It only seems to do what I need it to do and it's a great time to use the software in the people are great too I will always use their products over any other products and just take it back to me as soon as they can and it's been like done fixing my phone
I purchased a one month subscription to Tenorshare Reiboot to correct an issue on my iPad. Could not connect to my iPad. I've been working with their support group for 4 days and can't resolve the issue. I've given up and have asked for a refund.
Don't waste your money on this. Look for something else. This will NOT work for you! Waste of time & money

Reiboot will blame on a hardware problem when their product fail. Then refusing a refund. Forget about it if itune doesnt fix your phone!

Unfortunately, I did not keep any screen shots.
Nevertheless, I was totally surprised by the functionality of the software and the efficiency. It was able to transfer all conversations, files, videos, and voice. Not only it transferred the contents completely, it also fixed the errors that were on Business WhatsApp on the previous phone. Samsung was not pulling all the files and videos since I upgraded from the old Samsung to Note 20 Plus. Apparently, Samsung places WhatsApp contents in separate folders when you upgrade from Samsung to Samsung. However, when I used your software it transferred all files into the conversations and it is working super fine. This by itself was a big plus.
In the instructions, you need to emphasize one particular thing that was not very clear: Before the final step which is to transfer the files into the new phone, the user MUST be logged in to WhatsApp on the new phone. It is in the instructions but you need to emphasize this step. The transfer was super fast, the process all in all was about 20 minutes for datas of 7.8 Gb. Absolutely smooth without any errors, just follow the instructions.
One additional thing on the PC version that was super good, when I repeated the process (repeated because I was not logged in to WhatsApp on the new phone), the system does not ask you to restart from scratch, it uses the backup that is already there and you do not need to re-activate WhatsApp on old phone or new phone. If it was the case WhatsApp blocks your transfer, but with the PC version it was extra cool.
Congratulations, for this I want a lifetime license because I tried more than 3 other softwares and none worked. Some other softwares do allow you to access files on either iPhone or Samsung. But transferring WhatsApp was only 100% successful with Tenorshare merely with a few clicks.
