Bought this software to remove a forgotten password. I was in the process of removing the passcode until I get a popup. I stopped the process. I don't want the data erased. I asked for a refund cause I simply cannot use this product. Of course they refused because unfortunately they are crooked. So beware of this company. NEVER buy anything from Tenorshare.

Purchased UltData for Mac. Program did not work as desired. Tech/Customer support contacted on day after software purchase. Tech/Customer support supplied another program, ReiBoot, which did not work either. Tech/Customer stated I would need to take my device to a repair shop to check if there is a hardware problem & then provide the test report. Ummm, no, I am not going to go to additional expense & effort for this company to honor their supposed refund policy. 14+ email exchanges & 25 days later, they continued to fight against providing a refund... and did their best to push this exchange outside the 30 day window, thus relieving them of the possibility of a refund. Ultimately was able to recoup a 75% refund.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! You've been warned...

TLDR: Don't buy their software, it is waste of time and money, & the refund policy is fake! -- they will start saying it is hardware failure/issue and will not refund.

Basically its not working and when tickets are raised they direct us to new software purchase which doesnt work

Going around lost almost 100 $ USD Plus so users dont tempt see free use actually it not free more over it wont work even if you buy

They said that I could put my phone in and out of recovery mode for free well it put it in recovery mode for free but then it made me pay to get it out but wait there's more I paid and tried to get it out it keeps telling me that it needs to be system fixed it didn't work so I pushed everything they wanted me to do now they tell me my registration code doesn't work it's horrible you can't talk to anybody nobody cares there and nobody called you back it doesn't work they don't refund your money and that's the bottom line

I needed to remove icloud lock, use 4MeKey from TenorShare
It is very easy to use, it comes with very clear instructions.
I had a question to the customer service and they answered me very quickly and kindly.

I will try to repair my cell phone with the free version where data is not lost and I will hope for the best and think it will work otherwise I will get the paid version get it and try my luck I'll post a comment again when I've made it

My wife and I used to use Android phone. On her birthday, I bought her a iPhone. Everything is good except transferring whatsapp data. My wife's phone is HTC old model. I had a problem booting up my iphone. It seemed to be stuck and it would not load. I tried TenorShare Reiboot and it was the only program that seemed to be able to communicate with my phone! It was very helpful and I definitely recommended this product. Customer service response was prompt which was also very appreciated!

I had tried everything to restore the WiFi connectivity issue I was having my my iPhone 6s. Soft, hard reboots did nothing neither did restoring it to a previous backup. Enter Reiboot - did a standard 'clean' and it brought it straight back to life. Fantastic bit of kit!

It is very accurate and fast. It is highly recommended. I also read it at the beginning. I bought it after being introduced by a youtuber. It's really good.

I bought the software to remove a timeout due to a malfunctioning screen. Their site stated that there would be no dataloss, I bought the software and paid my 35.00 it erased everything off of the phone. Including very important pictures that were taken recently that had not backed up yet and cannot be replaced. I contact support and im told "we are sorry we can give you a free lifetimg access to anything we sell. I have paid a company to try to recover software and im being told that not only did Tenorshare erase the softeare, they did a deep erase and cannot be recovered. This company is a fraud

For the past two months I have been trying to hack into an Apple Mini iPad 3 device which I forgot its details, password and Apple account. After I failed I was in touch with customer service and they were in touch with their developers. The response via email was quick considering the time gaps and I was given a number of ways to solve issues that prevented me from succeeding in hacking. I finally succeeded. It is of course important to clarify that this is not a stolen device but my device that I forgot the login details for. I would like to praise the customer service and the developers of the company who did their best to help solve the problems I encountered. The software of this company and their service is excellent. Highly recommend the TenoShare company and their software 4MeKey.

I have been using this product 4 a couple of years now and it's amazing. Both the iPhone and Android products are fantastic. I have saved a ton of clients from bricking their iPhones with the 4uKey product set. I give this product and company 5 stars pick up a license you won't regret it.

DO NOT USE! The software did not fix anything and was a huge waste of my time and money. When I asked for my money back as per the "30-Day Money Back Guarantee", they told me they would offer me another free service instead. I don't want any more of your useless software, I want my money back.

All it ever did was recognized your tablet that it was connected to there 4ukey and after the 4ukey software did it's thing, at the end of the process, the software didn't remove nothing. It's full of $#*!. Don't buy. It's a waste of your hard earn money!

I recently had the opportunity to try the Tenorshare Whatsapp transfer software, it transfered my data successfully to my new phone. I tried to transfer my whatsapp data many times, but this software solved it. And I should mention that the costumer service employees were so cooperative and helpful.
I recommend this Tenorshare software.

STAY AWAY FROM them… this software does not work and does not do anything of what they advertise. Refund will never happen. They take long time to answer emails and always giving the way around not to do the refund and at the end they ignore you. The worse purchase ever… do not trust them.

Love the service and thank you so much for the service too... but i really need to fix the iphone... because i have lots of familie pictures inside and i really dont want to lose it... so if you can help me, i would appreciate it thank you
