Product is great and the purchase experience was very good. Installation went well accept the installer complained about the 3 steps on entry. Also installer wanted to start a fight over politics, this made the overall experience Fitness Depot less than desired.
It's been a solid week since we bought and paid for our elliptical, yet we still don't have it. I have called numerous times and every time I receive a different story. This is the second time we've bought from Fitness Depot and I'm frustrated that this is the level of service (or lack there of) we're receiving this time.
Now they are forcing employees to get vaccinated -is that what we want in Canada. Boycott them now. Show them people have the right to choose what goes into their own bodies.
