I've ordered some nice things from Temu, but the shipping company, OnTrac is unreliable, often late, and does not follow delivery instructions. I am considering switching vendors due to Temu's continued use of this shipper and the numerous complaints about OnTrac's shipping practices. You are only allowed to return ONE item for free postage from each order, so if you are putting in a big order, you should buy each one individually, so you are able to return it if you don't want it. Otherwise, you have to pay for all the items you return, after the first one. I ordered over 40 items in one order, and can only return one for free. If I had made 40 separate orders, I would be able to return all of them So I am stuck giving it all to charity because it is all junk.

I ordered four squirrel baffles for my bird feeders. They came after a considerable period of time in two boxes with no directions on how to assemble them. Just two packages with metal parts, screws, and zip ties! In addition, the product seemed to be very poor quality. It consists of four items of rolled up black plastic with a series of holes for fastening them. Based on my experience here, I will never buy anything from TEMU again.

Have bought several purchases from Temu. All are Chinese made, and inexpensive. One item was damaged, emailed them, they refunded the money and did not have me ship it back. But, you have to look closely at the photo of the item. I was unaware they sold athletic sneakers with the tongue of the shoe being seamlessly attached to the body of the show. That leaves a small opening for the foot. Also, they offer a $100 shopping voucher to install their app on your phone or computer. I did not do this because like any other major company they collect data. If I want to open the site, I always type it in my search bar and open it like that. Some of the plastic household items were cheap and I decided to discard. A personal item I purchased required installation of an app on my phone to use. Went back and looked, it does show that in the photo add. My fault for not seeing it.

I bought two lunch boxes for my kids. I thought the lunch boxes on temu.com looked really neat with small parts for fruit or vegetables.
Unfortunately, the quality was terrible. The lid of the first box did was loose after a few days. But the second box was still good so we decided not to return the item. The second box broke after three months when I tried to close it.
The company declined to offer me a refund because it was more than 90 days (I was 15 days over the limit). I think a lunch box should last longer than three months. So what can I say? Design and shiping was nice and good. But the quality...

I'll be honest here, I'm loving all the cheap stuff and decent quality items. I don't mind to wait long for shipping, especially since they credit you $5 if late amongst other benefits including price adjustments for items that are reduced within 30 days of purchase. I've heard some people encountered problems including; fraudulent activity, concerned with cyber tracking their personal data by GPS, missing items, or supporting foreign businesses. Although our country already does business with other countries, I can understand the other reasons to cause red flag. This review is based on my own personal experience, which has been wonderful! After having bought items from Temu on numerous occasions. I have come to the following conclusion based on my experience.
The majority of the products are cheap compared to other online shopping websites. Shipping has been on time and without incidents.
The downfall of this online website comes down to the quality and the courier packaging of the products.
The upside is that there is a price adjustment within 30 days, so if the item you bought is cheaper now than when you made the purchase, they refund you the difference. (We are not talking a big difference here, just a dollar or two at most)
All products are packed in one plastic courier bag without bubble wrap or any protection from damage during transit.
Thus far, at least one item has quality issues in almost every order. While Temu prides itself in its free return policy within 90 days for the first return, this is not true as there are hidden costs. You are responsible for the return packaging and taking the package to the local courier. It costs you time, effort and petrol depending on how far you are from where you need to drop off the package.
Also, many reviews have complained that Temu's return process is tricky. Almost all items are eligible for returns and refunds within 90 days from the purchase date. However, it states on its website, "Clothing items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or are part of an incomplete set" are not eligible. Again, this is not true. A friend bought a T-shirt, and the stitching came undone after one wear. Temu requested that he return the item before he get a refund.
The almost sold-out sign is a regular sight. I had "almost sold-out" items I put in the cart using my phone, and I had forgotten about it. Two weeks later, it's still available with the same old warning. While this could be true, items have sold out - when they dropped their prices to dirt cheap. But most of the time, it's more like a marketing tactic to urge you to buy.
In conclusion, there is no accountability for bad quality. No one but you will have to pay the price, literality. Temu's motto of customer service being their priority is debatable; if this were true, QUALITY ASSURANCE would be their objective. No, it's QUANTITY they are focused on. It is the reason why they don't have an exchange policy. They would refund you for quality problems, or if it's not the right size, you would buy the product again if you want. But then it's likely that you will have to buy other stuff to meet the amount required for the free shipping. Their quality rating is consistently low in the majority of the reviews.
Buy at your own risk, don't be surprised if you are filling the billionaire's pocket rather than shop like a billionaire!

Don't trust the ratings alone. Temu will always display the highest rating reviews. Go to the rating filter, and have a read at those with 1 or 2 stars. It will let you know what the problems are with the item. There are other buyers who post the photo of the product they received against the ones advertised. Those are the most helpful. Last but not least, don't buy stuff you don't need just to make up the free shipping amount. That is what it is designed to do. It's a greedy strategy!

Temu offers quite a variety of items for sale. After browsing the website, I placed an order for 6 items. 5 of the 6 items were under $1.50 except for 1 item, which was $4.88. My order arrived on time without any issues. The items seem to be of good quality. Overall, I am pleased with my order. My only recommendation is that Temu should scale back these "coupons" with a time limit.

I don't mind buying certain products from Temu. Although, it is still a bit of a hit-or-miss with the quality.
However, they have decided to increase the free shipping from having to spend $20 to $35, and now they have greedily increased it to $40 in the guise of being environmentally friendly.
It is more likely that they are increasing the amount due to the frequency of the sales, so they are making you spend more to be entitled to free shipping.
I have $31 worth of products in my shopping trolley, but I have deleted them all, as I'm not prepared to give in to their greed by buying more stuff to get free shipping.
Note to Temu, please don't give me your generic copy-and-paste answers to contact your customer service. Not unless they have the power to provide free shipping for under $40 spent. This is a management decision to increase the free shipping entitlement amount willy-nilly. Let the management team realise that in the long run, they will lose more customers than gain more profit by increasing the free shipping entitlement amount.

Shipping takes so long and when you inquire all the customer service agents say the same thing. Nothing is done and items are low quality. Discovering this site was for me - perhaps belated - but definitely a piece of good luck. It is similar to AliExpress, as regards prices, but has the following advantages, which I can think of offhand: it offers free shipping (for the time being), carries an extremely wide selection of true-to-size, plus size clothing (not easy to find everywhere); shipping and delivery is incredibly fast; returns and refunds are no problem whatsoever. As a US customer, I have now used Temu 6 times. Their shipping operation is slow. Orders seem to promptly be ready for shipping. After that one or two-day delays between the stages: awaiting shipment, order shipped, package at airport, flight departure, customs clearance, arrived at a US airport, American shipping agency picks up the package, that shipper may then transfer to another agency (e.g, USPS), then you start getting notices from the American shipping agent.
You aren't told what airport was the arrival port, shipping time can be short or long before you get a notice that the package is out-for-delivery. I had one package waiting at the airport for three days before the shipper picked up my package.
ONE GREAT THING YOU CAN SAY about TEMU.COM: They don't pepper you for feedback about their customer service.

They are legitimate and I've bought several hauls from them. See something, look it up on Temu.com and i can almost assure you that at least 90% out of 100% they have it for $$ less.

Be careful with this temu, once u select ur order they will send u directly without ur confirmation its so bad, I just select one item I didn't checkout the cart but then after a day a notification pop up says ur order shipped, wtf really temu?

You are certainly on your own with no recourse, no one to talk to, if there is a problem there will be no recourse. Our merchandise was sent to the wrong address and spent 1 hour with the chat bot trying to resolve the problem. My wife made the order but the chat bot says there is no record. We have an invoice and an order number. Asked for a phone number to resolve the problem and was advised there is no customer service number by the chat bot. It advised us to sign into our account. We have no account with Temu. We made the order, paid for the merchandise, and was billed by our credit card. We will follow up on the dispute with our credit card company. BUYER BEWARE
