I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I placed an order on december 14th. All items were in stock. Today i get an email stating that they cancelled my order under the bogus claim of suspicious activity. If the site is secure there shouldn't have been any issues. I'm going to try one more time to get my Christmas gifts. Buyer beware...

Temu is shipping packages from China to their warehouse and they take forever or many times lost it. They lure you with cheaper price for things that you find in 99cents store but they're very cheap quality as well. I waited 3 weeks to get my package from one hour away warehouse but still didn't get it. Be careful with this company. I will never do buy from them.

Waited 3 weeks then finally today says speed-ex the delivery service they use said undeliverable. This is for 2 orders I literally get packages daily from Amazon and a few times a week DHL, UPS, FED EX never an issue since 1996 when I moved here. I think the company they are using is stealing packages however they aren't quick to refund they said an investigation first. Meanwhile it clearly states under track my package FAILED DELIVERY SENT BACK. They know I didn't get my package.

I could right a book with everything that went wrong in my first and only experience with Temu. I will just sum it up with this: It has been a nightmare experience shopping with Temu. Took almost 3 weeks to receive my 2 orders. Both orders totaled 24 items and all of it was crammed into one plastic bag. A thin sack with no protection at all. Items are broken, defective or dollar store quality. And that is just the beginning… Just be prepared if you are going to spend your money with Temu. Also, pay close attention to what you are paying for. Many of the low prices are because you are getting a small fraction of what you would get from other retailers. Even then I was still shorted! Some of the things I bought would have been cheaper to purchase on Amazon or Walmart because of the quantity. Definitely watch customer videos! Especially with clothing. There were so many clothing items I wanted to buy because they looked so good in the advertisement photos, until I watched a few customer videos and saw how cheap the clothing looked. This is definitely one of those "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" situations. Sadly, to top things off, I don't even know if I am going to be able to return the broken and unusable items that were finally delivered. I could go on, but you probably get the picture. My instincts told me to stay away. Now I know better. Awful experience all around. I hope this helps. If your gut is telling you not to do it, I would listen!

Temu is awesome. I was very skeptical at first because I don't trust much on the internet. But my friend kept winning things so I asked her for help. I've now won like 6 times including a camcorder, telescope, metal detector. Everything I've ordered has been perfect. In fact I seen a cool thing sold locally for $30 and checked there and got it for $6. Their customer service is amazing. Clearly the people below ran to review without speaking to them. My free $100 telescope was missing a piece that wasn't even necessary for it to function, just an added feature and they gave me $100 in credit for something I got for free. Always check back on previous orders because if the price drops they will refund the difference. If it's late they give you $5. It's definitely as good as amazon. Search this for a free coupon bundle afm*******.
Honestly give them a try. If you don't like it, they will make it right. Give them that chance before giving them a bad review. You should do that with any business.

How could I say no to Temu when they offer me this good of a deal! Tbh idt anyone could really hehe it definitely saved me from going broke when i was shopping for christmas gifts for my family and friends and im already back on this site to buy gifts for upcoming birthdays this year (and a few things for me as well obvs). I have made 2 orders from this company and so far I am happy. First time I bought some bracelets, earrings and ear buds. I didn't love the earrings but for the price I should be able to give them away. The bracelets were pretty and well made and the ear buds fit me like no others could fit me, paired easily and have terrific sound. I then ordered some over the ear headphones and they also work really well and are comfortable. I plan to buy from them in the future.

I had about four different orders that I was happy with (epecially electronics and kitchen stufff), before getting some items that I needed to return. I found that their return process was wonderful. As soon as I delivered the return shipment to the carrier, I received my refund (which I chose to be Temu credit). Some items seem to be cheap copies of more expensive originals—-seem smaller, thinner, and not as robust, but the price point is so low it was still worthwhile. I feel that they are trying really hard to get a happy customer base in order to compete with sites like Amazon, and they are doing a good job. Beware though, that often the price given is not for what is pictured, but for a different quantity or colour, so be sure to check the order. I think in future, prices will creep up and other perks (like free shipping and returns) will decrease. My original orders didn't even charge tax, but now they do. I enjoy shopping this site because they have a many items that are new and different from any other sites I've seen (eg. Silicone toe covers). Yes, some things are cheaply made, but with free returns, it seems that the makers of these items won't be in business long. You can get great deals on this site, but buyer beware.

After my 10 y/o son begged me to buy Temu, he and I spent an hour selecting and purchasing about 15 items. Then the fun began. Chase "fraud protection" declined the charge because Temu was a "new merchant" and I promptly texted Chase the charge was valid which Chase acknowledged. Temu then began sending me emails with instructions for "verifying" that I was the person authorized to use the Chase card. Each time I followed Temu's instructions and verified. Yet, further Temu emails followed. Finally, and against my better judgment, I started a chat on Temu's website. After about an hour of unresponsive "chatting" the chat rep. Finally comprehended that all Temu had to do -- and should automatically have done, was resubmit the charge. The rep. Thanked me and apologized stating "we are improving". I responded, how can Temu even hope to take a run at Amazon, if right out of the gate, it lacked knowledge how to handle today's all too common credit card "fraud protection" declines, especially when charges are submitted by a new online merchant? After assuring me my issue was being given "priority" and that Temu would resubmit the charge without further waste of my time, last night I received yet another nonsensical and nonresponsive email from Temu advising: "we reviewed the information you submitted but it was insufficient to remove the hold on your order. You were not charged for this order. Please submit a document below to verify that you were authorized to use the payment method used on this order." I replied Temu could kiss my $#*! and keep its cheap junk.

They claimed you can get a coupon when you maximize your order of certain amount. They don't honor the coupon when you did that. They said you will receive your coupon when your orders were shipped. My order was placed on 12/25/22@ 11:19pm. I want to use a $25 coupon that I earned from last purchased now (12/29/22@ 6pm). I was told the coupon is EXPIRED.
My orders have not even shipped to me yet, and the coupon they supposed used at that time of purchase already expired? Scam! Be aware of their coupon!

I'm so disappointed that Temu doubled their minimum order from $10 to $20. I was ready to check out and noticed the increase. Unfortunately, many items I want are out of stock and when they do come back, other items in my cart are out of stock. I'm buying some cheap fake costume jewelry, so getting to $20 isn't easy. With the economy tanking, and a possible recession looming, this isn't the time for increases. I was enjoying being able to buy a few things and treat myself without having to spend too much - I'm retired and on SS. But now I'm loading up my cart with stuff I really don't want trying to reach $20 and that's just crazy! Temu needs to lower their minimum order back down or they will likely suffer from many like me that don't want to spend more and can't find $20 worth of items they need.
Of course I'm also concerned about the security issues with the app; the possible child labor issues and overworking ppl to death, literally. And the affect this could have on the US manufacturing and labor market, which are declining at this time. Supporting the US is very important to me; yet the prices on Temu are enticing.
I have had a very bad experience with customer service one time, but besides that all my orders have arrived as expected on time - minus one and that was the fault of the USPS. The quality of items has been nice - esp for the price, and they've readily refunded a few items that arrived broken.
I hope they will lower their minimum back to $10 per order. If not, I probably won't be shopping on Temu much more.

I though i give it a go with a small order of 11 Items, 9 Items i was happy with but 2 Items where advertised as Stainless Steel which they are NOT. No good contacting Temu they do not answer, so that's it for me i will not Order again.

I never heard of an electric garlic masher until i saw it on Temu and I can't go back to regularly chopping garlic ever again! It saves me time and I also use it for other things like onions because it doesn't have to just be used on garlic :) Safe to say that this has changed my life so HAHAAHAHA! I'm so excited to find more handy gadgets in the site so keeping my eyes peeled (get it, peeled? HAHAHAHA)

Terrible customer service. They use delivery services that have no clue how to do their job. In my case piggy ship and think it is based in China, and have no idea how to talk to people.
