Ive always been curvier than regular women so buying clothes was always kinda hard for me because nothing ever really fit properly. After I finally received my products very late I discovered they are counterfeit. I bought an exhaust pipe that is counterfeit. It is not a factory item, just a cheap knockoff. I requested my money back but TEMU requires me to return the item. This mistake will be costly to TEMU as I have handed the item to the authorities. It would have been easier to comply with my request, but TEMU decided against it. My attorney has suggested a lawsuit after the authorities have concluded their investigation.
Furthermore my last TEMU review was answered by a repwho suggested TEMU sells quality products. WOW! Really! Quality products? You have been caught red handed selling counterfeit products! You call that quality? Are you completely insane? This company is a joke.
Ladies and gentlemen. Wait for a while before you purchase. After this lawsuit I'll take over and fire everyone who is responsible for this crap.

I used to shop on the more popular websites but they were really expensive and I'd either have to not buy the item or dip into my savings. This is the first time I have ever TEMU and my last time. I went and put in my address when I started the process. When the delivery was shipped to me they changed my address to an address that wasn't even a valid address. I went to call TEMU to change the address they advised me since it was already shipped they couldn't change the address that I had to get a hold of LaserShip I called LaserShip who advised me that I they couldn't change the address I TEMU. After about 2 days of dealing with this finally somebody told me they had it taken care of. Then it got to the next stage of delivery and the address still wasn't changed it was still shipped to an invalid address. This is the worst company I have ever seen the worst company I have ever dealt with. Additionally, customer service chat agents don't know their $#*! from the hole in the ground to be straight with you all I got was a run around and a bunch of BS. I never deal with TEMU ever again.

I have got the warmest pajamas (blanket items and pajama sets) ever from TEMU, very important in the Upper Midwest U.S. I have also got a shawl that wasn't as depicted and accidentally ordered some items that weren't what I thought they were, but I was able to cancel the latter after discovering the Shop Reviews. If you click on the Shop icon (seller) under "Reviews," you can read many more reviews than are displayed under the item description. There is more time to cancel items on this site than usual, though there are sometimes limited refund options. Sometimes they will only give a partial refund and partial store credit, but if you do receive the item, one item per order can be returned for a full refund. Now, I always read the Shop Reviews before making a purchase, and I am generally satisfied with what I receive. I love that I can purchase a pet toy at an affordable price every time I make an order. My pampered cats are used to receiving treats and food in the mail, and are disappointed when I order clothes or other items and there is nothing in the package for them. When I had children at home, it was the same story. I have not bought cat toys in a while because most sites charge $7-15 for them, which is ridiculous! I wish every store had pet items for.40-$1.70 I could add to every order, like I do at TEMU. It doesn't take much to make them happy, but they even have pet tunnels, activity and mechanical toys for well under $10. Pets are family!
