Finally got it delivered and was about to install it but the adhesive strip literally gave up on me. Idk if it was the material of my desk or if it was really the adhesive strip but I ended up having to get some new adhesive from the store just to stick it on. The light 10/10 works tho so no complaints!

Went to the TEMU website. It asked for credit card upon sign up and stated I would not be charged. Entered card info and within 5 min was charged 2 times. Listed charges went to Orrmvbfnv.com & Nyusgf.com. Total fraud amount $43.

As a wholesaler, I found the same product on the wholesale websites that are on Temu websites. I also found it discouraging that they tell you continuously to buy from this website to earn points for the games and it takes weeks and weeks and you have to continue to buy and buy in order to receive free items, I will no longer play the games because they make no sense. You're still gonna get the same discounts if you purchase or you're wasting your time each day, playing a game and inviting people that really don't want to be invited. I think they use us just for advertisement. I have enjoyed the majority of my orders thus far.

I ordered a LARGE order ($200+) thinking it was free returns so I can try on and return items if anything didn't fit. BIG MISTAKE!
I returned EIGHTEEN items in the same package. They told me they received only 3! And when I complained, they magically "found" one more item the next day. After that they don't let you dispute anything. It's ridiculous.
Now I have to contact PayPal and my credit card company to dispute the charges. But judging by the MANY other negative reviews here, this is probably common and hopefully PayPal will stop accepting them soon.

Everything looks really good, one sweater is a little smaller than I hoped but it's ok, and I got a satchel bag that was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it's nice as it is. I spent 2 days texting. Messaging and emailing everyone I could think of and when u get close they make it impossible. I urge anyone to stay away from anything free from Temu it is def a scam to get u to invite everyone you know and end up getting frustrated and quitting after you've literally worked for free for however long your patience can stand. I am a new customer and have had an awful experience with this company. They cancel every order I make! I keep making orders and they keep canceling them. I have confirmed with my bank that the issue is most definitely on their end. I've never had such a ridiculous shopping experience in my life. I called customer service 4 times this week. They were no help and gave inaccurate information. I spoke with a supervisor who was no better. I was supposed to get a call from the escalation team, but they keep calling the wrong phone number despite me giving the correct number to CS numerous times. Every time I call CS tells me everything is good with my orders and then they randomly get canceled by Temu a few hours later. No one there seems to be competent enough to help or even know what is going on. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. Total incompetency.

If you are thinking about buying something on Temu, don't do it! I was not happy with Temu and my purchase at ALL! I bought two squishmallows that looked super cute online but they did not look like the ones online at all! They also took 2 WEEKS to arrive! They came with no tag so that means that they are fake! Temu just remakes them and sell them for less money. One of the squishmallows was also not soft like a real squishmallow. Temu is fake and cheap. I am never using the app again!

I ordered several scrapbook dies and stamps. I tried one stamp that I was fairly pleased with. Tried 4 dies out of all I bought and only pleased with 2. I ran them through my machine several times and the whole piece still did not cut through the cardstock. I am thinking my whole order will be like this. Really disappointed. I placed an order on March 10th and on March 14th. Neither order has been shipped or even processed. I tried the online chat to find out what the problem is and if I will be getting my orders. Online customer service was of no help at all. Looking at the items I ordered there is nothing on backorder to explain the delay. They got my money via PayPal. They got paid so I want and expect my merchandise. Was a happy customer up until now. Not sure I will use again.

So my packages have come open and retaped UPS is or someone is letting people go through your packages and retape them.

DON'T SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE! I moved and changed my address with them before ordering anything of course, they failed on their end to change my address and sent my things to the wrong address... I ordered two Crow lamps and a golf Crow totaling $47.95 when I contacted customer service and try to explain that they sent my package to the wrong address they kept showing me a picture of it being delivered. I tried to explain again that it was delivered but to the wrong address and they kept showing me the picture of it being delivered in front of another person's door over and over and over they did not work with me but only intended to cheat me out of that money after I already reordered what I lost again... They had shipped my last package with a scam shipping company called Deliver-It and I complained to customer support that I hadn't received my package yet. They got on it and I received my package the next day. My current package (seen in the screenshot provided) is a day early and thankfully they shipped it with a different shipping company and even wrote a note on my account to never ship with that scam shipping company. At first they were good, but then they get really bad really quick. Only as new user they are good to you, but as you shop more they scam you. I got scammed out of $300. I returned some items and they keep saying they cannot find it, or that I still have it. All I have is a USPS receipt, I guess that was not enough proof that I returned the items. Then one time I did what they told me exactly and was still denied a refund. I even have proof on the chat of what they told me to do. I followed everything they said and they said not to worry, but I never got my refund. I only use it for the free cheap items I get from them by playing their games. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am now just trying to tell everyone not to use it now.
