They feel so light and amazing, I just love them. The sizing guides were great as they fit my daughter and me perfectly. We will not be going back to any other brand now, I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings now in 2 different colors and it only took me a couple weeks to deliver.

I love the House! I've had two pairs of shoes here and they are both fantastic. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. The shoe department is organized and clean. They have a great selection of shoes, including many different brands, sizes and colors. The prices are good too.

I made three separate orders for multiple items in order to get free shipping. Every single order had problems! Shipping was taking a long time, like a week, just to get out of the warehouse. I had to call multiple times and find out that items were oversold and canceled, or for some reason stuck in the warehouse and that I should've been informed. Painful company to work with, but most of the items I received were good quality(tents). I'm a bit pissed off that I ordered some really nice $350 snow pants for my wife and when they arrived, the pants were as thin as leggings. Absolutely zero insulation! Evidently I have to look for "insulated snow pants." Weird!

I tried ordering my cart of a snowboard and bindings. I got charged seven times after receiving an error in my payment method? Now I have over 5k dollars of pending charges and I am forced to wait for the pending charges to drop as NONE of the charges even made an order. So now I can't even buy a board or boots from another website since my credit card is maxed out for the next three days.

They never even include the packing slips and I was furious to find 4 items that I actually needed most missing. They are practicing bait and switch. I am contacting BBB

I've had good luck ordering gear from here. However, I will likely never again buy clothing unless I have tried on the same piece I want to purchase elsewhere. I wanted to return a shirt simply because the size was off. Paying $9 to return a shirt that is now on sale for under $30 just doesn't make sense. If The House would offer free return shipping for store credit I'd be satisfied. But if I return the shirt I'm stuck eating nearly 1/3 of the cost of the product.

Very good experience - ordered a skateboard for 50% off, chose free shipping instead of $10 for guaranteed 3-6 days. Arrived in 5 days with tracking from Fed Ex. Board as expected, minor shop marks but zero problem with that given the size of the discount. Overall very satisfied.

These boots had some potential but the plastic used to construct the boot is weak sauce and the boot broke first time i fell. I had a bunch of broken plastic wrapped around my leg and was not pleasant. They have been dragging there feet on my refund for 3 months now so I'm giving them one star, Ive been skiing for 30 years since i was 3. I have never had a worse boot. Or promised so much by a website... I will look for my pictures of broken boot. Since it basically ripped in half.

I needed a ski jacket for an upcoming trip and The House had an excellent deal on a high quality one. The website is easy to navigate and to check out. I immediately received an acknowledgement of my order and then within an hour a final confirmation. The jacket didn't ship immediately but customer support was excellent when I asked about it and quickly said via chat that it was located at a different warehouse so it was taking a couple days longer. I then got a tracking # and it arrived in just over a week. Have already bought from them again!
