We waited over an hour for a table. I don't think they would have let us know if one of our party had not gone to the hostess stand. My daughter is celiac (gluten allergy). She told the waiter specifically that she will get sick if she is served gluten food. She ordered the gluten free past. We waited over an hour for the food. When it did come, she took 3 bites and said it tasted funny. She stopped eating and within 15 minutes, she was sick in the bathroom. Told the waiter - he seemed unconcerned. Asked him to take this off our bill - he seemed unconcerned. We waited another hour for cheesecake for the rest of the folks in the party. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this LOCATION - GREENSBORO, NC. Horrible experience. No one seem to care.

So i doordashed food while im sick and i ordered the steak daine and shrimp scampi they charged 50 for half a plate with three shrimp 1/3 a steak daine and a low amount of mashed potatoes plus the steak was so over seasoned with pepper i couldn't taste anything but pepper i could cooks something with my feet and it would be worth more then that garbage and be worth much more i don't understand how they let this happen i forgot to mention they game me and my brother no noodles with the scampi honestly i hate cheesecake factory with a passion and from what ive seen its deserved ill never ever order from this and ill spread the word and my story to other so this $#*! well end im tired of being over charged and under fed gonna charge 100 for meal fill me up is not a difficult task or fill the plate but no half a plate $#*!ing kidding me

We spent $150 at the Estero Cheesecake Factory and when we asked for some extra pasta sauce we were charged $6.00 extra dollars for less then one ounce of sauce in a tiny plastic ramekin. Totally overcharged and when we asked the server Elizabeth A she said it's what it costs unless we don't want it too bad she can't do anything about it. I say way wrong answer never go here. Long wait, slow service, over priced food, and nasty attitude! No one is grateful they gave customers! I will never return to Cheesecake Factory again

I had a great service staff, but the problem was I there at 4:15 and was served at 6:05. I would not recommend going on the weekends if you're looking for a quick dine and dash.

Started out with a 30min wait that turned into 1 1/2 hr wait. Then no brown bread available. Followed by a discontinued chicken marsala. Which is the only reason I've gone here for over 10 years now. And many friends agree. Chicken medira is NOT the same. Sorry. But i have no reason to return. There maybe 2 more dishes to recommend but not what I would order anyways. The calamari is all I can say is worth a visit. I will not return. Hopefully some place can compete.

After standing in the front station for 15 min with the manager just watching at the computer and I ask him if anyone was here to help or just to seat my self he say sure thank you bye! I say not welcome sir now u ignoring Me? Then he say someone will be there to help soon!
Someone else pass by and say the same again someone is coming w only one table on the restaurant! For real! This is just careless and ridiculous how even managers are so rude and don't know how to appreciate anyone business
After 20 min finally was seated and the server say sorry for the wait ‍
Manager just walk away w a smile on he's face horrible service

Jim's Shepard s Pie did not come with everyone else's meal, apology, for that, mashed potatoes not done yet, 15 minutes, dish brought without the mashed potatoes on top and cold. Fifteen more minutes manager apologized, they don't have any potatoes, everyone else done eating, they offered a free dessert, nice but that was it, should they not know no potatoes long before this. No dinner for Jim. Never going back there.

Today my boyfriend & I went to lunch at the walnut st location, everything was going good until he noticed something on my plate which happened to be a ROACH! Yes a roach I proceeded to notify our server as to she was completely in disbelief. She noticed the manager & came back and told us our check would be taken care of. We set there & waited to speak to a manager after 10 mins no manager came out. I'am totally discussed, in shock & disbelief at the services we received today. I will not be returning ever again

Their corporate policy allows for reservations up at 6 people but not 10 even if the party includes elderly adults. They have the ability to reserve a table but won't. Their response was they can show up and wait. Shame on this business. Pure greed. Would rather make sure their tables are full at all times than accommodate disabled adults. Please let them know this policy is wrong by calling *******000

Twice in the last 2 months I have placed online orders and driven 1.5 hours round trip to pick up those orders, and twice they have cancelled items at the last minute, quite casually, with only cursory apologies and no offer to make things right by offering me a free item or a $10 gift certificate. Half the items on their menu are "unavailable" and another 25% are unavailable but you won't find that out until your order has already been placed. Shoddy management, extremely poor customer service. I expected better, Cheesecake Factory!

My reservation for my sons graduation dinner was very late. After asking several times for a table to accommodate us (after it was already reserved 10 hours ago) the area was very dirty and I could not believe that we where actually suppose to dine there. To make this brief! We were'nt offered water or beverages for 45 minutes because they said they are short staffed on a Tuesday. Meanwhile employees walked about us chitter chatting profusely. Receiving only parts of our order at a time like a burger no fries for 15 more minutes and Alfredo having to be sent back ( and still charged for) I had to take time out to warn other consumers that the MD LIVE Cheesecake Factory is not a great choice not even a fair choice it was a horrible actually unbelievable first time at the Cheesecake Factory! Needless to say I will never return here.

The Cheese Cake Factory is one of the best places to dine in or out.

We usually place our orders to go. They never, ever get our orders wrong and the food is simply delightful every single time.

One of my favorites is the Herb Crusted Salmon. I can eat this dish 8 days a week.

Although somewhat pricey….every single item is worth what you pay.

We always have left overs and the food is even better the next day! PERFECT!

One of the hostesses was cursed terribly by a obviously drunken customer right in front of her manager and he did nothing. The girl was so embarrassed and shaken up she had to leave work. She had a meeting with manager next day and all he said was Customers are always right. That's a sorry excuse and should be fired. We won't eat here under these conditions. Fire this guy.

My family and I dined in Va at a Cheesecake Factory made reservations for 15 were greeted with smiles and hospitality the food was AMAZING our waiter was EXCEPTIONAL. Our waiter provided us with the most heart warming gesture I have ever seen, he set a table setting for our family member who could not join us it brought us all to tears. We came to share a meal together after leaving our Dads funeral service. What a BLESSING that young man was to our family to honor our Dad in such a loving way and provide us with such great service. THANKYOU

Went to Cheesecake Factory in Kenwood this evening for a slice of cheesecake. Decided to have dinner where my service was less than average. Thought I'd do better ordering my cheesecake on the way since my server apologized for everything else I had asked for only to be told there was a 25 minute wait (mind you I was the only one in line). By far this has been my worse experience at Cheesecake Factory and I doubt I return.

Me and my sister went to The cheesecake factory here in Jacksonville at St Town center first of all the service was sloppy they took them the longest to bring our food to us. my sister's fish was really dry it looked like something that my son could have cooked my burger was burnt and when my sister saw the manager she told him that we were leaving she told him what the problem was the manager said she can leave what kind of services that so this place is not recommended don't waste your money they're overpriced and the food was bad the last time me and my family came here. I thought things had gotten better since. We have not been there in so long but I can see I was so so wrong the only reason I left one star is because this site would not let me put zero Stars.

I called the Cheesecake Factory and made an online reservation for 9 people for my husband birthday, June 23,2022. I received a call informing me that they only made reservations for 6 or less. I called an explained that it was my husband's birthday and was told that if I got there before my reserved time that they could seat my entire party, including 2 infants. When I arrived I was told that they had just sat a party of 11 (without a reservation) and it would be an hour or more wait. I was truly unhappy. Fortunately across the parking lot was a PF Changs. I told them the situation and they readily accommodated us. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Even treated my husband to a free dessert!

This has got to be the worst food out there. Reduculous prices for nothing. Recent Sunday brunch consisted of French toast and 2 pieces of bacon for $19.95 plus my $4.25 iced tea.
I am amazed anyone would continue to eat here. Stale bread was served upon seating. Cheesecake looked and tasted like it was right out of the freezer! $9,50 per slice! Wake up people! There is so much better quality food out there for a lot less $$.
Will never return in my lifetime. HORRIBLE…..

We recently ate at Easton, Ohio restaurant it was so below par. We asked for sweet and unsweetened tea. What we got was 2 unsweetened teas with no sweetener, which I asked for. Appetizers came out 2 minutes before meal. As you can see the pretzels bites were just about burnt. I love, love the restaurant but so disappointed with food and service. $80 for mediocre is not acceptable. I will not return. Just not worth it!

I really hope they look at the reviews. 1.5 out of 5 is terrible. I will not return and pass along the review to colleagues.

I love the Cheesecake Factory but was totally disappointed in the size of the fish tacos! My husband ordered them for lunch. Smallest tacos I've ever seen. They were really good but more like an appetizer.

My son got food poisoning from cheesecake factory on March 4th. He had dinner with a few friends. He ordered Alfredo Pasta and cheeseburger spring rolls. Couple hours later he was throwing up and had diarrhea. He spend all night in the bathroom. I am so disappointed with such a high class restaurant to be so careless with the handling of their food. We definitely know for sure that the food poisoning is indeed from cheesecake factory because that day, it was my son"s first and last meal to say the least!
It is Saturday March 5th at 8:00PM and my son is still on the couch feeling so sick.
You lost our business for sure Cheesecake Factory!

I was a loyal customer of Cheesecake Factory, taking my family at least twice monthly. I won't be taking the family to dinner at Cheescake Factory again. Prior to the pandemic I purchase six gift desert cards for the Cheesecake Factory; only recently was indoor dining opened in NY. In April I decided to take the family to dinner at the at the Queens Center location. My gift cards were not accepted because they expired at the end of March. The fact that they were closed for almost a year due the pandemic, you would think they'll extend the date on the gift cards. The Cheesecake Factory recieve millions in pandemic aid and still manages to take millions more from customers who purchased gift card that now expired. No doubt these gift cards would have been use if the Cheesecake factory was open. Shame on you Cheescake Factory, corporate greed at it's best.

Products used:
Gift cards that were purchased prior to pandemic and expired at the end of March 2021 are not being honored. Cheesecake Factory was closed for almost a year due to the pandemic and who recieved millions in pandemic aid are not extending expiration dates on the gift card, in essence robbing millions from customer. Corporate greed at its best.

My extended family along with my family ate at Cheesecake Factory tonight. My family and I were not pleased with the food. The food was not tasty-my son's chicken teriyaki had a lot of fat in it and the teriyaki sauce was not good; my daughter's Santa Fe salad was average but the dressing had a weird taste; and my Dad's shrimp was overloaded with a salty sauce. Also their prices are very expensive! My extended family graciously paid the bill.

I called to cheesecake factory Brea, CA, to see if I could take my service dog, they said the patio was closed but for the service dog no problem. Went I went there they asked if I had a service dog and made wait, until they sent me to the patio but it wasn't conditioned to eat. It was wet, no heaters and they was no honest about the service.
