I HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH TEMU THAT LASTED 2 MONTHS, BUT I WANTED TO TRY ONE MORE TIME TO SEE IF TEMU HAS BETTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE. TEMU COLLECTS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ORDERS USESES THE MONEY TILL THE MERCHANDISE IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER THEN ASKS FOR A REFUND THEN 2 MONTHS LATER MAYBE. AFTER THE CUSTOMER DISPUTES THE MONEY CHARGE BACK TO TEMU'S ACCOUNT THEN THEY REFUND THERE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I CALLED AND WAITED 5 HOURS STRAIT NO ONE ANSWERED YESTERDAY ALSO I CLICKED ON THE OPTION ON TEMU WEB PAGE WITH MY PHONE # NO ONE CALLED ME BACK, TODAY CALLED AGAIN NO ONE ANSWERED AT ALL THRU ME WAITING ON THE PHONE ALSO AND. 4 TIMES I SELECTED TEMU TO CALL ME BACK AS TEMU WEB PAGE OFFERS I INCLUDED MY PHONE # EACH TIME ON ALL 4 TIMES. THE REASON FOR MY CALLS WAS I HAVE CHANGED THE PAYMENT METED TO DELETE THE VISA CARD ON FILE ( IT WAS STOLEN) AND ADDED A NEW CARD, BUT WHEN WANT TO CHECK OUT IT WON'T COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. I too was sceptical about ordering from Temu, I have ordered 17 times now. I haven't had any issues or major problems, if something was damaged, it was refunded promptly. I've only had one damaged item and it was due to poor packaging, nothing to do with the item, it was a plastic window cleaning tool, had it have been placed in the package longways instead of the short way, it would have survived the trip. It can be glued back together, it was refunded. You are allowed one refund per order, I have only taken advantage of that if something was wrong. I ordered three pair of size 7 shoes, two fit perfectly, the third pair, I believe were mislabeled. Those were refunded and I was told to keep or donate them. The same with a smart watch, I just couldn't get it paired with my phone, after 3 weeks I requested to return it, I was given the refund and again told I could keep or donate it. I've bought clothing and jewelry and love them all, none of the jewelry has turned yet, they wear beautifully. Two items of clothes were a little bigger than expected, I will either alter them or give them away. I've bought things for my car and had no problems. All of my orders but one so far have been in the time frame specified. The one that wasn't on time, I was given a $5 credit because of the delay by the day after it was due.
Also, people complain about Temu accessing your location and stuff, I have Temu on two devices and neither have access to anything and I use a third party vendor to pay for my purchases. As for the items being from China, half of items for sale in America come from China and have for decades, go into any Walmart or Target or wherever and take a look. Better yet Google the companies from all over the globe that operate out of the US, you'll be surprised at what comes from where.

When you get your items, you may get some ok things (temu does sell a lot of cheap garbage). But since they started using YTO as their couriers, good luck actually getting items. YTO are the worst ever. They used to use Oz Post or Fast Horse (which would pass parcels to Oz Post if you arent home)
Their current couriers are YTO...if you aren't home, you probably will NEVER receive your items.
I'm in a gated complex and there's always neighbours home & have told couriers to ring buzzers of neighbours but they never do.
Or, you are in the shower/loo and they won't wait for you to answer the door as they are very impatient.
They leave no card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. So, unless you are waiting by the door 24/7 when they MAY deliver, you'll never get your item.
Tracking is useless as all it does is tell you on the Temu page "received for processing" one day then the next message is "recipient not able to be contacted". No way to get parcel delivery rearranged.
So, there go my 3 parcels they tried to deliver today as I know I'll never receive them. That's some of my Christmas presents to never be seen again

I have been shopping with Temu for a while now and have never had a problem until recently. Have always received my packages with no problem. I rently ordered $200 worth of products and didn't receive them. Tried calling Temu and it took forever to get someone on the line. They told me, they could reship my item. I asked if they could please send it to a different address and they told me absolutely not. So they shipped it to the same address and the package is missing again. Tried to reach out to them again about the second package for two weeks. I was on hold for over two hours every time I called never speaking to anyone. They prefer you to chat with them. Opened up chat and they ask you the same questions over and over again, which pisses you off. You can't get anybody on the phone and you have idiots on chat. Someone named Jennifer keeps opening up a ticket and then closing it out. I haven't gotten anywhere with this company about my merchandise. I emailed yesterday and they emailed me back stating there is nothing they can do about my lost package. They will not resend the merchandise or refund me. Says in the future use a better address. Had no knowledge that my address was not a good one because I always receive my packages from Temu. Second after the first order was lost I asked if they could send the reshipment to another address and they said NO. So what do you do. Im not angry just very disappointed and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I'll just take my business elsewhere. I'm still out of $200. The most important thing I've learned through all of this is, with any company make sure you have a real number and can speak to someone and always read their reviews first.

Placed an order for 5 items on December 14th. Tracking is not updated since 14th. Gave me a delivery day of the 27th. No package. 28th still no package.customer service is not helpful. No need for 5.00 credit as I will not order from this website again.

I said no. I want it back on my card as I will not be ordering anything else of this scam website. Lady said she would put in a request for it to be applied to my original method of payment... 2 days later I get a message telling me that I have been credited 38.59 to my temu account...

Temu's a great place to get great items for great prices. I personally love Temu and have nothing but great experiences, received everything I've ordered, if it showed up damaged I've been refunded in full (to my Temu account) within about 15 seconds. If I get something that was misleading in design, material or size, refund, 15 seconds, usually with extra no strings money on top. If it shows up late by even a day, $5 in my account. The problem alot of people have is they're expecting quality that isn't realistic, or are just simply impossible to please. Example, when you see a guitar for $80, you're gona get a guitar worth $80, just like Amazon. However they have effects pedals that are identical to some on Amazon and they're half the price. But if you're gona pay $2 for a watch and expect anything more than an arcade ticket reward, Temu's not the problem man. The main thing to keep in mind is, Do you need it? No. You don't. If you did you'd go get it, not wait 2 weeks just to be disappointed and then have an online whine fest. Let's he honest, they know you're not gona return anything, it's not worth what it costs tallied with the time it would take. Again, not realistic. I have gotten burned on a few things but when I look back it was my fault. The descriptions and specs, measurements are accurate. The red flag is when the specs aren't listed, like not listing lumens on a flashlight. But again, did I need it or was I just adding stuff to hit the threshold of a coupon to make the things I really wanted cheaper. Spoiler alert, door #2. Temu could stop with the dumb games though that seem to be near giveaways only to turn into a multi day thorn in the side. Honeslty it's predatory and that's the thing that'll drive people like myself away. I'd they would just stay a marketplace instead of a carnival that'd be great.

Well when I first joined they were good.Sure offer the deals and suck people in.Then downhill fast.Now the coupons are horrible they want you to spend more to save a tiny amount.Promo deals you think are a deal are really not.You can search the site or app and find the same item lower priced than the deal.Most orders arrive in bags and mutilated products.Looks like a thrift shop rampage of bin items.Even when they actually ship a box if arrives crushed up or holes in it.As far as refunds OMG its like talking to a wall for customer service robots.Even the humans are as bad as bots.Then they have this queue to speak and you wat a hour or more to conect to someone who doesnt help neither.They have a habit of saying a ticket as made a supervisor will get back to you.Hmmm in days if your lucky and they act like a bot.You get the same copy paste over and over.If you fight them enough you get a refund no return.Sadly they ask you to return items that are not even sanitary to return.They resell used items to other customers.So if you buy clothing it is possible someone else wore it.Even a hat or undergarments(gross people have lice or diseases)Temu cares nothing about anything but making money.I have gotten products shipped to me with dead bugs in them.Hard to think I had to fight weeks to get a refund for that and they love to offer creit as refund.Why? So you have to buy more of their damaged items and go through it all again with support.Aside from all the bad issues they do on occasion send me ok items not damaged but it is rare to get.Their warehouses are full of damaged items and they pack them damaged and blame postal.It is not postals fault.I promise if you could walk into a warehouse you will see a mess of damages being packed.No idea how this temu has not been shut down already.They must be paying someone to keep selling.Once the lawsuits hit them they will close or smarten up.I have been shopping online for years and this is about the worst I have seen.If I could rate them minus ******* I would.

Well ordered $100.00 worth of Christmas gifts. Items were shipped in two seperate packages. Both arrived at customs in USA one ( package1) arrive day later from package2. P1 was cleared first and shipped usps and received it in a timely manner. P2 cleared a day later and sat in the airport for 5+days without movement. Neither the carrier (ontrac) or temu will pick up the package and playing games putting the responsibility on the other. So the most valuable package is sitting and missing. Neither temu or ontrac know anything about the missing package only to say it was cleared on the 17th of Dec.i have fought with customer service about this and were no help. They give you the same emails and msgs over and over like they copy and paste the words. I still never got the package and never moved from customs or the airport. Temu is selling counterfeit and fake products from china. Be very aware of this. Company is making millions selling fake and counterfeit items. Never did get the location of the package nobody picked it up and they both put blame on the other and truly forget the customer. The items i did recieve were crap and ended up throwing 3 of the 7 items out because they were that bad. The other 4 are pretty much rags. They smell horrible and quality is awful. They should not be allowed to bring in fake counterfeit items or products to our country. Finally filed a complaint with FTC. Whether anything happens, its on record for fake and counterfeit products and poor business practice. You have to get really angry at these people to get anything figured out especially if they lost your order. Anyone who orders from temu need to hold them accountable for their faults. Stand up and dont take crap from them. Even better dont buy from them. I wont have christmas this yr because they failed to get my order to me. Just stay away and keep moving on. Dont buy and give them anymore reason to flood the great USA with fake china product. There is a reason temu is cheap. Its all Chinese counterfeit and fake. Please take my review seriously. I cannot believe this company has ripped me off I made an order on November 16th due to a YouTuber named the cheap chick who bought a bunch of stuff off this company and gave very positive reviews of the products that she bought. So I thought that I would give this new company a try. It's November 28th 2022 I just talked to customer service this morning called my local post office to find out that my package from this company is not in the system and it did not arrive by the estimated due date so they want to credit me $5 for pass the delivery date on their side. No they should be crediting their customers that more than a lousy $5 for a late delivery what about a $25 credit fee where it's a mistake on the merchants and their behalf. They want to know how to improve customer service they're only a 2 hour train ride from where I live at make an appointment with me if they want feedback and I'll tell them how they can improve their customer service. Yes I'm a nice person where I didn't go all karen on them. I do have patience cuz I understand that sometimes things get screwed up. But as a first time customer I'm very disappointed that this company is just like wish and AliExpress two companies which I no longer have accounts with. If I don't get my package at all cuz I know there's people in other reviews that ordered their stuff in October and September and never got their stuff I will close out my account personally. You want customer service you want the word to go out but yet this app screws some people like me over on my package and what I order. How hard is it to get off your $#*! and get s*** straight when it comes to this company. I know they just started out and their company is in USA but they need a better communication with the merchants that they use and with the local United States postal Service here in the USA or overseas. They want our ideas on how to do that message me on your app set up a time and appointment with the team and I will give them some great ideas on how to improve customer service.
