This is my first review because I never write reviews.
They provided a few different ways to cancel your subscriptions on their website, with a method including the Paypal method. However, cancelling on Paypal doesn't work and they will still charge you for your subscription! (which is $45!)
Apparently, they know there are some issues in cancelling subscriptions so they specifically have a section on their website that states:
"Due to system restrictions, the charged subscription fee is non-refundable. Before checkout in the shopping cart, you will see the subscription plan is "Renewal: Automatic". And before the order is renewed, the payment platform will send a notification email beforehand, so you still have a chance to cancel your subscription.
We are not sure whether you ignored this kind of email or it has been tagged as SPAM. For these real reasons, it is not refundable once the order is renewed."
Funny huh? "system restrictions" when your product is something about system and softwares lmao.
Oh and, if the software doesn't help resolve your issues, they still won't provide refund.
Overall, a SCAM.

My experience with this software was 100% completely positive I used it for the MDM removal component and it was both extremely fast and completely successful in operation I can 1000% recommend it to absolutely anyone, thank you also for the support from the TenorShare support crew they are also great. I am in Ivory Coast and I have a huge problem with my files. I have seen the tutorials for TENORSHARE 4DDIG, people have told me about it and it seems to be an excellent product. I tried several times to buy the 45.99 euro version but couldn't do it with my DJAMO prepaid card, which nevertheless contains money. I'm very stuck and I don't know what to do. Please. I even placed the order with the number *******. I also tried PayPal but not possible.

A wonderful website! Helped me solve the problem with transferring messages in WhatsApp. I recommended it to my friends and acquaintances, I want to advise you too

Scam company. The software does not work and when you ask for a refund that is promised to you when signing up they will not give it. Make sure you CANCEL your subscription as they will keep taking monthly payments from you. They are extremely difficult to communicate with. All round a horrible experience. AVOID THIS SOFTWARE AND COMPANY. They deserve zero stars.

The software I purchased simply did not work, and, what I bought was advertised as a way to gain access to your phone without doing a factory reset. Basically, the instructions were exactly what come free on your phone. I told tenershare my concerned. First offer was a refund of 30%. I managed to get them to refund 50% of my purchase price, and that ain't 100% now is it. DONT BE FOOLED, THERE PRODUCTS ARE CRAP!

One of the best data recovery software for mobile excellent services and support...I have tried many softwares but this tenorshare software has recovered my all phone data and it's easy to use

I used their product on an old Samsung phone. It recovered more than I was expecting.
Their customer support is unbelievable reliable and fast. 100% recommended

This software DOES NOT do what it says. When removing frp lock it adds a pattern lock then restart the phone... THEN IT ASKS FOR THE SAME $#*!ING INFO THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVED. If i could give it zero stars i would and i want my $#*!ing money back you can keep your USELESS $#*! SOFTWARE!

I have been struggling with my iphone and was about to sell it for less and then i found Tenorshare with the best suit for my problem now its working proparly and big thanks to the support team special thanks to Rosetin, i recomend tenorshare to everyone.

I downloaded ReIboot to get a phone out of lock up from ios13 upgrade
Tenor share cane highly recommended for this

I followed all instructions and nothing worked.

I did not realize there were auto payments (they don't make this very clear) renewed and another payment came out a month later so I cancelled the same day

Tenorsbares "company protocol" is against a refund! Even after a polite request that I had no idea it was auto PayPal. What company does this I do not know until now

Product didn't work and I paid for two months!

I signed up for this service for 1 time use but ended up being charged monthly. The vendor will not refund you for these payments once made. So just be carful!

Tenorshare is a expensive & data was still not recovered when the product was used. Tried to speak to customer service but did not satisfy our issue. Just offered more products.

I wanted to express my positive feedback about your company. Your customer service is exceptional, and your products are of top-notch quality. The delivery speed is also impressive. Very satisfied!

I suggest if you are locked out of your mobile device it's a must have tool
You don't have to go to store and pay hefty amount you can just do it yourself by downloading the app

Terrible experience! First- this soft instate of deblocking Blocked phone. I got support ticket, send message, waited answer, they asked more info, I send more info. They told me to buy ne soft REIBOOT to fix what happened after using 4uKey. I asked refund and tried to cancel subscription. No answer. And I am sure they will charge for renewal of the license. FRAUD SCAM.

Got this tool online. And just when I was scared of loosing my data, as I had been told was going to happen. The software process fixed my iPhone 13 with all my data saved. Nice job! Thank you
