After placing an order with temu someone tried to log into my bank account. Luckily my bank noticed suspicious activity and locked my account. After this, I saw on Reddit that I am not the only person this has happened to. There are many people comparing that after after making a purchase with temu, they noticed fraudulent charges on their accounts. If I would have known this prior I would have NEVER made a purchase. So be aware that your information is not safe with them.

Ordered multiple items including some shoes and clothing. While I haven't tried out the other items yet they appear to be in good shape and good value but I regret ordering the shoes and clothing as all was too small. I won't be ordering these items again as I spent a fair amount of time insuring the the size I ordered as correct and I've not had this problem with other shoes or clothing purchases so if you're going to order clothing or shoes from Temu make sure you order at least a few sizes larger than what their descriptions tell you.

I am a very dedicated Temu customer. I have been pleased with the quality and price of all the items I have purchased. I also love that they honor their promise of a $5 credit when my order is delayed. In the beginning I mainly bought items under $1 (I love kitchen gadgets and cleaning cloths). However, I have recently bought some dresses and household items and have been extremely pleased. My only complaint with Temu is that I found a dress that I loved and planned to buy one in every color but they discontinued the dress after I only had 3 of them. Many of the items I have purchased are also available on Amazon for double or triple the price for the exact same item. I will be a customer for life as long as the continue to offer great prices, quality and service.

I have ordered from Temu on several occasions and never had a problem with the delivery or the products that I purchased. HOWEVER, the last 2 orders are being delayed and one of them has a product that is now out of stock. If it was processed and shipped on time the item would not be out of stock. Seriously considering not ordering from Temu again. NOT a happy camper. The $5 credits are ok but, if we pay for something we want what we pay for not a credit to use and shipping will be delayed again!

Watch out when it looks too good to be true it is.
Downloaded the suspicious app and placed an order. I get order confirmed track the shipping and a day later "order canceled" for "suspicious activity on you payment". I re-order it asks for a copy of the CC with last 4 digits. Order gets confirmed then gets cancelled for "suspicious activity". What is "suspicious" is the app and everything. I don't know what they do with the order info. Apple Pay. I also tried to pay with pay pal. App requires your password for PayPal i.e. Does not link automatically to PayPal as legitimate vendors do. BE CAREFUL! STAY AWAY!

Temu uses an unreliable delivery carrier that leaves packages without so much as knocking on the door or ringing the bell. They don't even send a text message. Twice my packages have been stolen because the package was left in the hallway of my apartment building -- while I was in my apartment and could have take the package from the carrier. I will not shop Temu anymore, because I have no confidence that I will actually receive my purchase. The choice of carrier is Temu's, not mine, and they are responsible for this problem.

From November of 2022 to Dec of 2023 I have bought 21 men's tops(great prices). Out of the 21 I have only kept 4 and threw the rest away. The rest either had a horrible fit, lose in places I didn't even know a top could be lose at, or felt like I was putting fiberglass on. Electronics, I don't know how much I have bought but none of it worked or didn't work right, trashed. I have bought sweat pants that I have kept, a little long but doable. In all, I've only kept about 20% of what I have ordered. Not worth the savings because you're not really saving, just wasting money. I won't buy from them again.

I don't normally do reviews. But in my opinion, which may count or may not, TEMU is a good website. The key to be successful is not binge buying just because it seems cheap. Do a little bit of comparing, checking, etc. I have been a customer since Jan 2023, and have not been disappointed. True, few orders seems rubbish but the inconvenience is little compare to the benefits you get. The customer service is excellent too. I will be using TEMU again.

I thought this was a wonderful place to deal with but I was wrong. The description on the products does not give a clear picture of what you are buying and secondly the shipping is always late. They actually ship the items very late and the delivery date on tracking the item keeps on changing. Shein delivers on time but I still think that no one can beat the delivery service of Amazon and Walmart.

I watched the ads for a long time, and frankly didn't trust them, which is ironic, considering their advertising line about how the deals are real. Finally, an item came along with a special price for first time users. I decided to gamble on it. Lost that gamble. Their system is broken somewhere and the item I clicked on, and supposedly went in my cart but didn't, before the registration process. During the process I ended up ordering two more items, but was never given the chance to check my cart. The original item was not ordered. I then went back and ordered it but didn't get the promised price. Total elapsed time was 11 minutes. Contacted customer support and talked to a Jasmine. She was unrelenting and didn't care. I will never trust temu again.

The products are cheap but lack quality, it smacks of cheap plastic goods from China. The shipping took awhile, maybe 10 days but it was free.

Don't get me wrong, for the most part, I like my items some are super, super, cheap,cheaper than dollar tree. Temu, customer service is horrible, you don't get to speak with anybody just an automated typing service, so basically no customer service, just an automated response of someone typing the same thing over and over with no resolution of the issue., I was told, they're going to connect me somebody that can help me, which that NEVER took place they, sent me coupons that are not valid and they're not expired, they just dont work. I've only shopped twice,I had to return some shoes that were too big which it was my fault, I got half of order in 7 days I ordered a half size up similar to Shein, things do come quicker customer service is no customer service.Still no help with my problem, so my issue is not resolved guess they don't care and I did not get my free gift that was supposed to come with my first order of over $40

This is just a review based on my first experience as i have not received my items yet. I first heard about this new app from a friend of mine. I was skeptical on trying the app as the reviews are mix but i was surprised when i downloaded the app, they are very easy to navigate and the price are really, really affordable. I just made my first purchase and got free shipping and also extra 30% off with $19. Waiting for my package to arrive on Jan 20 and they wrote upfront if its late they will give me $5. I don't need the items on a rush so i don't mind the wait as long as they are friendly on my pockets.

So I recently tried Temu and tried to get their 2 free gifts by conning 8 different people to sign up for the Temu app. I actually achieved that and then Temu promised to ship...but then the message came the shipment was delayed. They gave a $5 credit for the delay BUT you need to have a minimum order of $20 to use it. Finally I received notice that may package had been delivered, but it had not. When I notified them about this they said they would re-ship but because one of the free gifts was out of stock they would not re-send that. So, would I trust them to really send something if I actually bought it. Nope. They also clearly are happy grabbing personal information from others too, which suggests they would not be careful of my private information. Ultimately they are not worth it to me.

I have put an order for the first time and my husband was concerned from the very beginning if we are gonna receive our Package or not. Well guess what his intuition came true. I have been tracking the package for long and it didn't move from one stagnant place for so many days. Approached temu rep, he said I have to call the delivery services myself and upon arguing he said he will inquire on my behalf. I really wanted the stuff that I ordered but I am highly disappointed and now I asked for a refund because I am done waiting. Want to place another order but I am not sure if I should do it or not. Not really sure if the thing i got was exactly like the one in the picture but i still like it anyway :) It fits really well at the top and the bottom part is kinda loose. Also vvv easy to pair with almost anything so you can wear it casually or dress it up.

I ordered twice from this company first time I did not receive the product. They did issue a full refund second time the packaging was so bad that the box containing the product was badly damaged. Had to return it and I'm still waiting for the refund.
