I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

This company is in the vein of Wish.com and Zulily.com but newer. I have found and ordered several items from this company and have No complaints. The items are sourced from somewhere in Asia (no extra bells and whistles) or frills), but cost less without the cheap thrills of other sites. For example, I ordered some knit running shoes and they were well made, shipped immediately and are fashion-forward. The pricing was unbelievable. Don't get me wrong, I truly enjoy my designer brands... But Temu got me without, designer name brands but quality of construct and appealing designs. There is everything from clothing to household and technological products to choose from. Incentives and discounts galore... And since, it's the latest money saver out there...I recommend a visit to Temu.com

Very cheap material.I bought a chain saw sharpener tool, it's more like a toy than a tool to sharpen a saw. Total waste of money not to mention I waited almost two weeks for this item to arrive.

Itsn not working. Charging- yeah right. Some other stuff is not working too. Cheap doesn't mean good. That I learned thanks to this temu site. For the experience I will give 2 stars.

Have already taken the necessary steps and contacted the company regarding my purchase of $200 worth of items. However, the products I received were of poor quality and seemed cheaply made. The pictures displayed on their website were misleading as the items looked bigger and better than in reality. Some of the products were so small that they couldn't even be seen in a yard. Despite my efforts, the company has refused to provide any refunds, which leads me to believe that they are acting unethically. It's disappointing that such a company is allowed to operate and sell products to the public, and I believe they should be investigated and held accountable for their deceitful practices. The pictures below indicate how small the mushrooms are that go in your yard, which are ridiculous and made out of cheap plastic and the leash that sitting next to my wallet, is supposed to be a collar that lights up for my extra small dog that is an extra small collar not an extra small collar. It is large, and it will never fit my little tiny dog so I bought three of them thinking they would be great to have and now I have all three and I'm stuck with them. Their extra small is a large.

I wish people were more honest. I don’t understand how you can take peoples hard, earned money, and think that we want this junk!

I had just downloaded the app and started playing there games, I was doing pretty good, then the game glitched, I didn't get my 6 free prizes, I was frustrated so I contacted support, they treated me horribly, the whole time, and was smug and aggressively arrogant, $#*! temu, they don't deserve anyone's business, don't waist your money

Temu is not a online company like Amazon. My recent experience shows that they set up many scam to trick customers into buying their products. When I made my order online on Jan. 8, Temu website kept reminding me I could get $25 coupon if my order was over $40. I tried it. After submitting my order, I received an email from Temu, saying that a $25 coupon will be issued when my order is shipped. Yesterday, I received a message from Temu, saying that my order was shipped and will arrive on Jan. 17. I accessed my account to check if the coupon is available, finding that the coupon was expired by Jan. 12 without any notice! Before the good was shipped, the coupon had already expired! It is clear it is a scam! I called the customer service. A lady answered my phone. She said she could only transfer my claim to the company management team, because she had no authority to address the customer complaints. I never has such a bad experience on any other online companies like Temu. My case made me believe Temu is not a honest company! Be careful to purchase products from it.

Be careful to select the reward program on Temu. It is full of scam!

In the last 2 mounths I have spent a significant amount of money only to get missing pieces in packages or not receive them at all I have been issued refunds but ordered these things because I wanted them not to receive refunds of some sort on more than half of my orders
Every time I try to speak to someone I get a computer waiting on a package is not the issue I will wait 2 weeks if needed I just want my stuff this is incredibly frustrating and as of now have stopped ordering

I ordered 3 vegetable cutters for XMAS stocking stuffers. All three of the boxes came mutilated because of an improper shipping container. The choppers were delivered in an envelope rather than in a corrugated box. Luckily there was no damage to the choppers, however the containers (folding cartons) the cutters came in, look like something you might donate to goodwill. Not happy with the lack of concern over shipping methods with these items.

If you're the kind of person that likes the latest gadgets Temu. Is a great online shopping experience. Your order usually comes within 2 weeks after it is ship from China I assume. But the problem with their products is that a lot of times the size of the items are not as they appear on their website, and a lot of times their products do not deliver as promised and reference of durability and performance. So with this being said I have spent close to $2,000 buying everything from clothing apparel to the latest gadgets and there are some things that they sell that I would be more than happy to buy over and over again but there are other products that you just have to take a loss for because it's not worth your time effort or money to try to get a refund by sending them back way to China. And this is why I call it Russian roulette is like a box of cracker jacks you never know what the prize is until it arrives to your house because it could be totally different from what you think is going to be based on your perception that you got from the website

I bought this just to try it out since it was so inexpensive. Something amazing resulted though - - I had recently developed impact arthritis from years of karate makiwara fist training; it had reached a point of constant severe pain. I started using this in conjunction with a grip squeezer, for the opposite muscles/tendons. Surprisingly, my pain was reduced and abated for a while, so I started using them regularly. My hands have now reached a point where there is no longer constant pain. Anytime I feel a pain attack coming, I do a few high rep sets of alternating with this and the gripper, and the pain goes away! I don't know the medical reason, but I am SO happy to have found a DRUG FREE method of relieving the pain. Please try it if you suffer from arthritic pain; it might work for you too, and it's so cheap that you have nothing to lose. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! *I bought this level (6.6. Lbs.) and one higher, but only use this for the pain relief method.

I'm not claiming that this will cure everyone's arthritis, but it did alleviate mine and I hope it will help at least some people that may have this same affliction. Please remember to buy a grip squeezer to use with it, if you decide to try it.

Remember this once you buy you own it or will go through hell to return it! Terrible customer service, first you go round and round with a chat bot which after an hour had me in tears so frustrated. I was finally able to maneuver how to actually get an agent (very tricky process), who then isn't actually reading my concern, this agent keeps sending generic "policy" messages. Had no care to my issues or problems. Absolutely got NO RESOLVE. Agent refused to allow me to chat with supervisor or manager kept sending generic messages. Temu sent me a package of items that was totally damaged, repackaged and taped with packing tape totally dirty. I couldn't use the original packaging so asked if they could send me a new package/box whatever. I also said I needed UPS to come pick up the package due to inability to get to the UPS store they said no. I ended up having to pay someone to bring it to UPS and then have to wait god knows how long for a 48 dollar refund. They have NO CARE for customers NO customer service what so ever, Temu only cares about selling. Awful. Zero stars if it would let me.

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I purchased the item from Temu that arrived at the end of February, 2023. It is a mini portable washing machine. Maybe it weighs 3 pounds. It doesn't have a pump. It's got a drain plug. Between the middle of March and June 13, I used it four times. It will no longer work. I can't get it to turn on. It just sits there and does nothing. I contacted Temu to get a replacement item, and they would do absolutely nothing for me because it was over 90 days since I purchased the item, and I was never informed of any limitations about time whatsoever. Temu treated me very badly. The other complaint I have about them is I get messages from them CONSTANTLY that I can buy a product for a ridiculously low price and then I go onto their app and it's 100 times the price they said I could buy it for. They do that repeatedly. It's false advertising. I believe Temu is a dishonest, disreputable company. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Temu's competitive price is for a good reason - the products are nothing like their website. You will waste a lot of time receiving trash and faulty products that are unusable when you return the products even on the same day of receiving them in their original package because they are just really poor quality that you cannot use; guess what, they refuse the return, and when you ask why? They make two lies that are contradictory even to themselves 1. Wrong products were returned, 2. The box was empty. So which one is it, then? I guess because they receive so many returns, they start refusing returns instead of stopping sending trash to their consumers. So now you know the 90-day return is a lie; the products are nothing like the pictures or even the reviews on their websites, which is amazing because the massive reviews on each product seem like fake bots, including those with coupon codes, who are sponsored and paid by this said website. The things are cheap for a good reason, because it is worth nothing and waste of time.

This business is a scam or the customer service representatives are all nuts from bottom to the top! When I ordered first time everything went smoothly and after two and half weeks I got my order. Items in my order were kind of low quality but I had paid low amounts for them of course. The next time when I was about to order via their website for the second time, there was something like a blockage on their checkout portal that it did not accept my form of payment! I contacted them two times via chat and after allotting my case to a so-called supervisor,I was advised after a few days that I'd better change my form of payment. As a result, I used another credit card of mine and again the payment failed. Next time, I tried my debit card and the transaction failed one more time! Whenever I contacted customer service reps, they were like robots who had the habit of giving me some repetitive, cliche type answers like again change your payment! Or contact your bank! Without trying to solve my issue over payment; as if they really do not listen to or care for their customer's requirements. I really do not have any issue in other online websites over finalizing and placing my orders except for this website. They are soooo unable to solve their customers problems; They are just GOOD FOR NOTHING!
