“Denies withdrawals, automatic reply to ticket”

I have been with this company for 3 years. It was working fine until - they changed system WITHOUT consent WITHOUT warning.

They then denied withdrawals. I haven't been able to withdraw since last September 2022

Tickets are closed automatically with no indication of resolution.

AVOID if you don't want to loose money.
