Horrendous customer service.
I purchased the whatsapp transfer tool as I required it for my mother's phone new phone - she was going from iPhone to Android. The software kept crashing and getting stuck, it did not work after 3 days of trying. I tried different cables, another macbook etc but to no avail. I sent customer service the logs requested and they offered me a 30% refund. I then rejected and said I would like a full refund as their software has not done the job, they then offered me a 60% refund. I then rejected once again and they offered me a 80% refund. I find this behaviour and refusal of a full refund unprofessional and unacceptable and have reached the end of my tether.

It shows you can get refund but they won't refund you for a feature they list but doesn't exist. I literally asked for refund 15 minutes after purchase and they said they can do 30% but never refunded that either. If you buy it for a function they listed, don't expect to find it and definitely don't expect any refunds.

I bought the app to fix my iPhone which had cycled on reboot screen however the software could not fix the operating system as advertised so I asked for my refund however they never wanted to give me my money back they just asked and asked for more evidences that the software had not worked, it is not fair that they are advertised in that way and then do not want to return the money!

So, I bought iCareFone Transfer for a single month (I don't need it forever). The application is very user-friendly and almost foolproof. I love the user interface as well, looks very good... I hate poor UIs. I followed the simple instructions and steps, and got the results just as expected! I transferred my WhatsApp from my android phone to my iPhone very conveniently. For 2 weeks now I am discussing with Tenorshare representative to get a refund. As their software did not do the job.
Max they agreed was to 50% refund.
Is nothing specified in their Refund Policy about partial refund.

Theft! Software doesn't work and they don't publish any review. They don't refund! I spoke to them, they replied that if in 30 days they won't solve, they will refund. Didn't happen! Useless software!

I tried two of their tools, they both work perfectly, I tried the iCare phone Transfer, and the Windows file Recovery. Also their support team are very reactive and friendly. If you face any issue ir if you have any question just write to them and they will answer you in the same day and give you all the necessary instructions. I used to product and it only worked twice but it charged me for the 3 devices that it did not work on when I reached out to customer service they sent me a new activation code for the devices it did not work on

Tenorshare is my favorite program to use and the customer service is fantastic. They are quick and efficient and for a reasonable price too. I wouldn't bother with other programs as tenorshare does it all!
