I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

I used to shop on the more popular websites but they were really expensive and I'd either have to not buy the item or dip into my savings. So happy that a friend of mine recommended Temu because she said that it was where she did her online shopping to save money. She was so right! I couldn't believe the prices that I saw the moment I checked it out and I kinda regretted every buying from those other websites in the first place. I wondered if it was too good to be true and if they were just pushing low quality knockoffs BUT THE ITEMS WERE SUPER LEGIT! There's no going back once you've tried temu, seriously changed my life.

This is the first time I have ever TEMU and my last time. I went and put in my address when I started the process. When the delivery was shipped to me they changed my address to an address that wasn't even a valid address. I went to call TEMU to change the address they advised me since it was already shipped they couldn't change the address that I had to get a hold of LaserShip I called LaserShip who advised me that I they couldn't change the address I TEMU. After about 2 days of dealing with this finally somebody told me they had it taken care of. Then it got to the next stage of delivery and the address still wasn't changed it was still shipped to an invalid address. This is the worst company I have ever seen the worst company I have ever dealt with. Additionally, customer service chat agents don't know their $#*! from the hole in the ground to be straight with you all I got was a run around and a bunch of BS. I never deal with TEMU ever again.

Temu is terrible, I placed a large order over $100+ they said they delivered to my address in my Apts but I did receive call them and let them know they told well we delivered to your address we can't give no refund or re-deliver it, I've called my of times now they telling me the same thing but now action happening I still dnt have my stuff and it's going on 2 1/2 mths there THEIFS! DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM

I have got the warmest pajamas (blanket items and pajama sets) ever from TEMU, very important in the Upper Midwest U.S. I have also got a shawl that wasn't as depicted and accidentally ordered some items that weren't what I thought they were, but I was able to cancel the latter after discovering the Shop Reviews. If you click on the Shop icon (seller) under "Reviews," you can read many more reviews than are displayed under the item description. There is more time to cancel items on this site than usual, though there are sometimes limited refund options. Sometimes they will only give a partial refund and partial store credit, but if you do receive the item, one item per order can be returned for a full refund. Now, I always read the Shop Reviews before making a purchase, and I am generally satisfied with what I receive. I love that I can purchase a pet toy at an affordable price every time I make an order. My pampered cats are used to receiving treats and food in the mail, and are disappointed when I order clothes or other items and there is nothing in the package for them. When I had children at home, it was the same story. I have not bought cat toys in a while because most sites charge $7-15 for them, which is ridiculous! I wish every store had pet items for.40-$1.70 I could add to every order, like I do at TEMU. It doesn't take much to make them happy, but they even have pet tunnels, activity and mechanical toys for well under $10. Pets are family!

So, my first ordering after I saw the heap on tv. I'm about to move so I'll give it a try. I ordered 3 things but, 1 saw I got 2 of something when I just needed 1. I can custom service. Give them the confirmation number that I got in my email. For over 20 minutes. I heard they couldn't find it because of my phone number. My name is Debbie and this is my very first time shopping with Temu. I was skeptical when l first came across this website and wondered how can they afford to sell things so cheap, including jewelry, like rings,for instance, which l was interested in purchasing,when they look so beautiful in the pictures? I thought they must just make them look really good in the pictures somehow and then when you get the rings they are nothing more than poor quality,cheap cracker jack trinkets. But the more l read about Temu and the more l kept looking at the beautiful pictures l decided to order 6 rings and 2 pendants. I just received my order today from Temu and l was totally surprised and thoroughly delighted with my purchases. The rings far exceeded my expectations and are stunningly beautiful and of superior quality and even more beautiful than in the pictures. They do not look cheap at all, in fact, on the contrary,they look a lot like the real thing. The attention to detail on a lot of the rings and the sparkle of the stones is exquisite, enhancing their beauty and making them look real and expensive. I was blown away and will definitely tell others about Temu and hope to do more shopping with Temu myself soon. I am sure l will be getting lots of compliments on my new rings and the cute cat pendant l purchased too. Thank-you so much, l love all of them! I couldn't be happier.

My name is Dora Klinova. I ordered a lot of things from Temu. But many times you sent me different items, not what I ordered. It took a lot of my time to return them and I do not like this. I ordered a rug, size 7X10 feet. You sent me twice bigger rug that I even couldn't handle myself to put it back into the box, and i payed money to somebody to do it. I odered it for $102, now you ask for the same rug $169. Plus you send me speening coupons for $100, and for $200 that i even not able to use them. Can you help me with this?

Recieved the orders 3 days ago.Our maltipoo was playing the toy as I taking out some items from the bag and the EYE WAS A METAL SCREW AND IT FELL OFF FROM THE DOG'S MOUTH.
THE HARNESS GOT STUCK ON THE DOGS CHEST THAT I HAD TO CUT IT WITH SCISSORS. Basically, most of the items that I ordered went to the garbage.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND ILLEGALLY USES OTGER COMPANIES TO SEEM LIKE THEY ARE LINK TO YOURS. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE HIGH RATINGS. THE OWNER IS FRUAD AND A COWARD AND SHOULD BE SURD BUT CANT FIND ANYONE THAT ACTUALLY OWNS THE COMPANY. HMMM. I WONDER WHY.

Twice I have ordered from TEMU. Free shipping with a minimum order. Seperate returns result in employees lying and saying they did not return items. I have proof I did. Customer service is mostly AI-based. It is frustrating when you chat with a machine to get a problem solved. It is called Artificial Intelligence for a reason. Rarely do you chat with a human, when you do they are equally unhelpful they also seem like they are AI. I think that is their protocol to frustrate customers into not wanting to go through the hassle of returning their junk products. I was told for the second time I returned 2 items they only received one item. I was told the second item was lost in the warehouse so quality control could not verify QC. Rather than refund me my money for both items since TEMU lost my return item in THEIR warehouse they refused to refund me my money for THEM losing my return item in THEIR warehouse. Also, Beware 60% of TEMUs' items are poor quality even for Chinese-made products. Shipping takes a long time. I guess I am used to Amazon quality, top-notch customer service, and QUICK shipping. There is some value in shopping TEMU, but there are also a lot of returns for inaccurate item descriptions. Broken items, wrong items and cheap crap.

Tip for consumers:
In their return process, TEMU commits fraud on their customers. Their employees lie and steal customer's returns. Chatting with an intelligent human is VERY DIFFICULT. It is mostly "Canned/Scripted" responses or "Artificial Intelligence" responses.

cleaning gloves. metal cleaning scrubber and plastic mouse traps. So many products are returned for inaccurate item description and are fall apart cheap

It's about time that a business ( brick and mortar or online) offers thousands of products the are actually "affordable" to the people that are suffering the most through, pandemics, out of control inflation, political failures immigration situations and the list goes on and on and on and on. These people are called the "Middle Class". Hopefully, they will not slide from the "middle class to the last class.". As far as I can tell, Temu is going in the right direction in this segment of American Business. In the inevitable end, either the other retailers will fall in line behind them, clone them and do it sincerely or face the same fate as Toys are Us, Kmart, Sears and that list goes on and on. I, myself, am a former retail owner of a group of Hallmark stores. Sold out and followed my basic instincts to do business (service businesses) that the majority of my clients would be able to afford. As wonderful as Hallmark products were, they were becoming "unaffordable" to a large percentage of my customers. Jump ahead 40 years to today June 8,2023, and where do you find Hallmark Cards being sold? Thousand and thousands are being bought at stores like Dollar Tree. The prices are 2 for a dollar or 1 for a dollar. It's like "they" say……. The proof is in the pudding! Good luck and good fortune to

As in other reviews, the first 2 orders arrived very quickly, in about a week.
I placed 4 more orders, the first of which was placed on the 9th of October, but still 10 days later the order has not been dispatched.
Interestingly, the second and third orders were also placed on October 11th and 13th, but the orders are not being shipped.
The reason is probably one of two things.
Either the seller didn't timely update their inventory, or only offered fast order fulfillment to new members to keep them hooked.
For the first problem, TEMU needs to tell the customer which product is delaying delivery.
They should give their customers the choice of whether to issue a partial refund to expedite delivery.
Waiting 10 days doesn't make sense. That's a processing level far behind Aliexpress.
The problem is that all 3 orders are being delayed.
I'm sure the last order, the 4th order, will also be delayed for quite a while.
In that sense, I doubt that they provide fast shipping only to new customers.
I will cancel all orders worth $250 if they are not shipped in 5 days because I have a trip planned in 2 weeks.

Tip for consumers:
As in other reviews, the first order was shipped quickly. Subsequent orders require a very long period of patience with the phrase (Sorry! Your package has not been shipped yet, because the dispatching item(s) took longer than estimated. We are trying our best to hurry up),
Customer service is not helpful. They give a $5 credit, but I don't think that outweighs the long-term delivery times.

BEWARE! TEMU is like WISH. It's a scam. You can not "win" anything free from them. ESPECIALLY on the game FISHLAND. Closer you get to the amount to win they throttle the amount you earn as well as cut back the amount of food you can feed the fish! It's deceptive, bait and switch, dishonest! And orders come from CHINA, Therefore impossible to receive within the 7 days they claim. They'll blame airlines for canceled flights. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY!
