I purchases an adapter power supply for my Fluke 701 charger base and it was very easy to use the website, and less than a week later it arrived. If only other things in life were this simple! Product works as described. Zero issues here!

We purchased a POE line tester. The item arrived in new condition and worked as advertised by Fluke. The item took a few days more to arrive but since we were not in a hurry it was fine. Their pricing is less than any other site I could find so it was worth our time.

Great board and service. Should be set to continue my education and skills in circuit design for a long while. One minor question, Where are the knobs for the slide pot posts? I just have two metal sticks coming up out of the board!? A slight design flaw or something else?

These are good refrigeration manifold hoses! I use them on my 410-A gauges and they work extremely well. I am very satisfied.

I ordered this unit on Friday, October 16th in late afternoon. It arrived, very well packaged, on Wednesday, October 21st. The manufacturer's package was in perfect condition. With one of the lowest prices I found, securely packaged and very fast shipping; what more could you ask for. This was my ninth order with them and each one went smoothly. My only complaint is that when an item is out-of-stock, on back order, their web site does not always say so.

Used two day air and it took six days to arrive due to a mistake made by sender. They used my billing address as shipping address when I had clearly stated that it be shipped somewhere else. The package was out for delivery when the change was made which delayed the 2 day shipping to 6.

Really needed a part for my equipment and was having a hard time finding it. Test Equipment Depot has just what a wanted at a great price. Order process was easy and the part came right in. No problem at all. I will be back.

This is an update to a previous review. I'm the facility manager at a church with about 75,000 sq. Ft. Of space spread across 6 buildings. The first buildings were built back in the early 60's and the last one in 2003. Needless to say there have been countless modifications to the irrigation systems over time, Of the 48 or so valves around our campus we have managed to loss track of 10! We don't have as-built's and are getting ready to do some upgrades so it was important to find the "missing" valves. Following the instructions I was able to re-find all 10 valves in about 6 hours. None were deeper then a foot to 18", but the Pro300 allowed me to trace wires and locate all the valves. It saved me a great deal of time and I think it was worth every penny I paid for it,

You receive exactly what was advertised, unlike certain vendors(on one particular Internet auction site) who lie just to get your money. It is always a pleasure doing business with Test Equipment Depot. When that auction site cheated me out of my money I turned to Test Equipment Depot for the product I needed. It was shipped fast and I received a genuine Fluke product.

Wanted to purchase a $2 tip and the cheapest shipping is ups for $10 which is outrageous. Then I see on the checkout page that it asks if I am able to accept usps shipments, which I am. But nowhere is it an option.

I decided to contact them and ask about it. Only to find out that the contact page is littered with over a dozen fields that must be entered. What a mess over a $2 item.

I placed an online order and on the backend something happened with our payment. They did not hesitate and called me before I had to call and wonder where my order was. This is the type of customer service that is rare.

Did a google search for a camera guide I had lost from my Rigid SeaSnake camera. Took me less than 5 minutes on Test Equipment Depot's site to find my part and place order. Arrived in less than 5 days. Excellent!

Made two orders recently. First required signature, and company had disallowed the option of the customer changing FedEx shipping instructions (I've never encountered this before), so I had to contact them and request that the package be rerouted to a FedEx site. Person I spoke to said she would do so and email me confirmation. Change had not happened by near the end of the day before the package was due to arrive, so I called again and another person answered and he ensured me that the change would occur. In contrast to the first person, this representative seemed to genuinely care that my needs were met.

When I got a notification from FedEx that the second item was in transit, I called the company again to confirm that the package would not require a signature. The person who answered confirmed that it didn't, but she was quite brusque, leaving the impression that she considered my question to be an annoyance.

I have purchased several instruments and accessories from Test Equipment Depot and have found the combination of pricing and service to be excellent. As the need for any future purchases arises they will be the first place I go to look.

I received my Weller Iron tip with heating element, and it is a great product. I also had a great customer service experience. The customer service was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I highly recommend Test Equipment Depot.

I don't have time to be running around picking up parts/materials to keep my operation progressing in a positive manner. I found customer service to be responsive and the delivery dates accurate. Keep up the good work!

I had not even known that this tool existed. Once I did, I did a quick search and found out that they were available here and ordered them. The process was easy and they were delivered in a timely manner.

We paid for overnight shipping and product didn't arrive until 2 business days later. It was pointless to pay the additional money for overnight when it wasn't fulfilled as promised. This caused our job to be delayed and additional day and pushed a other milestones back. It caused a problem.

Great service and very responsive.
Not 5 stars because items identified as being in stock on the website were found as not in stock after order was placed. However, the customer service was very quick to notify and accommodate.
