I bought several items and it's all mostly just junk! Unusable trash! A shoe rack that shoes won't fit in. The shoes in the pictures are women's size 8.5. Slippers and shoes that aren't wearable. Rugs that are such poor quality and paper thin. Storage containers that fall apart when you put anything in them. SUPER disappointed!
They let you return one item for free and the rest of the junk isn't worth the cost to return it...

The order arrived on time. It was complete. The so called promotional gifts are never going to happen but temu say they are happy to help you. By that they mean that they will try their best to get you to spend more. However you will always be one point away.
2 of the items ordered were tiny. More like samples. I Felt a bit cheated
The other items were okay for the amount paid.
At first I was impressed by the purchased blouse. The fabric was green flower print. It arrived very smelly so I washed it and then ironed it. That is when I found out that the print flowers were just stuck onto the fabric and not woven. The size was good, even a little too large but not noticeably so. It will do for gardening in.
Customer service is appalling. Temu will start the chat and then continually ask you to state your issues. Finally they make out that you have left the conversation before closing down the chat.

Customer service was a joke at best. They say that if a package was not delivered to contact the shipping service. Not a good idea unless you want to be told to contact temu. Products were never received and no reship or refund was offered. Basically said I'm out of luck. I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I ordered over $60 worth of products, ended up returning half because the products looked better online than in reality. Some products were made out of cheap plastic that I would not buy for a dollar, but Temu charged $7.89 for it. Had to give it to them, they agreed to take them back no questions asked. The refund process was the same as Amazon, fairly efficient and painless. The only problem was my returned items added up to about $45, but the "free refund", which Temu promised on its website, somehow became only a total $31.40. Don't know why Temu charged me $14 for returning its products, when its website promised me "free refund."

Only AFTER I agreed to that did they inform me that a party of the order was out of stock, otherwise I would not have agreed. My order came quickly however I never received it. Delivery service claimed to deliver to me in person! Not. Customer service is sketchy. I ordered many items, believing that They'll be of good quality but that is not the case. Some of the products seem like a good deal but once they arrived they were cheaply made, and not even up to the.99 Store standards.
I am returning 80% of the stuff I ordered, what a waste of time btw, and I will update this review once I see the ease of the returns. Good thing I only spent a small fortune on this purchase. Purposely I didn't order all I wanted.

So my order was late. I get that happens, but when 3 customer service reps in a row transfer me because they can't answer my question, then ask the same 3 questions in a row... same photos, same PO. I know it comes from China. And up until Trump started his crap, it was never a problem getting items from there. Look around your home. Many things are from there. Even his clothing line was made there. I know I should buy American and I usually do. But when it comes down to a big savings for the same item. I'll save the money.

First order was processed and delivered as expected. Products received were as expected. Gift cards received with the order do not work and no one at Temu was the least bit concerned, nor did they try to help. After several back and forth texts the Temu Rep "Miles" just decided he could not understand me and "transferred" me to another person who never responded. I will use other suppliers in the future.

I love to shop at Temu! My orders and my husband's also, came on the exact day that they inform in their site! They have tons of great deals, same stuff you find at the overpriced Amazon site! I made several orders on Temu, and never had a problem, just sent once some stuff back, and they refunded them pretty fast! Another thing is when an item you bought already gets cheaper, you claim the price adjustment and they give you a credit!

I have placed about a dozen orders with this company. They have not screwed up one order or return.
I had a couple items damaged by the mail and they refunded me promptly and also sent a postage paid return label. The only thing you do need to be careful with is clothing. They apparently come from different manufacturers with different measurements. Be sure to click on the size chart for each item you order. I have had to order anywhere from an XS to a L. The items are described accurately in dimensions and quality.

Temu sent me a green 1 PC Foldable Washing machine. The basket that goes inside the tub won't stay in place after starting any cycle. Comes loose and makes alot of noise and potentially ruin the machine.

I ordered a selection of goods totalling £21, leather phone cover, ear pods, kitchen goods, all arrived within ten days and all brilliant. Only the second time I've used Temu, first time shoes were unsuitable, sent back and money credited the next day. Very pleased with the service given and very good price for all that I've bought.

I had a situation recently that required customer support from TEMU. In addition to keeping me waiting for long periods of time, they offered no solution and no empathy or assistance of any kind. I was transferred to a supposedly escalate my concerns but the 2nd employee only gave me token cut/paste refusals and even tried to disconnect me. I had to request to "continue the chat." I have no recourse other than to lose my money because they will not honor their return policy.
