Terrible first experience. I requested an item cancellation. Seller denied it, and shipped it. The item cancellation was requested several hours before it was shipped. Customer service claimed they couldn't help. So, beware, if you try to cancel for any reason, sellers can refuse it.

Temu is a SCAM. They get you to buy things and then half of what they send is broken or moulded or not AT ALL what they said they were sending you. They know this is happening and they don't care. They have been notified of the laws they are breaking, and their response is that their policies override laws. They don't, but this is Temu's whole approach. Lie, steal, defraud, scam. They are criminals.

A message will show up on an item local warehouse items over $30 free shipping. On others it will say free shipping over $30 from this provider. When you order the items your charge does not show the shipping that is involved. Then later when the item ships the shipping fees are added. This is a sneaky and underhanded selling tactic to me. An item costing $2 ends up costing $5. Watch out for this event.

Temu had some decent deals, but the overall experience was frustrating. My order arrived over two weeks late, and when it did, the packaging was damaged, and one of the items was missing. Trying to get in touch with customer service was a nightmare—they kept bouncing me from one representative to another without resolving anything. The quality of the products was way below what I expected, with several items looking nothing like their pictures. I returned a number of items to Temu (all on one order) and they were in excellent condition. I only got refunded for one item. Now I am going back and forth with Temu. They say my order could be under another account and just giving me the run around. Two items on the same order as the other items came from a different warehouse. The others came from overseas. Their packaging is just plastic bag, when they get riped and items go missing it is not their problem, it is costumer who absorbs the loss.when you return more than 1 item they claim items are not found in return package, so again you get no refund. They are stealing from buyers and there is nothing anyone is doing to penalise them. Beter give money to charraty,at least that way you will be out off pocket but you will save yourself stress and frustration from dealing with Temu and you will feel good helpig someone who needs it.

I ordered an expandable garden hose from Temu. I installed it and it seemed to work perfectly. Unfortunately I bought it back in Feb 2024 and it just broke about 2 weeks ago. It is spraying water out from the connection. I contacted Temu and told them it was defective. Unfortunately their policy on this item was only returnable within 90 days of purchase. My warning to all of you is be careful what you order from Temu. If it only has a 90 day return policy then you might consider paying a bit extra to buy it from a retailer that warranties items for more than 90 days. By the way I just bought another one of these hoses before the older one broke. So, I guess I need to return it or expect it to break in less than 6 months.

This company or whatever it is called is an absolute piece of Garbage. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which should have been received on July 8th but did not arrive until today July 16th. The shoes were nothing compared to what was shown on the picture. It was a total piece of trash. Please do not buy anything from this so-called company. It's a fluke. Instead of asking for a rating from 1-5 star, there should have been an option to say "F" you as well. It was very disappointing overall.

The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them...
So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!

I used to love temu, i deleted the app recently. Somehow in my pocket i placed a large order that i have no idea how it made it into my cart, and also checked itself out. Within 5 mins i tried to cancel the order, but the site said the items had already shipped.

I purchased a pair of shoes at $12.65 and received a wrong size (too large to wear) in Jun. 2024. I requested a "free return" and I received a $4.66 refund in July, 12th. I contacted the help center, and the real person agent told me that the $7.99 deductible is for the shipping fees. I argued that shipping fees should be showed before the return starts, not after. As a result, the help center didn't issue the refund of shipping fees.
I recommend you not to purchase from this APP if your time is more valuable than the cheap price. TEMU is designed for those housewives, retired people who have no work, no income. I am a working class. After purchasing and returning a hundred of items on this website, I decided to quit.
This APP is not reliable. They do not have credibility to trust with. Sneakily charging customers the shipping fees is not the American way in doing E-Commerce. Temu should be banned. I would continue to file complaints with BBB and other government regulatory agencies.

Iv'e purchase for the first time on temu and paid it by card and they let me wait until more than the said valid date of delivery when i follow up they said still on follow up?! I waited that long and they offer me 5dollar, i dont need 5 dollar i want what i paid for, but what dissapointed me more is that they will refund it within 14 days which apparently when we purchase the item we pay it on time. This was the worst customer service ever. I was never told it would cost me 7.99 to return an item. If I had of known that then I would of kept the item. I didn't want to use my credit on shipping it back to your company. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not recommend your company to anyone. Living in Montreal, I bought an outside bicycle storage tent in February. It was not until Spring when I was able to open to attempt to use product. Which puts me out of the 90 day return window.
I unfortunately discovered it is defective, as it is missing three places for the poles to fit that are meant to support it. Particularly what I paid even if were not defective would have been disappointing. When I went to leave a review for the purchase, the Temu.com site would not permit me to upload a photo.

Temu has a bad habit of repeatedly scamming or lying to customers regarding prizes and promotions. I personally have had over a dozen bad and unacceptable experiences, specifically regarding promised prizes or rewards. Contacting customer service requires repeated complaints only to be told either you aren't eligible for the promised reward due to some obscure technicality or told to wait for resolution only for nothing to be done. Personally I think it's a scam to get customers to give up so the rewards never have to be issued. And if by some chance you do finally get the minimal reward it takes numerous times contacting customer service and lodging multiple complaints. By the time anything is done, If anything is done at all you have to waste so much of your time it wasn't even worth it. I have personally spent in excess of 30 hours dealing with customer service over failed promises of rewards and credits being issued that I will likely be taking my business elsewhere permanently. My advice is pay the 5-10% more in cost and use other companies and sellers such as Amazon. Or if you really want medium to low grade products at low prices below the average sellers prices use a site like Alibaba, orders take a bit longer but you save just as much money without the scams and non-existent rewards that you never actually get anyways. Spare yourself the headache and frustration and just shop elsewhere.

I was using Temu but after several orders I noticed that unfortunately Temu is not serious and unprofessional. Most of the products are low quality and description in most of the products are not correct playing with customers.
