It has potential. It notifies me via text when my shoes are shipped. If I don't receive in two weeks, Temu will give me a five dollar credit. Temu also sells dog harnesses, trash bags, and wallets. If you're on a budget, Temu is the way to go. Free shipping on all orders.
Within 2 days after having to give my phone number with my order, I got a scam call that knew my full name and phone. The scammer had a strong Asian accent. The scam said that if I didn't call the 866 number that "legal" action would be taken against me. I did fall for this scam, but that name and phone number I used for that Temu account is what the scammers used. Temu either sells the info or their servers are hacked.

Don't get me wrong, for the most part, I like my items some are super, super, cheap,cheaper than dollar tree. Temu, customer service is horrible, you don't get to speak with anybody just an automated typing service, so basically no customer service, just an automated response of someone typing the same thing over and over with no resolution of the issue., I was told, they're going to connect me somebody that can help me, which that NEVER took place they, sent me coupons that are not valid and they're not expired, they just dont work. I've only shopped twice,I had to return some shoes that were too big which it was my fault, I got half of order in 7 days I ordered a half size up similar to Shein, things do come quicker customer service is no customer service.Still no help with my problem, so my issue is not resolved guess they don't care and I did not get my free gift that was supposed to come with my first order of over $40

I have put an order for the first time and my husband was concerned from the very beginning if we are gonna receive our Package or not. Well guess what his intuition came true. I have been tracking the package for long and it didn't move from one stagnant place for so many days. Approached temu rep, he said I have to call the delivery services myself and upon arguing he said he will inquire on my behalf. So I recently tried Temu and tried to get their 2 free gifts by conning 8 different people to sign up for the Temu app. I actually achieved that and then Temu promised to ship...but then the message came the shipment was delayed. They gave a $5 credit for the delay BUT you need to have a minimum order of $20 to use it. Finally I received notice that may package had been delivered, but it had not. When I notified them about this they said they would re-ship but because one of the free gifts was out of stock they would not re-send that. So, would I trust them to really send something if I actually bought it. Nope. They also clearly are happy grabbing personal information from others too, which suggests they would not be careful of my private information. Ultimately they are not worth it to me.

This is just a review based on my first experience as i have not received my items yet. I first heard about this new app from a friend of mine. I was skeptical on trying the app as the reviews are mix but i was surprised when i downloaded the app, they are very easy to navigate and the price are really, really affordable. I just made my first purchase and got free shipping and also extra 30% off with $19. Waiting for my package to arrive on Jan 20 and they wrote upfront if its late they will give me $5. I don't need the items on a rush so i don't mind the wait as long as they are friendly on my pockets.

At this writing it has been 4 days since I called about wrong items that were sent to me. The day I called I was told a ticket was created and a supervisor would reach out in 24 hrs. Everyone knows that is a lie. So I reach out via FB messenger. Only to be told that they are urging customer service to reach out and be patient. Day 3 nothing. Today is day 4 and I have heard from no one. They still have my money and I still don't have the correct items. 4 days is too long for a supervisor to reach out and see if they can reship my order. I really enjoyed purchasing products from this company. Unfortunately they are using UPS and in the state of Missouri UPS is awful to work with especially in the Springfield and Branson area. They do not care about their customers. They are rude and blame the customer for not being there when they deliver a package. I work just as most people do. I will not be ordering any more from this company as long as they use UPS for delivering methods.

It came as a major shock to me that Everything I bought from Temu is fake and substandard. And I mean Everything., I spent good money for nothing. Really tired of arguing with the chat reps about refunds. They know that I only ask to be refunded for things that either don't fit or look bad, but they are always creating tickets and making me wait! So you spin and are supposed to get the dollar amount you win, WRONG! There is never a credit. In fact the prices later charged are often double! I didn't suggest any one to buy it from this website, 1st off all when I return few items - instead of returning you money, they deducted from your card and I didn't get the OTP for that transection. Maybe there is glitch in there app or anything else, but feel safe to save my card on this web.

I have purchased a few times through Temu. Although the egg slicer leaves something to be desired, it works and I got what I paid for. The shirts are fantastic. I know better than to order my USA size from an oriental company. Be smart. I ordered a size or so bigger based on the measurements they show with the products. They all fit wonderfully. I ordered bins for the refrigerator - all exactly as described. I ordered a small wooden container with 15 large eyed needles in it for less that 3$. Found the same item on Amazon (exact) for 6.99. I have been purchasing from Temu since May 2023 and twice I wanted to return something but was told to keep it and I still got my credit back. Package arrived damaged, ripped open and several big holes and 3 items lost. Contacting several times but all they responded is the warehouse shipped out and delivered it which I never complained them about not doing that, my complaint was packaged came ripped open and 3 items was lost and asked for refund, Nope they won't do it. Do not trust them at all if package arrived damaged or lost items, they do not care at all! Look at the condition of my package, 3 items lost but will not take their responsibilities, all they keep saying is they shipped out and delivered, didn't care about the lost items and the damage ripped package. Be careful when buying things at Temu. If you need to buy, you should only buy less than 5 items at a time. This happened to me several times. I took pictures of the returned items and video clips before putting them all in a bag to send, but every time I received the goods they kept saying there weren't enough items, so the amount was deducted from you. It's not correct.
