The Flat Spot

I recently purchased a Polish under-folder AK-47 receiver flat from The Flat Spot. What I received was a standard AK-47 receiver flat. I checked that I had ordered the correct item number and I had. The receipt from the vendor indicated that I had indeed ordered a Polish under-folder AK-47 receiver flat. I repeatedly e-mailed them as per their site instructions and have never received a reply. They have no phone number to call them at. The sites return policy is "All items are sold as-is. No refund or exchange." I don't want an exchange, I just want what I ordered and payed for. Steer clear of these guys they're bad news.
