Stay Away! This company will not issue total refunds, they give you partial refund then won't answer phone or return calls. I did receive the most hurtful, nasty, slanderous letter i have ever seen, shame on a company that operates in this manner. Please consider other companys before making a purchase here.
I bought replacement parts for a large clock (movement & hands). They arrived promptly. When I tried to assemble the clock, the arm on the movement was too short. This was not their fault. I then contacted them and explained my issue. They were condescending, angry that it was not 'their' clock, and did not understand that I wanted to buy the correct movement (no exchange or refund was asked). After 3 emails their response was 'NO'.
