the-cloak.com is a web site that offers free anonymous browsing via HTTP and HTTPS proxy. You can use it to protect your privacy and freedom of expression. It works quite well even if there are some quotes enforced. You won`t have problem with these if you don`t visit adult sites with the service. Bear in mind that nothing is truly anonymous on the Internet and while the site may give you an extra level of security one is always responsible for his actions as states in their terms of service.
Clocak is a rip off merchant. Do not purchase anything from them I guarantee you will be disappointed. They advertise state of the art, top of the range items at unbelievable prices but look closely you will often see another item in their images which is the item you are actually purchasing. If you proceed to the drop down menu where you can select the item you will notice that if you select the other option you will see the real price. E.g.: Laptop and mouse in picture with price supposedly £19.99 when you check closely you will find you are buying a £5 mouse for this price not the laptop which when properly selected is £999. They even reel you in by stating 'only one purchase at this special offer price per customer'. Techniques like this you make you take your eye off the ball.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS IN THE WAY THEY OPERATE AND WHILST THEIR ITEMS MAY WELL EXIST THE WAY THEY TRY AND CON YOU INTO BUYING RUBBISH DISGUISED AS A BARGAIN IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

I ordered two cordless snow blower thinking 1st one may have been stolen off my porch. After ordering 2nd is when reality set in that Clocak is a scam company. Who I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau so others can be aware! To make matters worst one response says oh you ordered gloves NOT the snow blower! Seems response comes from out of the country!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use Clocak.. please be aware they are scammers. If it’s too good to true with Clocak it is!!

The saw that I ordered as a gift for Christmas never arrived and the company was os NO HELP!
I contacted them via email at least 3 times and got a standard generic reply with the tracking info over and over. It was only a $20 saw so not too much of a loss but seriously, if they were a reputable company they would have sent me out another one.
This site is a fraud. It tells you that if you use https what you do can be seen by them.
