I started out buying the cheapest stuff like car accessories, kitchen utensils, and gadgets. After seeing how surprisingly good quality the items were I moved on to baby clothes and even shoes. I provided evidence that the photo taken by the carrier did not depict my house, but Temu denied responsibility and refused to refund or resend the items. This situation is absurd; Temu doesn't hold the unreliable courier accountable but penalizes the customers. I am skeptical that Temu may be involved in fraudulent activities with the local delivery company.

The order was initially shipped with a specific company which they changed, to the local post office, at the very LAST step of the delivery process. I didn't have the ability to add delivery instructions to the new carrier and my order was lost or never delivered (no picture as proof of delivery either). When contacted customer service the only thing they had to say is that they are sorry!

Regarding my last order from 3 weeks ago...Temu and it's carrier lost my package and is trying to offer me a mere $5 account credit instead of a full refund for my order. This goes again their customer satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, the customer service representatives then tried offering me coupons ranging from $30 to $45 off my next order over $100 or $150. These do not solve the issue. This company takes no responsibility and credibility to their customers. Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase from temu. They WILL screw you over.

The app is swift and cheap. However full of products that simply live up to racist stereotyping. Shirts with "I'm not Irish but drink like one" imagine a shirt with the message. Not Chinese, but have a gambling addiction like one, or car sticker "leave plenty of room the driver behind this wheel is asian." There would be outrage. Obviously I didn't buy the Racist item. Racist stereotyping is not nice no matter who it's directed at. I deleted the app.

The products are cheap but lack quality, it smacks of cheap plastic goods from China. The shipping took awhile, maybe 10 days but it was free.

So I type in a specific thing and it doesn't show the right options, I type in 20lbs weighted blanket and I'm getting 3 or 5 lbs ones. I then type in for adults well I didn't know that adults can weight 30-50 lbs cause weighted blankets are divided by 10. Do you just not know what adults means or something? 15lbs and above is the average for adult weighted blankets. But work on your god damn app search

Clothing was very poor quality. Didn't look at all like advertised. Every item I got I hated. I ordered jackets a purse and multiple outfits for my childern and all of it was ugly and very thin. The colors were dull as well.

Very poor quality goods and when you send them back they deduct everything, so called discounts, coupons etc, so you basically send them back all the items you had paid for and cost you this way whatever it was worth! So they either way make money on you! And delivery late and when you no longer needed it they still refund just a fraction of the amount! Never order from them again and wont recommend it

Customer service was a joke at best. They say that if a package was not delivered to contact the shipping service. Not a good idea unless you want to be told to contact temu. Products were never received and no reship or refund was offered. Basically said I'm out of luck. I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on.

You get what you pay for! The quality of most items - very poor. So if you're willing to accept that you are NOT going to be receiving anything that's worthy of a bargain steal then go for it. It's a sad state of affairs at TEMU. Between their constant promotional messages/emails, lack of customer service, sub par items and difficult returns, I'm taking my money elsewhere!

I ordered 15 items from Temu. Some of Prices when ordering increased when I added to my basket. They are sly how they do this like advertising a low price but if you choose a different colour the price doubles. Delivery was on time in shabby packaging. The goods ordered were of low quality but then I did get what I paid for. Half of the items not fit for use. Example sticky back pads only stuck for a day then fell off. My biggest complaint is since I download the app I have received 118 emails, scam, and selling disgusting items. I order often. Shipping takes some time but worth it. I use it for business and personal reasons. If something is out of stock they refund your money and give you an additional credit. Plus frequent shopping credits. Their $18 shoes are better quality and more comfortable than my $100 name brands. Forever a customer and I always check them first when I want something.

Temu is a great website. You can find some of everything, like women's tops, sneakers, jewelry, household items, silicone molds. They have some nice quality items. This is better than Wish, they keep you updated on your order. They actually credit you $5 if they pass their estimated time to ship and if your delivery is past the date they estimated delivery. This company has no problem in refunding your money if that ever happens. Everything I brought was just as described. Don't get me wrong there are some items that looks cheap but are worth the money to try them out. I recommend this site, I love Temu, It's hard not to buy at least 10 items an order. It can be addictive.
