Perdi acesso ao meu notebook a qual fiz a assinatura pois deu problema na placa, entrei em contato para poderem me liberar o acesso em outro notebook e como fiz a assinatura vitalícia e ainda tinha acesso a fazer não viria problema. A princípio disseram que não poderia e insisti respondendo o e-mail e depois me responderam me chantageando que liberaria o acesso em outro notebook só depois de eu avaliar o serviço com 5 estrelas e enviando uma captura de imagem da tela. Lamentável, perdi o meu dinheiro mas não vou fazer nada ilegal.

I recently purchased 4DDiG Partition Manager from Tenorshare and unfortunately, it did not work as advertised. Despite encountering issues, I contacted Tenorshare for a refund within the 14-day window.

However, Tenorshare refused my request and accused me of being uncooperative. They demanded access to files I cannot share because I had to delete the software after finding another solution.

This entire experience has been frustrating. They offered an exchange for other software, which doesn't address my need for a refund since the purchased software malfunctioned.

Here's what went wrong:

Non-functional software: 4DDiG Partition Manager failed to perform its intended task.
Unreasonable Refund Policy: Tenorshare refused a refund despite the software not working.
Accusatory Tone: Their response was accusatory and blamed me for their software's issues.
Unhelpful Customer Service: They offered irrelevant solutions instead of addressing my refund request.
Save your money and avoid Tenorshare! There are other companies offering similar software with better customer service and clearer refund policies.

This website is misleading they do not provide the proper description of what each product is for and their customer service sucks. They refuse to refund my money but are willing to send me a free product if I give them a 5 star review. If I could give this review a 0 I would. I'm reporting yall to the bbb as well.

The software does not work, lots of back and forth with support and they will not honor their 30 day money back guarantee.
I will have to file a chargeback with my bank/paypal. Do not waste your time on this, it will not work.

I am planning to use software from Tenorshare and am looking for its identity. But At least two persons (or legal entities) are required for each transaction or business agreement. The identity of these legal entities must be clearly and verifiably known. If this minimum requirement is not met, there is no need to think further about fraud or scams. Tenorshare conceals its identity. Where in which country and under which registration number is Tenorshare registered. It is dubious to call a company like Tenorshare trustworthy when it does not even meet the minimum requirements mentioned. Everything that has been and will be written about Tenorshare may be pure fantasy as long as these stories cannot be verified.

THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME. I BUY A LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION & IT STOPS WORKING. I bought Tenorshare software on June 11,2023. On June 12,2023, I canceled it. On June 12,2023, I received a confirmation email from Tenorshare customer support stating that it was canceled. I was checking my Credit card statement this past April 2024 and noticed the Tenorshare charge of $29.95. They have been charging me every month since June of 2023. I contacted customer support on April 25th. I sent them the cancellation notice they had sent in June of 2023, and they have still as of today May 5,2024 have not refunded my money. I keep following up and they just say they are looking into it. Of course I blocked them on the credit card.
I Looked them up to file a complaint on the BBB website, they say the company address in Wilmington Delaware is a virtual office.

Keep your distance from this product and their services, it won't help you, and guaranteed money back doesn't exist!

A ex stole my phone and changed all my passwords. Google wouldn't help so I was going to loose all my memories. So I tried TENORSHARE. Had it not been for their expertise and superior customer service I would have lost my kids lives growing up with the ******* plus pictures alone. So I am in great debt to tenorshare and recommend them to everyone. Thanks Your The BEST!

I paid for the app, but the instructions provided were the same found one any YouTube channel or blob in the internet. Despite trying several times, the instructions didn't work on my Samsung phone. I had to hire a professional to unlock my phone. Despite requesting a refund over 10 emails, they won't refund me, claiming there was no problem with the app. SCAM SCAM.

I bought the product to unlock iPhone and didn't work, asked for my money back and they replay no qualified to get my money back so if you want to waste money go head.

I purchased the Lifetime subscription 2 days ago to recover the WhatsApp messages history back to the iPhone but they don't have such feature as per their customer support and refused to refund. They ask to change another software but no refund. That's misleading and scam.

I asked for my money back and was offered a lifetime license which in the end was only for 5 devices and doesn't work at all. Do not pay for any software from this company.

Tive um problema com aplicativo 4ukey Android onde não consegui quebrar a conta Google, porém o suporte técnico retornou as dúvidas e me ajudou bem rápido. Satisfeita com o atendimento da empresa.

DOWNLOADED AND PAID FOR THIS SOFTWARE, IT DIDN'T WORK,, I COULD HAVE FACTORY RESET MY PHONE FOR FREE. IT SAYS YOU CAN KEEP YOUR DATA, NOT TRUE. Despite having advertising that promotes a guarantee and refund if product doesn't work, it is impossible to actually get refund. I downloaded iPhone repair software, and data saver software, when neither worked, I asked for refund and was refused.

The best application and trustworthy company, the customer service is good and and all products is amazing, I currently use 4mekey and 4ukey right now and so far so good

I would not recommend Tenorshare software. I recently purchased the Tenorshare 4UKey and 4MeKey software to unlock an iPad that I no,longer have access to the key code or iCloud password (my brother in-law died unexpectedly.). Their 4UKey software updated the iPad to iOS 17 from iOS 16 and then the 4Mekey won't work because it doesn't support iOS 17. I received an email from Tenorshare customer service that they say that the 30 Day refund advertised on their website is ". It's hard to refund." these are their customer service teams owns words.

I'm an experienced software engineer and this is not a user error or the customer not understanding their refund policy. It's just poor customer service. I've worked with many other software providers and this is the worst I've ever experienced.

Just leave it to itunes to fix your issue...if that doesn't work, go to an apple representative at an apple store...don't fall for these third party software that act exactly the same way...it's a scam
