I never believed that we can get sick from washing ourselves with polluted water, but my doctor warned me about this! Now, I buy water filters for all the sinks, and this website is a great method to get those cheap!

Ive been using fridge filter shop for over 10 years now. Always delivered on time.
We ordered this product on the Saturday, and on Monday morning was delivered. Always bought multiple filters from these guys as always seem to work out cheaper. Cant complain, these are my guys who i buy from and due to their service probably always will.

Ordered a twin pack filter for my samsung fridge - delivery was prompt - unfortunately there was only one filter and they have taken the money for 2! As other reviews, will not answer any calls and cannot leave a message - and wont respond to emails - about to open a case with Paypal and send all the deatils to trading standards

Appalling!, took my money and after two phone call which were not answered I emailed twice before I got a response.
Finally after nearly three weeks the filter arrived damaged and of no use, I emailed on 25 th April but still no contact
AVOID like the plague is my advise.

This Company uses many fake/shill accounts to hype their ratings on several review sites. SO you have to wonder, if they are so good and successful... WHY DO THEY use fake reviewers?

Sorry BUT I wouldn't deal with any company that markets like this!

Like many other reviewers, I ordered two filters and only one turned up. I have e-mailed several times with no response and phoned to get no response. I have ordered from this company 3 times before with no issues but I will not be using again. Customer service at it's very worst!

Ordered a Fridge Filter beginning Sept 16 still not received 3rd November. Just raised dispute over it with my credit card company. Also signed up to receive a filter annually so I have a replacement card coming too. Would never use these again. I thought I was a better online shopper than this but I have been caught out this time. Companies should only take a payment once item has been delivered this one does not. Takes a couple of weeks to reply to emails to just say item is on its way and also answer telephone call to say item is on its way but you never get it!

Ordered a fridge filter on the 30th August 2016, still haven't received it. Sent 2 emails that they haven't even bothered to reply to and phoned at least 5 times to be sold they would definitely send it (didn't) or they would credit me (didn't). I'm down over £40 and have had to buy the filter elsewhere. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered and paid £41 since late november and no sign of delivery. I've called the number several times and have emailed them yet no response and no delivery still. I believe the police should intervene and stop such dubious sites from operating and swindling people of their money.

Ordered a pack of two filters- whenthe parcel arrived there was only one and it was incorrect. Cannot get them to answer their phone or e-mails. This has now gone on for 3 weeks. Have now contacted my credit card to see if they can get my money back for me. Wouldn, t actually give them any stars if that option were available!

Ordered a filter, took ages to arrive, But I had asked for it to be a repeat order. It was a repeat in that 6 months later the money left my account but no filter arrived. I have emailed several times. No reply. A complete rip off

I ordered some vacuum cleaner bags on July 27. I emailed them on the 12/8 to ask where they were. No response so I tried to call them a few tiems this morning and get a recording saying my call cannot be taken at the moment and I cannot leave a message. By the look of the reviews here I will need to take it up with my bank.

I can't fault the advice given and the service received from http://www.thefridgefiltershop.com. I'm a 67 year old lady who has to do all DIY and maintenance myself. I initially chatted to the team to ask which filter I needed for my fridge freezer as it was rather difficult to access to remove the old one. On the advice given I ordered 2 filters as they had an offer on that made them cheaper and I would have one in for the future. I received them within 2 days of ordering. I removed the old filter and realised it was a different code to the one I ordered so I got back on line to ask if I could return the ones I had ordered and reorder the one I had removed. I was told they would fit and was given clear precise instructions on how to fit them and all went well. I now have beautiful clear water to drink. Placed an order, nothing, tried to contact company by email, they never replied, tried by phone, always an answer phone that won't let you leave a message, customer service is non existent, placed order 30 days ago will be making a chargeback claim, don't use this company.

I purchased a water filter for my fridge from here. As it's "cheaper" than most all websites but still not cheap. Received the item quickly n it's a defective non working item. Wrote them for an exchange n the email is invalid n no other way to contact the company! Straight scammed! I'm so mad cuz these filters are not cheap!

Bought a filter in a hurry for new tenants moving in.
6 months later I'm mysteriously on a 'subscription' for my lucky tenants! Yeah right.
And who signs up for express delivery anyway on a subscription?
All sneaked through in the small print at the BOTTOM of the order.

This company used to be excellent. Ordered and paid for 2x filters on September 9th. Paid for them via Sagepay. Not had confirmation of the Order or of how dispatched to Greece.
Also they ignore my emails.

I have had the same problem as those below. Ordered a filter on 5th October and nefver received it. No response to emails and answerphone states that call cannot be taken and message cannot be left. Am now persuing through bank and suggest others do the same as it would appear that this company is no longer trading legitimately.

It is perfect for the kitchen of our restaurants, because we use hot water often, and the fact that we found the perfect water filters provider here really made the work of our restaurant personnel easier!

Have ordered fridge filters for Samsung fridge/freezer for the past 3 years. Each time I have received the confirming e-mail immediately and the filters have always arrived within the period specified, usually within 3 working days.

Ordered and paid for a filter at the end of July still not deliveredby early September. They do not respond to emails and frequently do not answer the phone. Was twice told that the filter had been despatched when it had not. Cancelled the order and am now fighting to get my money back which I will do via chargeback as I suspect they will not do so voluntarily.
Very disappointing experience

I was looking for Everpure water filters for ages, but I was always disappointed by their high prices! It seems like this website can give those for a bargain price, so I must congratulate them for selling those!

I ordered 2 filters to be delivered to my vacation home in La Quinta, CA. It is a gated community and sometimes there are problems with deliveries. Two days after I ordered the filters I got an email saying the filters were on their way. A day later I received a second email saying there was a problem with delivery and the filters were en route back to fridgefilters.com. I called customer service to cancel my order and they said they would cancel and credit my credit card immediately. It has been 1 month since I placed my original order and my credit card has not been credited despite 3 calls to customer service. Each time I called they agreed I should get a credit and they would do so that day. I finally had to call my credit card company to place a dispute for that charge. I will never place another order with this company that I have used for years. Customer service is non existent.
