that lead to more savings the more you spend, rapid fire, with a timer. But the "$100 coupon" rewarded after the first "level of buying" is a perfect lame representation of what Temu does-- you get 3 tiered offers with discounts the more you spend-- which equal that "FREE $100 COUPON". It's nonsense... but I still spent on the offers. When the bill comes, the promo savings have vanished, and you pay full price for (sometimes) junk. The price really determines is it's "junk". Customer service asked to verify the promotions not applied, then listed a whole bunch of promotion offers, expecting me to remember between several similar promos. It was one price in my cart when I paid, then the full overvalued price when I got the bill. So, Temu stays 1 star and I'll never use the app again.

Tip for consumers:
In the end, I'd rather shop around rather than Temu. I don't enjoy the structure of ambiguous deal shopping, huge discounts with coupons and promos on timers. Fun for a minute until you realize you're kinda getting ripped off.
