You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. I have had close to two dozen orders received (over 100 items) from Temu here in Alberta Canada by way of Canada Post. I have personally been impressed and very satisfied with the results. Although most packages have been received in plastic envelopes, I have not received any items with any damages at all. All the orders have arrived as I have ordered them. One order came late arriving after their delivery date range and I received a $5 credit which I applied on my next order. I don't know why they are getting such a low rating, as I have been completely satisfied.
Tip for consumers:
It takes a bit of time to get delivered, but it does come from China and has to clear customs. I am quite satisfied with the service, especially since I am saving a lot of money.

Everything I have bought from this company is very cheap quality garbage and doesn't even fit I bought 3 shirts from them and the buttons were even on the wrong side and the 4 leather belts I received were supposed the be real leather but are not and they are very thin and were measured wrong which made the 8 inches shorter then they should have been. I also have heard that it is almost impossible to return things and get a refund and it takes forever to get the refund if they agree to send you one and all their product pictures on their site are photoshopped to look much better than they really are. Delivery is also very long because even though the tracking says it's being shipped somewhere in the U.S. it's not it's being shipped from China. It took me a while to learn my lesson but I have and will never order from any of these Chinese internet companies again I'd rather pay more and get quality products sold here in My USA.

Worst customer service ever! I was playing their Fishland game, and keep missing my fish food points. I even placed order to get fish food. I contacted their customer service, after 12 hours of chatting they still keep saying sorry but no help. They said I can't even cancel my order. Also in my previous order, all the sizes of clothes I ordered were different and again no support from their customer service. Don't trust this company. Don't buy from them.

We were so delighted to receive our Fossett, but the fittings did not fit American plumbing parts. Even a professional plumber told us that it would not work. Temu offers quite a variety of items for sale. After browsing the website, I placed an order for 6 items. 5 of the 6 items were under $1.50 except for 1 item, which was $4.88. My order arrived on time without any issues. The items seem to be of good quality. Overall, I am pleased with my order. My only recommendation is that Temu should scale back these "coupons" with a time limit.

Purchased items but when packaged arrived it was open and items were missing. I was told they will not refund me for the missing items because they were shipped from their warehouse. I'm not saying they didn't ship them I'm saying they didn't arrive but they don't want to do anything to make it right. I even sent them the packaging showing the post office stamped unsealed and item arrived and damaged condition. Do not recommend them they don't fix the problem.

Everything was great. However, I ordered a toilet shelf that did not fit over my toilet. It was too small and my toilet is a standard American-sized toilet. It was also difficult to put together. I have ordered several times and have not been disappointed, otherwise. From the looks of the pictures in the ad, the toilet is smaller.

I ordered a sink caddy for my kitchen and it did not fit the standard American-style dish sink. I still have it and don't use it. I noticed that American plumbing is different than China, so things may not fit. So this review isn't aimed at Temu so much, well I guess it is because they continue to use the despicable shipping company Ontrac to deliver or not deliver, rather they steal my packages from the Romulus facility in Michigan! I am so tired of them sending order after order with this trash company. 3 orders in a row have gone missing from ontrac and even though Temu has issued a refund for all of them. I don't want a refund, I want my items, they are all nail art related orders so I don't know what ontrac think they are getting valued stuff or maybe they have a nail tech that works there. I just don't understand the post from some of these buyers. What would you expect for the price. I have purchased a lot of items and been happy with my purchases so far. This humidifier is perfect for my bedroom bc it helps me sleep better. Most of the functions r really convenient like the auto-shut off when there's no more water but I also like that it can be charged with a USB cable bc its so much easier. I placed my first time order about 2 weeks ago. I finally got a notification that the package was on its way. I check the tracking number and i was told it was out for delivery. That was 2 days ago. The tracking number keeps saying that the delivery was "attempted". Now it says that address can't be confirmed. The problem is that the address I put is my work address. Which is a hotel. A business that's open 24 hours. The "attempt" listed that the business was closed and now it just says insufficient address. I'm very confused. I've always had everything delivered to the hotel & NEVER had a problem.

The products are worth the price, but getting it properly delivered is spotty. One order was dumped in the street, one order was shipped in three different packages, two never arrived, one returned, refund is short even after five hours on the phone with them. I will never purchase from them again.

Most of the items are junkie. Especially the jewelry, the adage "you get what you pay for" is dire with this site. You can find some neat deals if you are willing to sift through all the junk...and there's a lot of it. Mostly low quality, poorly made items that reel bargain hunters in and then winds up in the garbage can or donation box in less than a year...stay clear of jewelry, and any items that you want quality in. I was switching careers and needed office lunch boxes, coffee tumblers, and items for my car for an hour commute in the morning and was able to score some great finds...just don't get stuck. This site is the equalivent of the "claw machine" before the Walmart parking lot.

I ordered a few things on temu and then shut down the app, and since then I've been bombarded with text messages from temu giving special offers and percentage discounts on your next order. I've gone into settings of shut everything off and I still can't seem to stop getting these messages. I've looked on YouTube I follow their instructions and still I get messages. I love the wide variety of products they sell and the prices are amazing. I have ordered dozens of items and almost everything has been better quality than I expected. I did have one issue with a tool that did not work. I contacted TEMU about a refund, and in less than 3 minutes I had the amount credited to my account. I didn't even need to return the item!

Temu failed to send me the items I purchased, resulting in a loss of approximately $200. They chose an unreliable carrier, and I never received the items. When I asked for a refund, Temu claimed the carrier had delivered the items. I provided evidence that the photo taken by the carrier did not depict my house, but Temu denied responsibility and refused to refund or resend the items. This situation is absurd; Temu doesn't hold the unreliable courier accountable but penalizes the customers. I am skeptical that Temu may be involved in fraudulent activities with the local delivery company.

I will never order from Temu again! The clothes did not look like in the picture and their return policy may be for free, but the steps you need to take are so ridiculous most people probably give up! Not to mention all the garbage emails I started getting after signing on and the ridiculous games you need to go through with all of their pop-ups
