When I signed up for Thai Cupid, you would expect that they would only send you Thai women profiles. I keep getting women from other countries. When I sent them several complaints this is what they sent back to me:
"We understand you may not wish to receive messages from members not matching
Your preferences. Our site Message System includes an option to Filter your Received
Box."
This was my reply back to them.
I should not have to filter out anything that is what I am paying YOU to do. Thai Cupid is creating misleading / false statements by advertising that you will only meet Thai women. Why should I stay with Thai Cupid?
ThaiCupid is utterly useless. Consists primarily bots and scammers. Three hits out of thousands of fakes. One of those turned funny, so I blocked her, the other played shy, before finally deciding it was time her mother needed an operation. Sure honey.
That left me with exactly ONE contact. Thus far she's talking and behaving like a charming, kind person would. Zero fuzz regarding bills or hospital fees. Pity, she's not exactly my type, but we get along well, she's funny, and a real human being. Fair enough.
If you are serious about finding a decent; and honest; Thai wife, don't even think about wasting time and money on this site or anything else foo-bar-cupid. Instead, learn some basic Thai, get your butt over there, and stay a month -- preferably as far away from Bangkok, Phuket, etc, as possible.
Summary: This is a hoax! Fraud, if you prefer.

This is a very dishonest site. I won't bore you with the finite detail but want to say that customer service is non existent.
Please do not trust this site with your personal details. Would you give your bank account details to a site which has no security and which refuses to remove them from itself?
I hope that you read the many reviews and take good care - signing up can be costly and frustrating at least in my experience.

A scam. I receive many interests every day. Most are fake or the profile does not exist, many are from Africa or running a porn website. Maybe 10% have been real. This site is a waste of time and money.
This website is just a waste of time. Period. I signed up and created a profile, which turned out to be just as convoluted as signing up to eHarmony. I then spent 90 mins setting up my profile, after which I logged out to wait for my profile/photos to be approved. Two hours later, I went to log back on, and was notified that my account was terminated and could not be reactivated. All that time for nothing.
After several emails, and being patient, I have still heard nothing. It's obvious they don't care about their members, but based on all of the negative reviews I've read on this page, I'm actually glad I was not able to continue using their site. It's a shame.
The site let's you join for "free" and as soon as you login for the first time you get many emails from opposite sex and you wonder when did these girls get to see my profile? And once you want to read their messages, they are blurred out so you are forced to buy their expensive membership. There much better Asian dating sites for free. What a joke!
What a bunch of donkeys. Offered no help at all. Upload a professional looking head shot and it gets denied. Every picture keeps getting denied. I guess they assume it's fake. I tried to call them... no answer. I sent an email to explain to them that I do photography. That's why the pictures look professional. They responded by deleting the account. How do they make any money with this site? Ad revenue only? I was just about to pay for a year membership. I can't even upload a decent picture of myself. Idiots.

This company allows you to sign up for a short period of one month but then takes a much longer auto renewal if you forget to cancel. I signed up for one month and then they auto-renewed me for 3 months and took £49.99 from by bank account without my permission and refused to refund even 2 months of it. This kind of practise is widespread but never seen it where they take a longer period - shocking!
FAKE ACCOUNTS AND KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU SAY. CONVERSATIONS YOU HAD BEFORE WITH OTHERS COME BACK IN OTHER CHATS. THIS WEBSITE FOLLOWS YOUR SEARCH BEHAVIOUR AND RESPONDS TO IT, PROBABLY UNTIL YOU ARE A RICH MF TURNED POOR UNTIL YOUR HONEY DISAPPEARED. BE VERY CAREFUL!
Some girls get paid to entertain you (not what you came for). These paid accounts do not allow you to respond for free, for which you will be prompted by a "buy now" (non paid accounts do allow this). They will keep you warm with LINE ID's, video-calls and anything to have you stay. Beware. Some examples of fake profiles below.

My account was hacked within 30 hours of being established. The parties accessed both financial information and my account verification information (in my case, a driver's license). I notified ThaiCupid immediately. And... no response. I followed up. And no response. I would not recommend this site to anyone until they secure their site.
