I started out buying the cheapest stuff like car accessories, kitchen utensils, and gadgets. After seeing how surprisingly good quality the items were I moved on to baby clothes and even shoes. So far a few things have been cheaply made (you get what you pay for sometimes) but for the most part I'm super impressed with the quality of Temu's products! It also arrives in a week or so.

Read reviews on individual products. The sizes run different sometimes.

I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I was in the middle of doing a freebie game and i got off for about a day or two but out of nowhere i get a notification about temu purchasing everything in my cart which is 3 items. All i'm gonna say is do NOT trust this app and always delete your card info every time you use it. They will purchase things to your card without your consent!

Ordered 4 items mid-April. Says package was delivered 4/28. I have literally been going back and forth to mailbox and checking door stoop waiting for items. It never came! Before contacting CS I spoke with USPS AND the long-term mail person. No one knows anything. Attempted to contact Customer Support of Temu, have yet to receive a response from company. Feeling ripped off.

Don't get fooled by the advertisements of buy $100.00 get $20.00 coupon, " to be issued upon items shipped", you will NEVER get it.
Untrained 24/7 customer service representative that can not solve any issues.
TEMU lures you into their site with low prices, shipments arrive in plastic bags, poorly packaged, half damaged, and for returns they calculate in a way that they will still get some money out of it.
Cheaters, thieves, distrustful, you will experience this soon if you keep buying from them

Beware of promised coupons upon shipment, you will NEVER get them, keep screenshots of your final purchase cart BEFORE you click purchase, they will come up with all sorts of excuses , so you can not redeem your coupons, they have very cheap plastic bags used for packaging, poor handling will damage fragile goods, they have shady return and refund policies, total SCAM

Don't believe the picture
These products are so different from the website picture. A total 3 out of 7 items are broken/defected upon arrival. Customer service kept on saying sorry, but when I asked about return process they hang up...call agin, same result.

I bought 6 items from from this firm and 5 are lovely, unfortunately the last dress is awful, nothing like shown and bad sizing on top of it. Cost £9.35

If possible, I want to give the rating point as 0.2. Do NOT by anything through this platform.
All items I got are very cheap quality. And the whole refund progress are horrible experiences, the worst return experience ever.
They shipped my same (one whole) order in 3 shipments, but when return it only gives the items in first shipment free shipment coupon. The rest items in other 2 shipments charged 7.99 for each. You have to keep complaining with their customer service every day and explain your situation over and over again. All these took me between 1/6 to 2/10, almost everyday. And have to bare them rude attitude.
I will never and ever purchase anything from them.

As an avid temu fan, i think we can all agree that temu has super slow delivery times (no shade just facts) It takes a minimum of 2 weeks to get your order but what i like to think about when i get impatient is that im getting sm more in return:3 free shipping, super low prices, awesome customer service and the neat credit voucher you always get when your orders late.

Totally legit, but not perfect. First off my first order was super fast. About a week then my orders seem to take a little longer. So far 3 weeks is the longest. Although late issued a $5 credit immediately. Some products superb while others subpar. Very fast on refund. Prices have gone up since first purchase. Has a little bit of everything.

Garbage website with non-existent support. Do not shop here.

Keeps asking to verify payment details when the EXACT SAME CARD was used for an order prior.

They keep denying my verification when it follows the exact same format that they request.

Phone support doesn't exist, keeps ringing. Chat support is over two hours wait. If you go away for a little bit, you get prompted to confirm you're still there, and has to be done within 300 seconds. If you don't then you're back at the begging of the queue for chat. It's designed that way on purpose so you don't receive support.

Just spent forever trying to find all the right items for my Christmas shopping on their site only to have all of my recent orders spontaneously canceled for no reason. Been going back-and-forth with "customer service" (if you can call it that) for days and they literally keep repeating "the item has been refunded" when the question I'm asking is *why* my orders were canceled in the first place. Very weird and frustrating experience.

Beware! Its a trap. Nothing is free. Never ever participate in their referral program. I seems easy but they just traps you in collecting points like 50 then 25, then slowly like 10, 9, 8 and then 4.5,4.4,4.3,4.2,4.1 etc. You will end up losing time frame of 12 or 24 hours they gives. They post you earned those gift but actually in the end nothing is in your hand. Innocent people don't waste time on this app. It would be million time better if you just sleep or do other things. I ordered a food chopper/processor from them, received one that didn't work, returned it, & they denied my refund with no explanation. Tried the free chat & even they couldn't tell me why or offer a resolution. Do not order from here.

Temu is a one-stop online Dollar Store so I don't expect high-end stuff. I ordered stickers for a kids' project and was extremely disappointed. I ended up with frustrated kids and angry adults. The designs were beautiful but the stickers could NOT be removed from the backing --even by adults with a razor blade. (11-12-year-olds are normally experts at this.) I'd had a few problems with a previous batch so should have known better. You could NOT feel the demarcation line of the backing with your fingernail.Teachers--avoid! I am so glad I waited to hit send on my next order. I won't be ordering again.

It's not every-time l need $5.00 compensation dear Temu. Every order l have placed so far comes late then they compensate with $5.00 that l cant use cause they need their orders to be more than $20. Besides that the products are usually good just go over reviews first before buying.
