I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

Have been on the app for a few months now and i just really enjoy the experience. Its easy to navigate and everything you could ever want can be found on Temu. Temu offers good quality product at affordable prices while also giving customers endless discounts and sales to help them save more money! Even with the longer shipping time, it's still worth it for me.

Why is Temu not shipping?

I have placed a few orders and have found the quality of the clothing to be horrible. Materials are itchy and thin (cotton does not exist) and the website description photos are highly edited and misleading. The costume jewelry is ok for the price but the dollar store has comparable items. BEWARE their return policy is discretional. If they disagree with why you returned the item they will not refund it even in brand new condition and even after you pay return shipping. I think this company is a cash grab and nothing to invest your hard earned money in. Most of the reviews are left by paid influencers as noted on other sites.

They have been paying every Youtuber to promote their products - they are no better than other cheap sites.

Just spent forever trying to find all the right items for my Christmas shopping on their site only to have all of my recent orders spontaneously canceled for no reason. Been going back-and-forth with "customer service" (if you can call it that) for days and they literally keep repeating "the item has been refunded" when the question I'm asking is *why* my orders were canceled in the first place. Very weird and frustrating experience.

Garbage website with non-existent support. Do not shop here.

Keeps asking to verify payment details when the EXACT SAME CARD was used for an order prior.

They keep denying my verification when it follows the exact same format that they request.

Phone support doesn't exist, keeps ringing. Chat support is over two hours wait. If you go away for a little bit, you get prompted to confirm you're still there, and has to be done within 300 seconds. If you don't then you're back at the begging of the queue for chat. It's designed that way on purpose so you don't receive support.

Beware! Its a trap. Nothing is free. Never ever participate in their referral program. I seems easy but they just traps you in collecting points like 50 then 25, then slowly like 10, 9, 8 and then 4.5,4.4,4.3,4.2,4.1 etc. You will end up losing time frame of 12 or 24 hours they gives. They post you earned those gift but actually in the end nothing is in your hand. Innocent people don't waste time on this app. It would be million time better if you just sleep or do other things. It seems like the reviews either are 5 star or 1 star, so I want to give a neutral review

You can get some useful (or useless) items pretty cheap, when they are good it's a bargain, and sometimes surprisingly good, but don't count on high quality. I've bought a lot of similar or some on the same stuff on Ebay and Amazon, usually for a little more.
They are not a scam, but are always trying to upsell with promos, emails, on the site, "spin the wheel" stuff, last chance- this is annoying over-marketing, but must work. You can ignore it, but you can't make it go away.

Popular Items can sell out fast.
Slow shipping, but they are very upfront about that. You can pay more for faster shipping.
No experience with customer service, but generally if you're buying a $10 item it might not be worth returning, I assume they bank somewhat on that.

Tip for consumers:
Don't fall for the upsell. Keep your quality expectations reasonable.

Most things look like gauze or poly/cotton t-shirt. I bought 7 shirts, 2 nightgowns, and a pair of capris. Only one shirt was wearable. The rest do not look at all like the pictures. They are some kind of very cheap polyester that I'm too embarrassed to wear. Absolutely horrible. The return policy is too costly to bother. I deleted the app. I don't care how cheap it is; it's not worth two dollars.

I ordered 15 items from Temu. Some of Prices when ordering increased when I added to my basket. They are sly how they do this like advertising a low price but if you choose a different colour the price doubles. Delivery was on time in shabby packaging. The goods ordered were of low quality but then I did get what I paid for. Half of the items not fit for use. Example sticky back pads only stuck for a day then fell off. My biggest complaint is since I download the app I have received 118 emails, scam, and selling disgusting items. I've Ed never received emails like this before using Temu as I try to be really careful online. I will be deleting the app of course. Be wary if you use Temu

Temu is a one-stop online Dollar Store so I don't expect high-end stuff. I ordered stickers for a kids' project and was extremely disappointed. I ended up with frustrated kids and angry adults. The designs were beautiful but the stickers could NOT be removed from the backing --even by adults with a razor blade. (11-12-year-olds are normally experts at this.) I'd had a few problems with a previous batch so should have known better. You could NOT feel the demarcation line of the backing with your fingernail.Teachers--avoid! I am so glad I waited to hit send on my next order. I won't be ordering again.

I ordered three items in my first order thinking it would be cost-effective and consume less time and money than going to the store, Needless to say that did not happen not only did my order not arrive on time but the customer service chat center continually harassed me after I asked them to leave me alone. I had to postpone the job I was using these items on which cost me approximately $800 for the day they did however give me a $5 credit towards my next purchase. So basically they cost me $795 in loss on my very first order this company is no different than any of the other second rate companies pedaling the same items. Jeff Solar was the customer service representative who continually messaged me after I asked him to stop his messages are borderline harassment.

Terrible customer service.I wait for about 5 hours just for having a live chat because they kept ending the chat when I was busying with other stuff while waiting and didn't notice the poping window which they set to test if you are still online. Literally those guys don't allow people working with other things while waiting for a line with like 60 people ahead. And they are literally trying to let customers stay still in that chatting page doing nothing. Not only the live chat but also the telephone call won't work. I wait about 50 minutes and there's literally no one answering the phone.
Terrible quality. Half of the products they sell are trash which you really don't want to let them involve in your life.
They attract people by low price but remember cheap goods are always CHEAP

I have had to jump through hoops and spend time annoying my family and friends with this site(I referred multiple people, bought multiple orders, and never received my promotion that I was promised)… don't promote this company! I have pictures of the the rewards, promotions, ect… that they lie about! I will post pictures in a few ‍

I ordered a LED light strip. Nothing I did could make it work. A seat cushion for my handicapped relative was flatter than a pancake. No cushion to it at all. Portable vacuum for my car? Worked but A) no charging cord & B) The whole think fit in the palm of my hand! GARBAGE! Nothing but garbage. Another Chinese app meant to read your phone & nothing else.

Tip for consumers:
I wish I'd known that what they sell is best used in a landfill somewhere.

One tiny bedroom light. Everything else was trash that didn't work.
