On July 13th I received a package from Temu. I had order 9 items in total, but 4 of the items were missing from my order totaling $22.02. According to TEMU'S Purchase Protection Program I am entitled to a refund for missing items so I initially felt assured shopping with TEMU. BUT, my request was denied. I have spoken to 4 different customer service representatives who are all giving me misleading information. I put a ticket in with TEMU and received a response on July 15th stating I would be receiving a refund in TEMU credits and to wait 72 hours, which is fine. BUT THEN, less than 24 hours later I received ANOTHER RESPONSE on my ticket from a different representative saying my refund was denied. This has caused me so much stress going back and forth with TEMU. At this point it is about more than the money. Its about the fact the I am receiving so much misleading and false information. If TEMU so confidently pastes their "Purchase Protection Program" the they need to actually stand by it. This company is clearly does not have things organized and together internally and something needs to be done.

I LOVE me some temu, Temu is where's it at, Get you some temu, download that app lol. I'm not going lie it's addictive, everytime you here that ding notification just wanna shop, Im up to my 4th or 5th order.
I seen complaints but Like any site you have to be realistic and use common sense look at shop reviews and customer reviews as they are not the same thing, each seller on temu is different not just one general person so the quality is going to varied.
Shipping -Theres multi shipping company they use, depending on product location could be in muliti places and your location is hows it's determined. Like most of my packages arrive early within 4-7 business days if postal delivery, other carriers have their own time frame so it could be 7-10 you need to look down at estimate delivery time they give you while ordering it tells you how long or order early so it can arrive on time they notify every step of the way. Don't buy stuff you need immediately.
Products- I don't care what nobody says if you spend a dollar or 2 don't be expecting high quality premium stuff all the time, its going break or work like a cost a dollar sometimes... No different discount stores it varies.
Everything I bought came exactly as pictured, quality varied depending on the seller for example I bought a cosmetic bag cost $10 it's amazing, came exactly as shown, no defects, brand new smell I like, perfect in size, nothing leaks out it's waterproof, fantastic.
I bought clothes sizing is tricky because you have measure yourself sometimes you can order a size down varied on item, Quality is great, cost me $10-15 dollars, wash up well without fading or tearing apart, didn't shrink in the dryer. Don't expect the exact pic as it's a copy of what the picture looks like but still great and colors are vibrant and bueatiful. I did buy some bottle stopper tops and can covers for.98 cent when I tell you they work amazing, I was like let's get it temu. Exactly as pictured, quality and all.
Pricing - pricing varied, typically low as.89 cent til 100s depending on product, they have deals all the time, no need to worry about that, always free shipping.
Overall I'm very pleased with temu, and will continue to support there business for very long long time.

I've placed/received several orders from Temu and I'm satisfied with them all. I've only had to request a refund or store credit for three of my items. Which isn't a big deal, it's hit or miss with shopping. You would think that with the low prices, the items aren't the best quality, but most of the ones I've purchased are. I like to browse the app, just to see what they have. Customer service was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. My refund was returned in a timely manner and so was the store credit.
Now, if your looking for high-end name brand products, continue looking. If your looking for dependable, affordable, and unique finds, then look no further. Keep in mind though, not all products are going to be what you wanted/expected, as with any other store. Some will be just what you wanted/expected them to be. Especially, shopping online. Temu's "free gift" is scammish to me. They have you select gifts that you're granted, after spinning the wheel (five for me). Now, in order to get your "free gifts" you have to invite several friends thru message, email, etc. They have to select your invite, download the app, and create an account, which I didn't know before sending. Ok, after each one do so, you get money deducted from the total of items you chose (thought they were free though). Several of my invites were answered, good right...nope. It started out with $4 deducted, $2 deducted, $1 deducted, $.50 deducted. Now, I only had $.50 left to go, before I could get the items for free. How about another invite was accepted and they only deducted $.30. Yet, they're still asking to refer a friend, I'm done! This is they're way of getting free advertising, without paying you to do so. Another scamming marketing technique. Don't fall for it as I did...it's a complete waste.of time.

Well ordered $100.00 worth of Christmas gifts. Items were shipped in two seperate packages. Both arrived at customs in USA one ( package1) arrive day later from package2. P1 was cleared first and shipped usps and received it in a timely manner. P2 cleared a day later and sat in the airport for 5+days without movement. Neither the carrier (ontrac) or temu will pick up the package and playing games putting the responsibility on the other. So the most valuable package is sitting and missing. Neither temu or ontrac know anything about the missing package only to say it was cleared on the 17th of Dec.i have fought with customer service about this and were no help. They give you the same emails and msgs over and over like they copy and paste the words. I still never got the package and never moved from customs or the airport. Temu is selling counterfeit and fake products from china. Be very aware of this. Company is making millions selling fake and counterfeit items. Never did get the location of the package nobody picked it up and they both put blame on the other and truly forget the customer. The items i did recieve were crap and ended up throwing 3 of the 7 items out because they were that bad. The other 4 are pretty much rags. They smell horrible and quality is awful. They should not be allowed to bring in fake counterfeit items or products to our country. Finally filed a complaint with FTC. Whether anything happens, its on record for fake and counterfeit products and poor business practice. You have to get really angry at these people to get anything figured out especially if they lost your order. Anyone who orders from temu need to hold them accountable for their faults. Stand up and dont take crap from them. Even better dont buy from them. I wont have christmas this yr because they failed to get my order to me. Just stay away and keep moving on.
