“Project Engineer's Lack of Understanding Leads to Setbacks”

I was quite disappointed with their services, especially the Project Engineer. It was immediately clear that their plan of action misaligned with our objectives or specifications. He lacked the knowledge required to understand every detail of our project and seemed uninterested in doing so. Numerous setbacks and resources were wasted as a result of his irrational decision-making and carelessness.
