I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

I was asked to verify my account by sending in photo of last 4 of my card did that. They were unable to verify. Then they wanted a photo of my card statement. Hell no it was my bank statement!

I'll be honest, I was extremely skeptical of Temu at first. I thought it was a scam and I told myself i wouldn't purchase or play the games on there. Well, one of my close friends and her family all had purchased items from Temu and had done so multiple times so i automatically gained a little bit of trust in the app and decided to go ahead and order some stuff. It took about a week or so for a large order to arrive, some arrived in parts and ordered arrived in full in a large box. The items are 95% as described on the website. I have placed EIGHT orders so far all of which (except one since I just ordered it) has come in and I've been pretty happy with what I've ordered. I'll say the clothing is touch and go but otherwise it's a win for me. And the games you can play to win free items actually works! Granted it's a tedious method to win however I can confirm it works as I won 4 free items and 2 $50 credits WHICH did work when I placed a $100 order, it was free! It seems to good to be true but this app is legit and I've loved everything so far.

I am an elderly lady who really cares about how I look and dress. My make-up and hair are always done and I don't leave my home unless they are. I manage a Senior Mobile Home Park. When residents come in I always get complements on either my outfit, my shoes or my jewelry. Most always it is from Temu. After a couple of weeks they will come in and either tell me my recommendation of Temu is the best thing that has happened to them in a long time or they are really upset because they can't stay off of the website. I have several who come in to show me their "new wardrobe". Two people have told me the haven't been able to afford new clothes in years and with Temu they can. One resident told me she can now buy 1 complete outfit a month thanks to my recommendation of Temu. Obviously, I tell everyone.
I was leary of ordering from ANY website other than the popular one, but Temu is wonderful. I get everything I order in a timely fashion and love almost everything I get. I have even bought things for my friends because everything is so inexpensive. They love it too. I think my favorite are the shoes and earrings, but everything else has always been just as described. Love it!

Temu delivery service cannot read because they left my package at the wrong place simply dropped it off somewhere they think they dropped it off at my place well I do not live at a motel I live in a nursing home completely different so I'm out so do not place an order with Temu you will not get your package.!

I really don't understand why everybody says it's a scam. Yeah the stuff comes from China but it's EXACTLY as they advertise. Very good price and really did not take that long, not near as long as some of my orders from other companies have. I paid $17 for all of this stuff. Tons of Christmas gifts for the kids, all came very well packaged, all on time, all here. I am very pleased! This was not a scam. I did a test order to make sure and now I do plan on ordering a whole bunch more stuff. Please note, I'm a very real person, not a robot not an employee of theirs. My name is Deziraye Wald. I live in Denison, Texas, I work at the lake. You can look me up on Facebook. I'm writing this review because I don't have much money and like to find deals like this online to buy people stuff for Christmas. I'm a mom of 3 and I looked at tons of reviews and almost didn't order from them because of the reviews. I was very skeptical before buying from them because all the reviews kept saying it was a scam. Well I'm glad I checked for myself because it definitely was not a scam and everything turned out exactly as I ordered.

Tip for consumers:
Seems like a good deal to me. But I imagine they're going to get pretty busy for the holidays so if you're going to order you probably should do it quickly because I ordered on the 5th and it took about 2 and 1/2 weeks to get to me

I boufgt 3 USB sticks - 1x 128 GB, 2x 32 GB. They all have failed latest on their second test with f3write / f3read. The big dirve even disappeared meanwhile from the system. Absolute crapware; I received them a day ago - now trash. Beware of TEMU! Never again!

At first Temu was good but here lately shipping has become a nightmare altogether customer won't properly address concerns; for example...my 7 year old grandson showed me a picture of a large mouse pad he wanted for his birthday. I looked (realized why he showed me, I'm the cool grandpa) it was an anime girl in a skimpy bikini which is fine with me...you see worse on public beaches, anyway when I received it...she ended up being completely nude with absolutely no bikini at all not ever a trace of it. Contacted customer service about this showed them pictures of item but they refuse to do anything about it at all and tell me sorry to bad " hope this answer puts a smile on your face" then disconnected I've tried for two days to get a peaceful resolution to this but now I'm turning my information over to federal law enforcement for Temu to get investigated for fraudulent activity on their site. My entire family has stopped using Temu over this and are advising everybody they know and keep telling local church's about this to get the word out about Temus lack of respect for their customers. Unfortunately I can't post pictures because of the content but I can tell you Hugh Hefner would complement the work that went into it.

I would recommend not to use them but it's your choice just make sure you order and get what you want because customer service won't help you.

Waited 3 weeks then finally today says speed-ex the delivery service they use said undeliverable. This is for 2 orders I literally get packages daily from Amazon and a few times a week DHL, UPS, FED EX never an issue since 1996 when I moved here. I think the company they are using is stealing packages however they aren't quick to refund they said an investigation first. Meanwhile it clearly states under track my package FAILED DELIVERY SENT BACK. They know I didn't get my package.

They say full refund AFTER the investigation so at this point I don’t know if or when my credit card or if it will be refunded.

Temu is awesome. I was very skeptical at first because I don't trust much on the internet. But my friend kept winning things so I asked her for help. I've now won like 6 times including a camcorder, telescope, metal detector. Everything I've ordered has been perfect. In fact I seen a cool thing sold locally for $30 and checked there and got it for $6. Their customer service is amazing. Clearly the people below ran to review without speaking to them. My free $100 telescope was missing a piece that wasn't even necessary for it to function, just an added feature and they gave me $100 in credit for something I got for free. Always check back on previous orders because if the price drops they will refund the difference. If it's late they give you $5. It's definitely as good as amazon. Search this for a free coupon bundle afm*******.

Honestly give them a try. If you don't like it, they will make it right. Give them that chance before giving them a bad review. You should do that with any business.

I could right a book with everything that went wrong in my first and only experience with Temu. I will just sum it up with this: It has been a nightmare experience shopping with Temu. Took almost 3 weeks to receive my 2 orders. Both orders totaled 24 items and all of it was crammed into one plastic bag. A thin sack with no protection at all. Items are broken, defective or dollar store quality. And that is just the beginning… Just be prepared if you are going to spend your money with Temu. Also, pay close attention to what you are paying for. Many of the low prices are because you are getting a small fraction of what you would get from other retailers. Even then I was still shorted! Some of the things I bought would have been cheaper to purchase on Amazon or Walmart because of the quantity. Definitely watch customer videos! Especially with clothing. There were so many clothing items I wanted to buy because they looked so good in the advertisement photos, until I watched a few customer videos and saw how cheap the clothing looked. This is definitely one of those "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" situations. Sadly, to top things off, I don't even know if I am going to be able to return the broken and unusable items that were finally delivered. I could go on, but you probably get the picture. My instincts told me to stay away. Now I know better. Awful experience all around. I hope this helps. If your gut is telling you not to do it, I would listen!

I was good with the product I ordered last month but I am not good with the fact that I receive many, many marketing ads a day in two email inboxes…there is not a single soul who works at TEMU who knows how to remove one email address from their marketing ads…they are very polite LIARS every time you request help…but you do not receive help so don't be fooled…worst part is I did not agree to go on their marketing lists and therefore will not ever shop with TEMU again…be warned!

How could I say no to Temu when they offer me this good of a deal! Tbh idt anyone could really hehe it definitely saved me from going broke when i was shopping for christmas gifts for my family and friends and im already back on this site to buy gifts for upcoming birthdays this year (and a few things for me as well obvs). Temu aint like them other sites that require you to have a minimum order to avail their free shipping offer and that's why Temu is def my ride or die (+++ i don't even have to feel bad because Temu has their carbon emission initaitve to reduce their carbon footprint)

Te.u is awful they lie and make no sense. Their stuff breaks and they will not refund you or credit you. You can't get anyone on the phone. Buy American?! Temu is HORRIBLE!

Tip for consumers:
I wanted a full refund I had at least 10 items break show up and break right away l they lie and their crap is cheap?!! I told them I would tell everyone how awful they were unless they have me a refund and they would rather lose customers! They are horrible to deal with!!¡!!
