After all Temu put me thru, I submitted a detailed letter with proof to the State of California Consumer Protection Agency, showing there were indeed two packages and not 1 as Temu insisted over 8 times. I provided the UPS notification received with the weight, date & tracking number prepared the exact same time as the one package I did receive that only had 4/11 items ordered & weighed <1 lb. However Temu never sent my second package to UPS, even though TEMU prepared a label & notified UPS it would follow. Package weighed 4 lbs. All of the documentation with images I sent to CPA moved them to notify Temu. I also sent the same letter to Temu headquarters. After an internal investigation and prodding by the CPA, I received a detailed apology letter and full refund. I gv them 1 star still because I should not have had to FIGHT to make them do the right thing by refunding me. I forced their hand and it was extremely stressful and unnecessary & unfortunate bcuz I really liked shopping their site prior to this interaction.

I've usually been a happy customer with Temu and their products, I've always received everything I ordered in a reasonable time, usually less than 10 days. My last order consisted of 11 items which cost me over $61 and I was excited about my pending delivery. Because the order was large I expected two packages but was notified there would only be 1 20" x 17" when it arrived I received a package 15" x 16" with only 4 of the 11 items. I got 2 rugs & 2 bathroom shelves. The bag could not hv fit any other items. I notified Temu of the 7 missing items and within 24 hours they informed me that the warehouse stated all my items were shipped in 1 bag and their records show delivered so my refund was denied. After referring I don't know how many people to this company I feel like a fool, I received $21 of the $61 and they hv refused to ship what was missing or refund me for what I didn't get. Until I get my money back there is no length I won't go to so ppl know it's possible to get royally screwed by this company. I contacted the shipping company that confirmed the size and weight of my package which was less than 1 lbs. and 4xs Temu refused to refund me stating they checked the video and all 11 items were stuffed in a small package & delivered to me which is impossible! Most likely they were packaged in 2 bags & someone mistakenly put a label for someone else on my package, which my daughter has gotten someone's else's order before. I will not rest until I get refunded or the item shipped that I ordered but did not receive. Buyer beware! That's IF you actually receive it! Criminal!
UPDATE! I used my credit to purchase a few of the items I never received a but paid for & then I was going to delete the app. Once I received shipping information I went into my UPS app to track the package to see when I could expect it. I noticed that there was a package also coming from Temu also packaged on 19 September the day after I place my order and it weighed 4lbs. I contacted UPS who stated they never received the package for me to contact the shipper. It is a 4lb package obviously containing the 7 items I never received and yet Temu is still insisting that they checked the video in the warehouse and all 11 items I ordered was placed in one package weighing <1 lb. totally ignoring the fact that I have proof from UPS that a second package was prepared for me the same day that I still have not received! They are unbelievable! Proof provided below! They deserve zero stars!

Every time prior I ordered from this company I was happy with the delivery time I was happy with the cost, and I was happy with what I received. This is the first time I placed a large order and only received a portion of it and my request for them to ship the missing items or either refund me was denied. So I was wary about ordering from the website but I did it anyway a $377 order a week later it says delivered well I'm looking around looking around check all my neighbors and no package to be found so I contact customer service and they say it says delivered well I don't know where it was delivered but it wasn't delivered here and no offer for credit no offer for a refund no offer to reship my product no offer for anything. Definitely the worst customer service I've ever encountered definitely a scam site if I could give it a negative 10 review I would. So if you order from this time you better make it a small number because if it's a bigger number they will not refund it and you better make sure you're ready to take responsibility for the Post Office and they're screw UPS because I paid my money I did my part between them and the post office somebody screwed up and I'm the one that it cost. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone they're slogan should be rip you off to become a millionaire.

No doubt you find items really cheaper but the service is really horrendous. Have seen reviews from other buyers about missing items and till I experienced it myself. The package arrived but one item was missing. Made a report thru my account and was asked to wait till they check on their side.
So, a refund for the missing item was denied because temu claimed the warehouse has confirmed it was packed and shipped!. When asked for proof; none.
Asked for the weight of the package, customer service was unable to help or provide any information. Because the weight difference will determine if any lost items amidst the custom check by the the time local post received the package. So the customer service agent wasn't helpful hence I request for a phone call to speak to someone personally. The agent lied thru her teeth saying TEMU has no hotline. I took a picture of the original packaging and show the customer service agent and she said it's not acceptable. The missing item is longish and I tried to reason with her it can't be in this packaging because it's small and won't fit in. In all its the 2nd time I have missing items (in 2 weeks).
If every package there 1 or 2 missing items, how much money goes into TEMU account? They only pretend they did sent it (but actually didn't). IMO, it's cheating on customers in a very sly way. I hope more ppl stand up and voice out if you have similar experience. Many remain silent as they think the amount is not big. But it is for this reason TEMU is getting more audacious. If some authority can intervene and check the whole company protocol and audit to see if there are loopholes in the operation.
Update: a day after review was made, another pack age arrived today (16.2.2024). This time to protect myself, I took a video showing from the beginning before opening the package, opening it and taking the items out one by one. AGAIN, one item was missing. Something smelling fishy here. I sent temu the video and awaiting for their review. So my advice is take videos before you open TEMU packages. Helps as an evidence if the items are broken or missing. Else they turn their words against yours.

At the beginning you will receive everything and all in good condition. Slowly when you start to bulk purchase they will start sending a few defect or broken items n eventually missing items. Don't expect to get a refund. Take a video from before opening the package. They are cunning. No one to verify what they say (though they claim the warehouse confirmed it was packed n shipped). Protect yourself. It's may be a smart fraud, every package one or two missing items, THINK! Where the $ gone to?

I have ordered from Temu numerous times, but the one time I send something back brand new in the plastic like it was sent to me, they stole half of my money for no reason. I sent both dresses back brand new in the plastic with nothing wrong with neither dresses, but they said I'm only due a partial refund. I sent them back way before the time was up in perfect condition, I mean nothing was wrong on my end. I sent the tracking number and everything. I did the backwards and forwards chat for 3 days, they decided to go on and put my money back on my card. However, a day later they takes my money back off my card. So, I did the chat backwards and forwards for about 45 minutes no results, I then called only to go backwards and forwards with the guy or the robot who constantly saying the same thing over and over and they favorite word "No Worries" I'm like it is some Worries because you guys supposed to be a business and you all THIEVES and apparently you guys have THIEVES working for the company. This is unacceptable and this is not the end from me. But, I am just trying to warn people that works hard for their coins like myself and doesn't money to give away, especially under false pretense from an unprofessional, thieving, fraudulent company.
