Good OEM product, prompt vendor response. Mail carrier is slow (standard shipping) I did not ask but wonder if alternate delivery options are offered.

I received a meter in a plastic clamshell package that included a battery. The battery was dead and I had to immediately to buy a battery to use the meter.

Arrived as scheduled, one week.
Just unpacked it and it looks like a solid unit.
The batteries were already installed?

Ordered a battery a month ago that was supposed to be in stock. It has not arrived yet and no one answered when checking on order!
