I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

I put a order in for my kids school stuff and my other was canceled due to suspension activities I sent in the documents they required to verify that it was and they still canceled but made it seem like for days that my order went though and they got the documents NEVER AGAIN!

The way the games are designed on Temu are set up in a way in which you can never win. TRUST ME. NEVER. You'll get so close, but they cut the awarded points down every time you earn. Waste of time.

I kinda like using the e-wallet thing more than actual credit cards but I hated that I always had to have a card for whenever I wanted to buy smth online but that's what made Temu IT for me! Apple Pay, PayPal AND Google Pay? Temu got me covered hahahahah I linked Temu to my PayPal and my charges come in instantly! Great for buying supplies for my small business btw!

I have been ordering from Temu since the very beginning and I have no compaints yet. 90% of everything I have ordered has been good quality, with the exception of a few that were very inexpensive and I didn't expect great quality. Any and every thing I've had a problem with I send back and receive a refund right away. I order so much that I just leave it as a credit now to make it easier. I have ordered some of the cutest clothes from them and I'm normally a Macy's/Kohl's girl. For the price the quality is very good. Their styles are fashionable; sometimes I have a problem with the sizes, but that is my fault sometimes. I will continue to order from them until the customer service is no longer good. I find a lot of really useful items that I never knew existed.:-) Anyway, it's an A+ from me. I don't know what people want when the price is good, free shipping and quick refunds. They have been most honest with me. I'm sorry I can't upload any pictures, etc. I'm not very computer literate.:-)

I just don't know how to upload my proof of purchase to verify my purchase, but I have placed several mostly large orders since the beginning.

Disclaimer: This review has nothing to do with the order # listed, I was not able to leave a review unless I put in an order number. I was happy with the things I ordered. This is only about the SCAM free item promo.
Don't waste your time trying to get the"free" items, you will never get them. You have to harrass people to download the app which gives you points toward your "free" items. But when you need just one more referral to accept your invitation, suddenly, that persons referral won't go thru to your account. Then your time is up, and you lose everything you picked out. And no, you are not allowed to pay the difference. Even if that difference is only 50 cents. That's where I'm at now, one more new user referral and I would have gotten my free items. Nope, that new user was never credited to my account. So I lose all my items. Ive tried this "free item" thing twice now, both times i need just one more new user referral to get the items, but nope, those new referrals were never credited to me. Temu, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
I got fooled twice. I won't be doing it again. What a scam.

Tip for consumers:
Good products good prices, but Temu needs to quit fooling people into believing they can get "free" items. You have to jump through a million hoops, then when you are 50 cents away from getting your "free" items, suddenly, new referrals that accept my invitation do not get credited to my account. Scam.

I order a couple of Christmas gifts from them and was told they had fast delivery service and tracking. Delivery was fast and I would have my gifts before Christmas. Well the tracking sucks as my package was sent out on the 10th of December and has left the a facility in Los Angeles 11th of December and my packages will be delivered between December 14 - 23. Well today is the 23 at 2:30 pm and the tracking has not been updated since December 11th and is still saying it will be delivered today. Well my mail has already come for the day, so we know it's not coming today. They didn't send it UPS or FEDEX they sent it regular mail. Just incase anyone says Well it could still come. To add salt to injury, they then say if I don't get it by the 23rd they will give you a $5 credit within 48 hours. Try reaching a human to get that $5 credit, not that the $5 will help me out with the Christmas gifts I'm now out and have to go out a shop for at this late date. Something that could of been avoided if the tracking was sufficient and updated. Tried to get a refund but have to wait till I get my order. How funny since the tracking tells me nobody knows where it is! I might never get it. I'm on a fixed income so the refund sure would be helpful in replacing the now gifts I am short. Merry Christmas all. I'm just saying I'm tired of the run around.

Placed an order in Feb 2023. Temu uses SpeedX delivery. Wrong package with someone elses name and address was delivered. I opened package and to my suprise it was a cheap china par of Nike knock off soccer shoes and a drum pad. Address was a town 25 miles away with a total different address. Called Temu customer service and chatted online. They apologize and stated my package is still on its way. 5 days later received a notice my package was delivered 5 days ago. Yes a package was delivered 5 days ago but it was the wrong package. Called TEMU again. They stated sorry and they issued me a refund and told me to order again. They did not even offer to resend my shipment which was suppose to be 50% off. When I asked where they were located they stated in Connecticut but they sounded very chinese. Seems clear to me this is another attempt for China to sell products to the USA and ship directly from China to avoid all the tarrifs and issues of trade between the USA and China. I will not be ordering any items from this company again and will be deleting my account. I know this company ran a 30 second commercial during the 2023 SuperBowl but I think they are very shady and deliver cheap quality products.

Stay away. Cheap China products shipped direct from China to avoid tarrifs and USA policies.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY STEAL CREDIT CARD INFO.
After already charging my card, I could see the charge on my Wells Fargo account, these crooks try to get you to send them a statement. I actually did send them a statement with my financial info redacted and they wanted more. I tried working with them but they insist on recieving a statement with personal financial info on it. I hope the authorites take them down soon before more people are hurt. I intend to report them to several federal and state agencies.

I am very pleased with Temu. I have purchased 188 items since Dec. 3rd with 8 orders. My first order was before Christmas and because I figured this was coming out of China I didnt expect it by Christmas. It came by the 17th. I have purchased mainly inexpensive stuff. Socks, artificial floral, hair pieces and accessories,Christmas stocking stuffers, household items, and some clothes and shoes. I was hesitant with my first order because I had never heard of them, but they had a Christmas projector light that I wanted for a good price, so I took the chance. I'm really glad I did. They can have really great prices, the shipping has been like any other store and I've been really happy with my purchases. You really need to READ the description. Sizes are in cm most of the time and not in inches so again READ the description. The clothes are probably out of China and run small. I'm 5'2" and 150 and bought a dress in xxl and it was still a little tight, but it really is pretty. I've bought a couple pairs of shoes and they run true. You should read the item reviews, some will have photos and you get get a better idea about what you're buying. I've been given 2 promo credits and received both with no problems. I have had no problems with Temu, I have been a little disappointed with some items, but it's because I didn't READ the description. Their artificial floral stuff is amazing, very realistic. Go ahead and try it, I don't think you'll be disappointed

My order was made September 4th 2023 for about $260. The email notification stated delivery will be between 10th - 18th. The last email update I got was on September 6th 2023.

The tracking confirmed my package was out for delivery, no package delivered up till the 18th. No email update was provided. My cell phone number they collected but apparently was of no use to notify me either.

I had to go on the website to find out my package was returned because of "wrong" address. The address I provided was the right one. However, a refund was offered. It was stated that it might take up to 30 days to get it reflected on my account, with a caveat that the amount might change for reasons I don't remember. I have the refund already.

The experience was very frustrating, especially because there was absolutely no communication until I dug further on my own.

To think that Temu is still bringing up advertisements on my phone and computer wanting me to shop for some more items makes me wonder how they are going to deliver those item when I have the same address they could not locate before.

It also seems to me that Temu is very obsessed with 5-star reviews, cos that's all you see on their site. The site does not provide the opportunity to leave honest views about customer experience. No system is provided to provide a resolution to complaints instead your message is with a chat bot that provides generic responses, not specific to your need.
