I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

I was surprised Temu had real time tracking since the app looks so simple but it really helped figure out where my orders were coming from. Delivery was a little later than their 15-day estimate but they did give me $5 delivery credit for it which was nice. Products are pretty okay looks the same from the image (see my photos) but the price is really the big draw here. 4 stars because they do take accountability for their late deliveries so not really a bad shopping experience!

They were supposed to refund 2 orders over £200,3 separate packets under one label and one tracking. They are still dragging me saying they are working on it. I'm stuck between evri and temu and none of them are taking responsibility. I have provided all info on my side and they are being completely useless. Worst company ever! No customer service. DO NOT USE! SCAM!

Awful customer service experience. I haven't received my order, I have been waiting on a refund, or give me a clear answer about what is happening, they keep copying and past the same responses, ignoring my concerns. The worst place ever, stay away of these people. I spent a lot of money and now I am still waiting just to know where my package is, no one is answering my questions, they just keep repeating that my concern was forwarder to a supervisor and they would get back to me in 24/28 hours, it has been 3 days now I jeep getting the same stupid answers.

I've placed 4 orders and received 2 so far. I've been happy with everything I've gotten. It's kind of like a Dollar Store, with all sorts of things I can't easily find elsewhere. The cost is more than $1 but extremely reasonable. I'm very happy I found it.

Tip for consumers:
This site has items you might have a hard time finding elsewhere at good prices. I keep going back to see what I might have missed, so it's a it a bit addictive. The products all work well.

I have received 4 packages of many items. Some things like rings, are either stunning, or not at all like the photos. A few things have been broken, but I could easily repair them. The prices are crazy cheap for good quality. The biggest negative is the ridiculous volume of emails that come hourly all day promising $ off that you never receive. The prices are so low, this does not seem necessary. Please review this policy and decrease the number of daily/hourly emails. It is not necessary once a person continues to order.

Please stop sending so many emails. It’s very annoying. Don’t promise coupons if you will not honor them.

Just bought some Lenovo headphones from Temu. Was definitely a bit apprehensive about it but it made me feel much safer seeing that not only do they get their products directly from Lenovo but that they're also sold by verified sellers with amazing reviews! There are some regularly priced items that are ok, but if you order the really inexpensive stuff, be prepared.
I did get a decent bath mat but could have paid the same at WalMart.
But take a look at these fairy garden items. I'm not sure what kind of fairies they use in China, but mine do not fit on these things...I figure that I wasted at least $30.00 of $50.00 spent. The junk will go on the garbage. I wouldn't even donate this junk.

After several orders I am pleased overall. Several garments were better then we expected, and I really like the kitchen gadgets I got. I did notice that some things are smaller than they appear in the photos but if you watch for that it's not that big of a deal. I had to deal with customer service once and am satisfied at the outcome. Everything has arrived on time except one (it was a day late) and I got the $5 credit for that with out asking.

I've checked out temu and loved some of their styles and patterns. Would love to order a lot but all I see is polyester used. The pictures are deceiving, they are able to make it look like natural fibers, i.e. Cottons, viscose, silk, linen, etc and then you buy and find out it is polyester. When I ordered some stuff, it didn't say the type of material used it at least I didn't see it. Now at least, scrolling through, you can see material used.
Of course, reviews are deceiving, too, here. Customers get better prices or coupons offered if they leave a great review. Everyone seems to love polyester. Well, don't believe it.
I would definitely order if natural materials would be used.

I am still fighting for my refund (worth of $150+) after a month. Twice, I contacted the "Customer Service" via the Chat, I was told that their manager is working on it. Another 2 weeks had gone by, nothing happened. And another ticket had been created with the new chat. Note that you will not be able to copy a record of your chat, nor it's been sent to you like at Amazon. So beware of it.

I've received two orders from Temu. Probably half of the items were as described and actually functioned or fit as expected.

My third (and last, ever) order has not arrived, and might not. Tracking is inaccurate at best, and with this order has been ridiculous. According to tracking, my package has been out for delivery at least four times. Then the next day it is in transit somewhere else. Why? Who knows? This is not a big town. I'm ready to give up and ask for a refund.

This company is an absolute scam! I have spent almost $1,000 and have returned items as directed, yet the company is refusing to refund any money to my original form of payment. I keep getting brushed off and told a supervisor will take care of me or that the funds are on the way, but that never happens. A credit was actually applied to my bank account and then taken out by this company! I highly discourage anyone who is considering ordering from Temu to NOT TRUST THEM! They are extremely difficult to deal with and it's very hard to get your money back. They are very sneaky and constantly push you off from one department to another, yet they never resolve the issue and they never refund your money. I'm opening a complaint with the better Business bureau. Very upset and disappointed. If you do deal with this company I highly encourage you to keep all communications and be sure to screenshot everything so that you can submit it to your banking institution.

Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Made purchase on December 4th and never received goods its dec 20 th already, on the top of that, instead of issuing refund to my PayPal account which i used to made purchase, temu issued credit to my temu app ( they want me to spend the credit money for the product they never delivered on first place). Very dishonest business practices. Buyers be aware. Scammers at its best.

I changed my comment on company because in that time I wrote with an angry mode. I hope my message already received them correctly to take feedback to improve themselves. I liked their establishment. Sometimes I got so many notification, I changed my setting, it became fine then, and only those non working gift should be removed from system, it consume so many time, and sometimes not working especially free gifts that need energy to collect, totally was not working in Any, all the rest is good.

I stumbled across this company and decided to take a chance. I was so incredibly impressed with the customer service. My order was super late, however Temu gave me a credit for the lateness which I feel was not their fault. You can't control shipping. The products were great. Shoes run a little small. I would go 1/2 size up. Other than that I was amazed at the full credit. So I ordered more and no disappointment at all. Thank you Temu for your honesty.

I have tried multiple methods and multiple times to contact Temu. I have spent over 5 hours waiting on hold on a phone call and around 4 hours waiting on their Chat line. Nothing has been successful.
I completed all the requirements of a Promotion including have additional people sign up but they did not provide the promised promo. VERY shady business - make promises and then do not keep them.
I had already ordered twice from them but I will not order again - They are not reputable at all.

The site says to expect delivery within 15 days, but my package arrived a few days before the date mentioned on my order and I was super excited The earphones also work really well and sound even better than my old ones, so I'm really happy that I got them. Ive been using them everyday since I got them from walking home from school to working out and even while doing some chores!
