I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

Temu's discount offers are misleading. They bombard you with daily gifts, but it's worthless as their x% off doesn't mean you get actual % off the total amount of your order, but you get a pathetic amount of 0.01 cents credit. Their promotion of free gifts is just a spam exercise to get you to do their dirty work of recruiting new users. Their recent hat trick promotion is rigged. You spent time choosing the items you wanted before they revealed that you have to earn "energy points" by referring your friends to join and download before you can receive the free items. However, you are always 1 to 2 points out of reach from being qualified to get the items you selected. Their customer support will insist it's a legitimate promotion. Despite apologizing for the poor experience & repeating company slogans about the importance of customer experience to Temu. They don't do anything to rectify the issue, so don't bother. The website will continue advertising how many people have won their free items.
I would have been inclined to recommend them to my friends had they kept it truthful and straightforward. X% means X% off your order. The number of items I spun for free should be the number of items I am entitled to. To find out you have to earn energy points to 'win' the 'free' items after you have spent time selecting them is infuriating (At most, I would need to recommend Temu to the same number of friends, but whether they join or download their app is up to them) However, Temu chose to make people jump through hoops and require them to spam their friends for a few free items. They had a chance to make this a successful promotion by creating a buzz and a good word of mouth. Instead, I have warned my friends and family to avoid this deceitful app.

Haven't received goods yet; am dubious about what (IF) I receive based on other reviews. I do have a problem with being told there is a tracking number, part of which they provide. However, when trying to track, the message is the carrier hasn't received the package yet, 6 days after order placed. Also noted the shipping point is only 75 miles away from me. Don't understand why so much time passes between order placement and shipment. Am guessing the distribution center might wait until they have a truckload to go to the carrier to save $. They also use an unreliable carrier in my area. All of this might explain why they give you a 2 week window to receive order. One of the TEMU responses to a customer indicated you can get a refund if the time span exceeds 15 days. Regret ordering anything from them; at least I didn't directly give them my card info but used Klarna (4 equal payments) instead that I've used before without incident. In the unlikely event I am thrilled with what I ordered, don't plan on ordering from them in the future.
Edited 12-6-2023. Turns out delivering carrier distribution point is 75 miles away but actual shipping point clearly is China as correspondence with them talks about waiting for a flight and then an update indicates arrival at an airport. To me, where they fall short is giving you a tracking number for the delivering carrier before they have the goods.
Have since received orders. Ordered 3 human apparel items, all size lg. Feel like Goldilocks...one too big, one too small, one just right. Material has that (what I call) China smell of cheap fabrics soaked in chemicals. Returned stuff not fitting; immediately washed the one that did. Dog sweaters appeared to be ok. Still don't plan on buying from them again just based on quality of goods, not a surprise actually.

Yesterday, 3/2/2023, I saw an ad for Temu on my Moovit public transport app. The main message of the advertisement was that new users of the Temu mobile app may receive 3 free products of their choosing along with free shipping. Thus, believing it to be authentic, I clicked on it. I download the Temu App, then I select the three items I want to receive for free. But before you get all the items, you have to play a Hat Trick Draw game.
During the game, I was able to easily win the first two items, but every time I got to the last one on the hat trick game, I miraculously run out of energy points, and then they said I must invite friends in order to gain more energy to draw again, which leads me to believe that the game has been rigged.
But because I was determined to win all three items, I spent a total of two days attempting to invite as many friends as I could in order to accumulate enough energy points to draw and win my final item. However, I soon realized I had wasted my time and effort after Temu informed me that all three of the items I had selected were out of stock. (They said this after I won all three items).
They didn't even let me pick three other items that weren't out of stock; they just claimed it wasn't in stock where I was, and that was it. I genuinely wasted both my time and sleep. I deserve to know why Temu scammed me this way. I followed their instructions, so where are my freebies?

First time order had some issues customer service was responsive after that first call I have found it all but impossible to actually be able to speak to Temu! Order today had damaged items (so did prior orders) Chat is available but for me a novice to both my ipad & iphone I really needed to speak to someone order today #PO**************131 items damaged and the incense actually made me gag! Non touch thermometer did not work with new batteries ipad stand scratched I am writing this review to pay it forward don't waste your time or money especially if your young I am a retired Physical therapist and even though I can afford Temu I can no longer use Temu it's a total drag to buy stuff only to receive some junky damaged items! Not being able to speak to their customer service is beyond frustrating it borders on a form of unethical store policy! What a really unpleasant experience Temu is a wretched disgraceful buying experience! Just pass Temu by other online retailers are offering great savings and they have good customer service!

Initially found customer service to be responsive either by chat & phone this was for my first two orders and always used Paypal! Recently efforts to reach Temu service has been unsuccessful and frustrating this includes their Chat & phone number! Temu is a disgusting company and here is why Temu phone service is endlessly a long if not impossible wait which is exactly what Temu has set up most customers simply give up and who can blame them? I had my first order and it all went well, the item description was accurate and the material expected, for shipping they used UNIUNI and it arrived in about 5 days after shipping. However, on the second order they used STRAIGHTSHIP and it appeared they "mislabeled the package as delivered", so it was stuck at the straightship warehouse. Upon contacting TEMU they assured me that the package will be delivered. On the last day of Temu appointed delivery, the package was magically "DELIVERED". However my phone never rang, and no picture of the delivery was available. Spoke to Temu and the item was reshipped on the 30th of December with STRAIGHTSHIP, package was not even delivered to the apartment but thrown in the lobby. Will not be using Temu again unless they change courier to another company that is not Straightship.

TUMU is a fair company for some great items. I have had a store in the past & seriously they have a lot of good items to order for resale. If you design your own jewelry & have family projects so the students can design earrings & sell them for profit; then this is a decent fair company to buy from. & it beats buying from the gift shows where you'd pay 6 to 10 times the prices on findings. & their jewelry of broach pins. My post is real as my review & name. I am an ex columnist as well. Ahough dome garments may not be as we expected; but TUMU definitely makes up for it on some great extremely fair items. I & some of my local & out of state business affiliates researched this site agreed, this company has a great stuff in it & they didn't have to drive to Orlando to buy products for resale when they can simply & patiently read & look over all of TUMU 's merchandise. As for the shipments being late. We had no issues with it. We also had a Fedex tracking number. A lot of times Fedex workers might have went to the wrong house; as this was done to one of my friends in Melbourne. The lady recently kept the package & because she felt she could. I've had fedex asks me if I'd keep a neighbors package& sign for it is myit & when that person came home could I take it to them ….I told the driver in the past that not my business & I said: NO! Early Last year ab abundance of packages where found in the woods somewhere. You might have seen this on tv. It happened & could you imagine all the people complaining & blaming companies in case they ordered. Gifts for their love ones. I like to tell it like it is … give this company a chance. So far we are impressed …we are saving money for some great gifts as well as discounted supplies for our students for their crafts so they can make products & earn money for school functions.

After 10 days of submitting my order today I get message that they don't have the items that I ordered and my refund will take up to 30 days.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the online shopping website, Temu, which has left me frustrated and disappointed. Despite placing an order and eagerly waiting for my package, it never arrived in my mailbox or at my apartment. To make matters worse, the lack of assistance from Temu's customer service team has been appalling.
Upon realizing that my package was missing, I immediately contacted Temu's phone support and online support for assistance. To my dismay, the representative I spoke with informed me that they couldn't offer a refund and advised me to reach out to USPS instead. While it is understandable that they may need to involve USPS in such cases, their unwillingness to help or take responsibility was deeply disheartening.
Following their advice, I contacted USPS and initiated an investigation regarding the missing package. However, the process has been arduous and time-consuming, with no guarantee of a resolution or refund. It is deeply frustrating to think that the responsibility for resolving this issue has been shifted to me, the customer, rather than being efficiently handled by Temu or USPS.
Throughout this ordeal, I have encountered nothing but a lack of concern and support from Temu's customer service. Their unhelpful response and inability to provide a satisfactory solution have only added to my frustration. As a customer, I expect a reliable and trustworthy shopping experience, which unfortunately has been severely lacking with Temu.
I sincerely hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have endured. Temu's poor handling of my missing package, the lack of support from their customer service team, and the subsequent burden placed on me as the customer have all contributed to my decision to not only refrain from using their services in the future but also warn others about their subpar service.
