I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

Take forever to ship cheap no quality rubbish and when you get tired of waiting they refuse to refund and make you wait more. They give you tracking numbers that never ship.

I have placed close to 75 orders with Temu. I has few problems and the past 6 orders have been nightmare with shipping. I have liked the company and their 1st line of Customer Service tries to be helpful and if the problem is escalated nothing happens no way to influence the shipping issues. I have NOT had problems with most products and the couple I have no issues with refunds. I placed two orders. You can not pay for expedite shipping with electronics in States so that order was the 2nd order I placed. (Interestingly enough the 2nd order has already shipped.) I chose expedite shipping since I have had issues recently ( things like 6 days being handed over after clearing customs, 6 days to pack order, missed Father's day gift though due no later than 13th showed up 20th of June) I paid 12.90 US for it to arrive between 2nd and 8th of July. Reported to them on 29th of June that it was still being packed ( virtual agent who escalated it. A useless thing in my experience) and phoned today to let them know status has not changed. The order is still being gathered. He explained that some items were out of stock now and they were holding the order. I requested they just cancel those items out of stock and just ship. Nope they can't do that. 🙅‍ The offer of 13.00 would be given if it doesn't arrive by 8th. Darn straight it will that is just a refund of my expedited shipping. I live in rural Maine so it won't be here even of it is shipped out today, which isn't happening. The Customer Service people on front line offered me a 5.00 credit. Which after spending so much time on my last few orders I won't be using. I will maybe try in a few months and right now I am done with this. Hopefully they will get it back together..

Customer Service first response people are great AND they are powerless to influence outcome. Once escalated it is useless

I made a small order to see how the quality was on different types of products, it was ok for some things so I made another order doubled the size of the 1st order only to get a notice a week later at 2am saying my order was delivered so that afternoon I starred calling the numbers I found for customer service and the contact info for the seller noone answered and it sent me to a voice-mail so I started disputing the order thru the site no luck I messaged every contact they give you and nothing some people I know order and it seems to be like a hit or miss with everything about this site I'm pissed I'm out of the money and got absolutely NO help from them so yes I say this site is BULL$HI+ I hope this review helps people from getting ripped off like I did

I want one item to return that I purchased, called customer service and she guide me from a to z about the procedure for a return and send the return sticker promptly, one item, a massager, was given free saying I do not need to return it however they reimbursed the money, the lady was polite and courteous, with no show of confusion or an anger attitude

On and on we go with TEMU, once again Temu sent my order PO**************045 to an additional I NEVER used with them And the last chat person assured me that the address issue was all taken care of, yet it was delivered to the wrong address again and they are refusing to refund me for it BUT Crediting me on their site to which they don't understand I Have No Intention of Ordering from them again and that I have evidence to corroborate Everything I'm saying about how incompetent this business actually is. Just got the generic I'm sorry note from Temu: No Temu IS NOT Sorry for the inconvenience, they have done this 4 times and as I stated I have proof Temu is Not sorry and proof they are incompetent Beware of what looks like a too good to be true deal…. I have found better deals elsewhere

Remember this once you buy you own it or will go through hell to return it! Terrible customer service, first you go round and round with a chat bot which after an hour had me in tears so frustrated. I was finally able to maneuver how to actually get an agent (very tricky process), who then isn't actually reading my concern, this agent keeps sending generic "policy" messages. Had no care to my issues or problems. Absolutely got NO RESOLVE. Agent refused to allow me to chat with supervisor or manager kept sending generic messages. Temu sent me a package of items that was totally damaged, repackaged and taped with packing tape totally dirty. I couldn't use the original packaging so asked if they could send me a new package/box whatever. I also said I needed UPS to come pick up the package due to inability to get to the UPS store they said no. I ended up having to pay someone to bring it to UPS and then have to wait god knows how long for a 48 dollar refund. They have NO CARE for customers NO customer service what so ever, Temu only cares about selling. Awful. Zero stars if it would let me.

It's definitely still a work in progress but Temu has really let me realize the kitchen of my d r e a m s <3 I've been looking at those super aesthetic kitchen tiktoks and wishing that I could make my kitchen look that good before i realized that WITH TEMU I COULD! Temu is not registered with the BBB. Refused to give me my money back. They said they did but it is not reflecting on my banking account of a return. This is my first time ordering from this company. Never again. They wrote me an email saying they delivered my items and will not refund me nor send replacement items. They got my money and I received nothing. It appears either it was never sent or it was stolen.

Temu has a bad habit of repeatedly scamming or lying to customers regarding prizes and promotions. I personally have had over a dozen bad and unacceptable experiences, specifically regarding promised prizes or rewards. Contacting customer service requires repeated complaints only to be told either you aren't eligible for the promised reward due to some obscure technicality or told to wait for resolution only for nothing to be done. Personally I think it's a scam to get customers to give up so the rewards never have to be issued. And if by some chance you do finally get the minimal reward it takes numerous times contacting customer service and lodging multiple complaints. By the time anything is done, If anything is done at all you have to waste so much of your time it wasn't even worth it. I have personally spent in excess of 30 hours dealing with customer service over failed promises of rewards and credits being issued that I will likely be taking my business elsewhere permanently. My advice is pay the 5-10% more in cost and use other companies and sellers such as Amazon. Or if you really want medium to low grade products at low prices below the average sellers prices use a site like Alibaba, orders take a bit longer but you save just as much money without the scams and non-existent rewards that you never actually get anyways. Spare yourself the headache and frustration and just shop elsewhere.

I have placed over 20 orders with Temu in the last 4 months. Only two of them were over $14 (just in case). I get cheap, use 3-times-a-year items usually. I was unsatisfied with 3 out of the 100+ items I ordered. I gave those items 2 or 3 star reviews and Temu encouraged me to return/refund them. I don't take a picture of item as requested; I don't request a refund (tell them to just apply as a credit), and they tell me to keep item/throw away/donate the item; the credit is automatically applied to next order. Never had a problem with that. I understand deliveries take about 2 weeks: the one time a delivery was late, they credited my account the $5. I tried a clothing item (it was too thin); I tried jewelry (it looked chintzy); I tried an electronic item (it worked fine). So I know what to expect from them and order accordingly. You are paying 1/5 th what you'd normally pay>>so lower your expectations. Don't order $100 at a time and don't ask for refunds; ask for account credits (that way they know you'll be back). The 919 complaints on BBB are about expectations (in quality, delivery time, refund/crediting). Wise up: I'm 72 yr. Old and like the company and its products (despite being a very wealthy, snobby gentleman.)

To apply for a refund, login to the Temu app or Temu.com with the account used for your order, open the "Your orders" page, and click "Return/Refund." The first return for each order is free and you can choose to receive your refund back to your original payment method or as Temu credits. Temu credits will appear in your Temu credit balance within 3 minutes and can be used immediately. If you choose to receive your refund back to your original payment method, please allow 5-14 business days for it to appear since timing depends on your financial institution. Orders are late they say they give you a $5.00 credit if it is late but you have a $10.00 min. Charge so that $5.00 is worthless so no matter what they are not giving you anything.

Not only does TEMU sell very poor quality products, most of their accompanying instructions are exclusively in Chinese. Also, their customer service is almost nonexistent..

Tip for consumers:
To know that for some items, in this case drones as gifts, the instructions were only in Chinese.

Verified purchase

Put in a decent order for my company, paid through Paypal that has already verified my payment credit card, after Temu accepted my order and Paypal purchase, a few hours later, they refunded it asking for verification of the credit card I used through Paypal, they wanted me to send them a credit card statement to verify that I an the actual owner of the credit card, Paypal guarantees this this as they have done this with me already. Complete garbage, I will spend my money as I have at AMAZON, trusted purchasing site for products, stay away from temu crap!
