I purchased a one month subscription to Tenorshare Reiboot to correct an issue on my iPad. Could not connect to my iPad. I've been working with their support group for 4 days and can't resolve the issue. I've given up and have asked for a refund.
The software I bought was helpful. The checkout process became confused when choosing between products it added several versions of the same product though 2 products could not be chosen at the same time. It was not evident the total had changed. Several miscommunications before receiving a proper response.

Ok Violet... You Win... I've found a free Backup/Restore technique on my Galaxy S9 Smart phone that is 110% easier to use than your's. Guess I'll have to eat the $52 that I paid for it since you do NOT offer a refund for "Dissatisfaction of Product". I'm not going to go without posting a very negative review on an appropriate website. I'm not sure where you are located but I'm guessing either China or India which is the HOME of SCAMMERS and you definitely come under that Heading. GOODBYE!

They say that if the software doesn't work as intended they will refund you the money within 30-days but that is a lie. They will not refund you a cent. The software does not work, it is misleading in the way it is advertised and you will simply waste your money. Please do not trust them.
I purchased their Mac recovery plan and it did not work as intended. Their 30-day money back guarantee is very vaguely worded so they are able to interpret it as they see fit even though it's obvious that the product did not work as intended. In my case, they don't have any plans at reimbursing me even though I clearly showed that the product did not work.
I've read other reviews saying the exact same thing. I really suggest you look into other reliable services for data recovery.
If you have a problem doing a factory reset and you cannot remember your password this is the tool for you. Turning off find me without remembering your password even if you try to reset your password, which can take up to 4 days, this tools is for you. They claim they solve a lot of problems, but after a lot of back and forth with the team, the software did nothing (my problem was the iPhone was stuck in the Apple logo). The support was claiming a hard problem, but no problem at all after I have recovered using ITunes (I lost my data).
They won't refund the money. Therefore the money back guarantee is FALSE, and they DO NOT solve the issue they claim they can.

Purchased the software to try and access my files on my iPhone 11. There was no software. Ultimately I had to restore my phone with iTunes.
This company has not honored its guaranteed refund policy. They prey on individuals that are trying to find a solution. They are frauds.
I have an android mobile phone with all my documents/data/information when it suddenly died with all the life of my personal treasure and collection/contacts. After reading hours of articles of how to fix my iPhone X that was frozen on the Apple Emblem and trying to repair it for 8 attempts with iTunes, I was in tears and about to go insane! I wasted money buying their service to unlock my phone after I forgot my original Google account, and it DID NOT WORK. When I complained, they offered to stop auto billing and to refund only 30% of the price. These are not honest people--and they sound like they are from India, and their so-called support is only a way of deflecting the police from their door by 'appearing' to respond to customer complaints.
I am going to lodge and official complaint with the police internet fraud squad to track down these thieves.
Very disappointed with this company. They steal my money in a sneaking way. I subscribed last year only for one year. However, without letting me know, they set my subscription to be renewed each year by automation payment. This year, I suddenly found my bank account had been charged automatically for another year subscription which I did not instruct and do at all. I contacted them, and they refused to refund. Their explanation was: my subscription was in automatic renew status, and I did not contact them to cancel in advance. So ridiculous: I did not know they secretly set my subscription in the automatic renew status, how could I have the idea to cancel in advance? In addition, when I subscribed last year, it was very clear to show that the product was only for one-year plan. This company is a cheater and stealer!

They add a subtle line under their products during purchase that says "Autorenewal" which is not highlighted. They use that to charge the customers for their product without proper email notification.

Awful customer service... No support whatsoever and it says 30 day money back guarantee but its a complete lie. Had three IPads with forgotten pins an the program said it would allow access to be able to factory reset and it did nothing of the sort... Basic AF program with little to no support, a complete hack job
