I paid for 4 items over 4 weeks ago, they said would receive by march 19 never received, credit card charged. I spoke to customer care about email they sent if i did not receive items by the 19th i would get a whole $5 credit, my order over $100 4 items spoke to customer care did not get credit or items, was told its not their issue contact Canada Post and Canada post said contact TEMU the issue is not at their end. My package went to some random house. Tried everything I could to figure out where it is. Contacted shipping company and they tried to go back to where it was delivered and it wasn't there but due to package not being insured they couldn't do anything. Ordered for the first time and ordered wrong color in dress that I ordered and was told by customer service that I couldn't change the color because I order under a promotion and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused to let me speak to one. I ordered $143.33 worth of products from temu. I waited and waited due this package to arrive and it never came. I look at my tracking and it says that it was delivered to a different city abd state. I have contacted temu several different time and tickets have been made. They say that it was delivered there abd uses picked it up at that point abd brought it to my give. However, there is no tracking information for uses. Everyrhing as far as actual tracking information stops in Greensboro NC. I have asked for the additional tracking information and they can't provide it abd refuse to do anything about me not getting the package. Their customer service is terrible.

I ordered 8 items on 30th July 2023 but items never arrived. So I asked them to resend the items instead of refund but today as on 6th September 2023, I saw the message from Temu saying "Customer is not reachable" which is ridiculous. Let say the Security officer at the main gate didn't let the delivery person in, they would still be able to contact me to pick up the package from the main gate which is not the case. Bought this space heater because mine broke. But when it came, my bro apparently got it fixed for me without telling me. Tbh the shipping was really late but I get it cause it was from overseas which really takes a while. I ordered smth from similar shops too and shipping really takes a while. I got my order late, but everything arrived in great condition so I'm not too mad about it esp since they gave me delivery credit for the delay Overall, it was a pretty good experience shopping in Temu, just gotta estimate the delivery time better in the future! I wanted to purchase my order with 4 instalment payments with PayPal. It didn't go through on my end, so I cancelled my order. It states you can get a refund! WRONG. They have credited me the amount of my order $72. Before I was told I couldn't be reimbursed, the next day I redid my order plus added another item and was able to go through a different account and in 4 instalments, $99. PayPal have notified TEMU, and I have been messaging back and forth, insisting I won't my money. I don't won't it sitting in their account and don't won't to purchase another item. I am a pensioner and need my funds back into my account. I checked into this matter with a legal company and by law they must refund me. I still get messages 'we are looking into it'…this will be my last order if I am not refunded my money…not their money, but legally mine.

I ordered in the moring of 3/7 and finally it said it is shipped on 3/13.
BUT, during 2 or more days it just staying as "shipping label is created from USPS", and no tracking at all.

I placed an order. I got all my items quickly but they were low quality. In addition to my order I get getting an order for someone else that does not live at my house. The old saying you get what you pay for rings true for my dealings, I wasn't disappointed with what I got but the problem is I didn't get all I ordered. I've made 4 orders and all items were delivered on time and as described. I see people complaining of packaging, wtf do you expect from something traveling so far? Packaging is bounced to be banged up. I've also seen people complain the item was wrong, one lady even posted a review with a Christmas tree sticker. That item she posted is exactly what they advertised it as she just didn't read. Comprehension is key lady. And 3rd I saw a lady having a fit about the post office not receiving her package yet. Correct. They were notified to expect your package and assigned it a tracking number for usps, they won't have your package for a bit as it's coming from over seas. I would give zero stars if I could. I bought an extra large dog bed and received only foam. I did not get the cover. I asked to have the missing pieces sent to me. I was told the only solution was for me to return what I had received and be issued a refund. So, I refunded the foam I was sent. They denied my refund saying items were missing. Funny, because that's why I was returning it. I asked what they received from me and that question was ignored. Then they said they have reviewed their shipping process and shipping video and are certain they sent the complete item. So, why would I send back a large piece of foam, which is an important part of the dog bed? I have asked for their proof and have yet to be shown any. I am out a lot of money. You can't speak to anyone directly that has any decision-making authority, only through email, which takes at least a day to receive a reply. The customer service reps on the chat can't really do anything except create a ticket and send it up to another team. I was even given a phone number and the person I spoke to also could only forward my concerns. It's ridiculous and unacceptable.
