I shopped on this website a lot, I bought things for my family, and I used to really trust Temu, because not any bad things happned, and I have a very good history on the site. I asked for a simple explaination on a refound matter when I have delievered the refunded item back, and I have ask them wy, but they just told me the same thing and now it is been a week, im been played around for no reason, but they denied it, and charged the refunded amount back, I do not understand why the customer service in a matured website like this will make that happen. I was lured to the Temu app with FALSE advertising on facebook. A yeans for 1,69 as a welcome gift. I gathered more items, 13 in total and when I wanted to pay the price of the yeans went up to 19. I (stuped, I know) decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt and deleted the yeans from my shopping card, paid for the other items (most of them were meant as gifts for the dogs at our local shelter). Got in touch with customer service and told them something went wrong with the new customer discount for the yeans and asked them to fix it. They wanted proof, I provided it to them. They transfered me to another agent who said that after carefully investigating I had already profit the discount from a different account. I do not have a different account! I never heard about Temu before I saw the add on facebook. After carefully investigating myself I found out there are a lot of reviews and articles about this form of false advertising. I cancelled my order but read other reviews of people who did the same and never got their money back. If I dont get my money back I will report this to the proper autorities who are already keeping a close eye on Temu. And report as a scam to my bank and the platform I used to pay for the order. Im super disappointed, Temu brought me nothing but stress and frustration

When I first discovered Temu, I was skeptical - how could they have so many products for such low prices. I found ONE item, a stencil that I had bought online from another online company beginning with A, that was about $8 there - and Temu had the same exact item for $3. Too good to be true I thought, but I ordered anyway, and would you believe it, it's THE EXACT SAME THING! It was free delivery too - and a 90 day return option - and that was it. I was in love. They have millions of items - I must have bought HUNDREDS of things from them and they have never ONCE let me down, or sent something different to what I was expecting - they are absolutely outstanding. My ONLY complaint is that they are TOO good - they have so many things and their prices are so great that I am kind of addicted, I keep sneaking on to their website and ordering things... so if you are ordering from Temu, be assured they are great - their customer service is superb - online chat is very efficient if you have queries, I just love Temu. This is the BEST thing I have found in years. I buy honey jars for bottling honey, bottles, hive tools, bee suits, bee trinkets, electronics, charging cables, security cameras, hooks, carabinas, and everything is good quality, the same as you'd find on that other shopping website I mentioned earlier, but one third of the price! The list just goes on and on. I just bought some bee earrings and bee necklaces as gifts, a dash camera for my car... and their customer service is outstanding. I would say that every single time I go on there I find something I want. This really is my guilty secret.

My first, only & last time ordering from Temu my order did not come on time at all, they couldn't tell me where it was and I ordered it over 15 days ago. I actually ordered July 13th and today is the 31st and still no package. My 33rd bday weekend was so ruined because I was waiting on my package with all of my weekend outfits in it which was the weekend of the 29th. I usually shop online so for this to happen to me with this website first time around doesn't make me want to ever shop again with Temu. Careful with temu, i've been ordering with them for a so long, and I NEED TO RETURN 6 items but their agent gave me a return label with a wrong quantity.
MY 6items return is worth $153.21 which they received already. But because the return label has 1 item instead of 6. Now they only refund me for 1 item of $16.00 because the agent named SULLANO only enter 1 item instead 6. And I USE IT FOR 6 items. I JUST FOUND OUT THE MISTAKE THEIR AGENT MADE WHEN I RECEIVED MY REFUND. Now they refuse refund me, I EVEN CHALLENGE THEM TO CHECK THEIR CCTV IN THE RETURN WAREHOUSE TO PROVE THEY RECEIVED 6 items.
