I always believed that floods were caused by bad pipes, until somebody recommended me those under-the-sink filters. I didn't have this problem for three months now!

Placed an order for 2 sets of filters. One arrived and the other didn't. They will not answer telephone calls or respond to emails. I am having to take the matter up with my credit card company.

The most dangerous germs are under the sink, and doctors don't even warn us about the possible dangers for our health. I found those under-sink filters that comfort me so much now

The best characteristic of those water filters are the ease of use, because they can be changed in seconds! For an old lady, this is a really important aspect!

As a cleaning company, we always need to work with the best material providers, but money is another issue. We only buy our cleaning products from this website, and we are more than satisfied!

I never trust water filters that are not certified, but I didn't have any problem with those filters. Considering the price of only 10$, I must congratulate myself for a really great job!

I bought 4 fridge filters from this shop on the 29th of august, I have never received them neither did I get a confirmation. The money went out of the bank though. They wont answer emails nor the many many phonecalls I have made. I wish I had gone to this site beforehand. I guess I have to contact my bank. I am contacting tradinfg standards on this one. :(

Awful service! I placed an order for some vacuum cleaner bags, and had received nothing after 3 weeks. I email 3 times with no response, then tried to call today and I was told that I would receive a refund within the next 4 days? When I asked why I'd had no response from my emails, I was told to F**k off!

Bought a new fridge online, and I wanted to take good care of them. This is how I ended up on this website, which has the cheapest Water filters for refrigerators online!

I purchased 2 filters from this store, never received them and they took money from account straight away. I contacted their customer service department and they failed to respond. When i finally got hold of a person on their phone line, they apologised and advised they would resent, product still never arrived and can now not get hold of anyone.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Samsung fridges are the best, but only if you know how to take care of those. With the filters from this website, I can be sure that I will leave this fridge to my grandchildren!

I bought one filter but paid for two as they took out two payments then said they would return funds but didnt then after weeks sent another filter what a cheek these people are down right dishonest and it's a case of buyers beware I would rather go without a filter than ever buy from them ever again YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... Ordered this 5/21, still waiting for delivery of two filters that should fit a Samsung Refrigerator. Contacted customer service six times with non-discript answers when did not tell me any accurate information. Rep only said will research and get back with me. Never did with answers. Now claims to the credit card company to get a refund after 20 days. NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND TAKE YOUR $$.

I heard about this site from a friend and feeling pretty unsure reading some reviews here but trusting my friend I bought a filter. Everything is ok so far.

Like many others recently - i think this company is going out of business or should be. They charged me for four Brita water filters and only delivered one. I rang three times, emailed and each time they said they would send the others but they never arrived. They are either con merchants or their business structure and management is so poor they should go out of business - ITS A BIG RISK BUYING FROM THEM!

It is my responsibility as a mother and a wife to take care of health in my family, and the water filters make the job easier for me. On this website, I can buy those for a great price!

Paid for 2 filters since April 2016, they did not deliver my items. Tried severally to contact them but they won't reply to my emails. Pls how do I get my money back? Paid through SAGE PAY...

Always get my fridge/freezer filters from the fridge/filter store. Ordering on line is easy, and the filter always arrive the next day, very good service. Thank you.

Limescale, chlorine and other harmful substances are a source of diseases, and this is why I am concerned about filters now. Those under-sink filters are really useful

Ordered my product 8 weeks ago, money taken no product ever turned up, tried contacting them but is impossible, I have now taken the matter up with pay pal.

Do not use! Payment taken straight away, no goods sent as out of stock. Refund promised but not received. They hardly ever answer calls and no voicemail facilities and they don't respond to emails.

Having read some of the reports, I can only say that I have been very pleased with both the delivery, which was very quick, and the value for money price.

We always use hot water in our restaurants, and this is why it is important to use the best filters. The water filters bought from this website for only 10$ really make a great job!
