I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

Maybe the stuff is good, I really wouldn't know as I haven't gotten any of it. It's been just under a month, half the stuff was " high demand" and cancelled on me after two weeks and it's been showing as. "shipped" for a week now but it hasn't been at all. The label was created, nothing more. If you can get the stuff actually delivered the cheap products are probably a good deal :(

The app has very good products so far. But I saw a pair of nice shorts available in 8 colors. I order one. Was very good quality and fit. So I decided to order two more for the gym and they told me I'm allowed just to buy one. I was in shock if you want to make profits you want to sell the more you can. Call customer service and they say sorry but you can buy only one.

My girlfriends bday was coming up and she's been wanting a face roller to help with irritated skin. I saw a lot of comments online that said Temu has them and so I tried it out and WOW it arrived really early! I was able to give it to her days before her bday, and she's super happy with it. No problems at all with shipping or anything and anxious me could track the package too at any time!

Bad reviews are either from people who complain about shipping or the items received. Both of these can be avoided if you actually take time to read. It's like EBay, you have to see the sellers reviews to see if an item is worth it. So far I've received nothing but good items! Shipping is a little longer but it's fine. You just have to know how to read.

I have purchased a lot of stuff from Temu, but they took advantage of me I didn't get all of the orders. And the items I received were like toys or very poor quality so I returned most of the items but they didn't give me the full amount of the refunds. I tried to talk to the customer service but they were so rude every time and didn't resolve my problem yet since it's been 3 months. I highly suggest not buying any items from Temu otherwise you gonna lose your money and time.

Shipping takes so long and when you inquire all the customer service agents say the same thing. Nothing is done and items are low quality. Most of the items that I bought are either broken or are garbage. I'm just waiting for my last orders to arrive and I'm deleting the TEMU app. I'm never ordering from them again. TEMU SUCKS! Please do not support TEMU and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. If I can rate them 0 out of 5 I would have put -0, that's how bad they are!

I ordered some things for my 11 year old daughter, one of those items being a roll of stickers, once my daughter got to the bottom of the roll after unraveling them to give some to her brothers and stick on every person and surface in our house, she realized very quickly after getting to the bottom that one of the stickers was covered in blood someone else's blood none of ours! I still have the sticker in a little bag and have pics of it!
It's disgusting! What are they trying to do? I'm livid
One star given cause zero wasn't an option

If you're trying to get high end clothes, a bag that can pass of for Chanel or the best vacuum cleaner ever and you're unhappy that a $10 handbag is not the same quality as a $1,000 handbag then you need to be realistic about your expectations. However if you're looking for simple and helpful items, comfy nightshirts (omg they have the best and cutest sleepwear ever!), handy everyday items, pet items and simple electronics there's no better place than Temu. I have the Temu and Amazon app side by side for comparison and the same items are 30% cheaper on Temu and a lot of the time they're the same item. Also their return policy is AMAZING. The only downside is you have to wait a week or two but if you don't need the item immediately, why not shop till you drop and feel like you actually have money to burn when doing it?

Tip for consumers:
Have patience! Also don't expect amazing quality items for $1. These are mostly good usable items for a very reasonable price and sometimes you make amazing finds!

I couldn't stop myself from buying this dress and I'm so happy that I did! The quality is really great for its price and it fits really well because the measurements were accurate. I bought this for a hols celebration with my friends because we have a theme and i don't want to burn my pocket just for this hols events and not only did it arrive earlier than I expected, but I was able to pay using my PayPal so everything was super fast and convenient! I'm really happy with my purchase! Now I know where to go whenever I want to buy nice clothes at an affordable price.

Don't be lazy! Check on the measurement, different seller will prob have different measurement, was wary about buying online clothes so i was really careful on measuring them

I ordered from Temu last month just to get an idea of what to expect. Nothing over $10 and stuff I could use if I liked it and throw away what I don't. They were fine. All cheap made junk, but... cheap price too. But then I did a silly thing and bought a few more things. A couple over $20 and the rest under $10. All of it was absolute s***. Again. It's not worth returning. One was a string of lights for our patio. The photo on their app showed nice round lights about the size of a golf ball. When I got them, they were the size of a dime. A pair of shorts for $8 were so badly made that they went down to halfway down my calf. They also would probably fall apart the first time you washed them. Just skip it. They are not worth it.

Yes it is cheap. Get what you pay for. Then they do the "5free" joke. Have to send so many invites. Starts off great then get to a dollar and it takes 500 ppl if temu lets the link go through. Literally sitting at 5 cents for my 5 free items that they wont let go through.

I bought 1 pair of shoes and 3 pairs of zip up compression socks. ALL have strong chemical odor even after being outside for 3-days. The prices were really great and the shoes were cute but the odor is so bad I don't dare bring them inside with humans or pets.

I had a very very bad experience with Temu Spain. They couldn't fix the problem. Just apologize. And apologize doesn't really help.
At the end the refund money. And the amount was less.

The say if you do this and do that you'll get extra gifts more discount.It Completely Fake don't waste your time promoting this company because they lie. This place is HORRIBLE please do not buy from them. Not only is their stuff super cheaply made they are thieves! I attempted to return some stuff and I thought it had gone well even received a refund….until I got charged for two of these items because "they were not accepted" so they decided two of the items I returned weren't worthy but yet still kept it. I tried reaching out too customer service 3 TIMES! And till this day I have yet to receive my money back! So please save yourself this hassle.

I have ordered MANY times from Temu. Some items are identical to ones offered by Amazon for a fraction of the price. Temu is now my go to before I venture anywhere else. They ship quickly. The communicate and the products are as described!

I have an order that was supposedly shipped and in the custody of LSO. They have had my package for 3 weeks and still not delivered. I tried to contact LSO and Temu, both unsuccessful. If you order from Temu, hope you don't have any issues, you will probably regret buying from them. I do.

I had stumbled across Temu and decided to check it out. I researched and read reviews to make sure I was getting quality at a low price. They are completely on the up & up. Returns are no problem. They have everything you can think of and men's, kids & pet items. It's so easy to shop there & there is so much. Whatever you put in your cart stays in your cart for however long you keep it there. I have bought clothes shoes makeup etccc.at extremely low unbelievable prices.
If something is out of stock you can press 'notify me' and they will put it in your cart. It will also say 'see similar' press the button and it takes you to clothes like the one not in stock. It doesn't take long. Temu will add 5.00 credit to your acct if they are one day over the shipping date.
The clothes are from very popular stores.

I received dollar store absolute garbage for $30. You get what you pay for. No joke though, go to the dollar tree. Temu must be the TJ max for the dollar store. The products, thank God were
Purchased as Christmas gag gifts. Since they were a joke….They arrived after only 5 weeks…. Total waste of $30

Temu is the only site that doesn't make me feel like Im online shopping mostly because of their free shipping and carbon emission reduction initiative. Online shopping has always been smth that made me feel guilty bc of how it aids climate change and how im spending more money just for shipping but Temu removes those completely and i really appreciate it esp bc there are sm things that you can only really buy online :)
