I've been a loyal customer I believe ever since they started I've had a few packages go missing because of the bad area I live in I had a package go missing the other day temu refuses to give me a refund or resend a new package they say I should stay home all day and wait for my package to arrive but some of us work the delivery driver should know that they are delivering in one of the worst parts of the city and if nobody answers the door package should be sent to a holding place or a redelivery not a phone call nothing just pictures of the item left in my door got home from work item is missing this is the second item in a year first items they covered second item they told me no they wouldn't so shame shame on you temu and the delivery companies who deliver for them there's got to be a better way but I guess a million dollar company has nothing better to do than to keep our money I'm not going to sit home all day take your day off work to accept the package... There are some bad people out there as well they tried to play with the system and make it hard for us honest people to try to get a refund or redelivery of our items

Temu doesn't value loyal customers and I'm living proof. You become less valuable the more you buy. The quality of the Temu products is really about 60/40.60% of their products are very cheap, generic and barely worth the pennies they cost. On the other hand, 40% of their products are all right. However, once you become a loyal customer, they literally become blatantly disrespectful. Like in the beginning they'll give you a $20 off a $60 order or a $50 off a $200 order. 30 orders down the line you think you'd be like on VIP status like most good quality companies put you as however, that is absolutely not the case. Instead they start giving you a five dollars off of a $100 order or a dollar off a $39 order like it's not even worth it because they are charging you full price for items that are definitely not worth the money. After 20 something orders you don't even get their little get two gifts, free or get gifts free after you purchase six packages and things of that sort. Instead, they try to reel you in to inviting other people to win free prizes, or to play games to win free prizes, and as a very loyal customer that is spent literally hundreds of dollars do not attempt to win anything you will never succeed and all of their "this many people won free gifts", is all garbage, deceit, and lies. Trust me no matter how many people you invite to downloading the new app no matter how many purchases you make they are not going to allow you to win in the rare case that you do you would literally have to spend thousands of dollars for $20 worth of free items definitely not worth it especially when they are charging you full price for items that again like I said are absolutely 100% not worth a quarter of the price you're spending. I will include pictures of one of their bull crap games.

After all Temu put me thru, I submitted a detailed letter with proof to the State of California Consumer Protection Agency, showing there were indeed two packages and not 1 as Temu insisted over 8 times. I provided the UPS notification received with the weight, date & tracking number prepared the exact same time as the one package I did receive that only had 4/11 items ordered & weighed <1 lb. However Temu never sent my second package to UPS, even though TEMU prepared a label & notified UPS it would follow. Package weighed 4 lbs. All of the documentation with images I sent to CPA moved them to notify Temu. I also sent the same letter to Temu headquarters. After an internal investigation and prodding by the CPA, I received a detailed apology letter and full refund. I gv them 1 star still because I should not have had to FIGHT to make them do the right thing by refunding me. I forced their hand and it was extremely stressful and unnecessary & unfortunate bcuz I really liked shopping their site prior to this interaction.

I've usually been a happy customer with Temu and their products, I've always received everything I ordered in a reasonable time, usually less than 10 days. My last order consisted of 11 items which cost me over $61 and I was excited about my pending delivery. Because the order was large I expected two packages but was notified there would only be 1 20" x 17" when it arrived I received a package 15" x 16" with only 4 of the 11 items. I got 2 rugs & 2 bathroom shelves. The bag could not hv fit any other items. I notified Temu of the 7 missing items and within 24 hours they informed me that the warehouse stated all my items were shipped in 1 bag and their records show delivered so my refund was denied. After referring I don't know how many people to this company I feel like a fool, I received $21 of the $61 and they hv refused to ship what was missing or refund me for what I didn't get. Until I get my money back there is no length I won't go to so ppl know it's possible to get royally screwed by this company. I contacted the shipping company that confirmed the size and weight of my package which was less than 1 lbs. and 4xs Temu refused to refund me stating they checked the video and all 11 items were stuffed in a small package & delivered to me which is impossible! Most likely they were packaged in 2 bags & someone mistakenly put a label for someone else on my package, which my daughter has gotten someone's else's order before. I will not rest until I get refunded or the item shipped that I ordered but did not receive. Buyer beware! That's IF you actually receive it! Criminal!
UPDATE! I used my credit to purchase a few of the items I never received a but paid for & then I was going to delete the app. Once I received shipping information I went into my UPS app to track the package to see when I could expect it. I noticed that there was a package also coming from Temu also packaged on 19 September the day after I place my order and it weighed 4lbs. I contacted UPS who stated they never received the package for me to contact the shipper. It is a 4lb package obviously containing the 7 items I never received and yet Temu is still insisting that they checked the video in the warehouse and all 11 items I ordered was placed in one package weighing <1 lb. totally ignoring the fact that I have proof from UPS that a second package was prepared for me the same day that I still have not received! They are unbelievable! Proof provided below! They deserve zero stars!

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
